• Royalbullet (8/5): Comfy, but need to walk… - Well sized comfortable airconditioned room. Good shower and wifi. Ample free onsite parking. Quiet location. Good breakfast included. Card payment possible despite information on Booking showing otherwise. Bread items of breakfast are setup at an early stage in the morning, so by the time you get there they are not so fresh anymore. About half an hour walk to the city center.

• Arman (7/5): Comfortable hotel, a bit distance from the centre. - Room was very big, clean and had a great mountain view. Also, the furniture and bed are very good quality. Water was leaking from under the sink. Because we stayed only for one night, it was not a big deal. Also, elevator doesn't go down from the 3rd floor.. so we had to carry our luggages to 2nd floor and then elevator worked...

• Anshula (5/5): Cheap stay with barely any amenities. - I liked the bed and the staff but thats about it. Also appreciated that the hotel accepted our terribly late check in. Room looked like what we had booked. The temperature in the room was not right. They provided slippers and they were very very very dirty and definitely used by people before. The door of the bathroom would not shut and all night there was too much noise coming from outside resulting in a serious lack of sleep. The included breakfast was packaged croissants and yogurt and fresh omlette and toast. The room did not have any water and had to request it. The common toilet doors would not shut and was not flushed either. The bedroom light switches did not work.

The parking space was at the gas station and it was open! Secondly, at the bathroom, the shower all the time changed the temperature from warm to very hot and automatically to very cold! It couldn’t be stabilized. Moreover, the room was not so clean! At the bathroom, the shower had salts like to had un cleaning many days! Moreover, I found some men hairs at the floor. It was not a good experience!

• Peter (7/5): Good - I'm torn on this place. It's beautiful inside although almost empty. The suite itself was amazing and the washroom for the most part good and very spacious. The morning staff that were there at the time of my stay were A+, very friendly and the chef was also friendly and breakfast was perfect. The evening fellow didn't seem he wanted to work there and initially wouldn't accept my passport as a form of ID. (The ladies working in the morning were fantastic though) The shower wand stick thing that attaches to the arm towards the ceiling wasn't the same size as the shower wand so as I turned the shower to let it warm up... 30 seconds later it flew off the thing due to the water pressure and sprayed water all over the ceiling and into the bedroom. The water in the shower also kept going from real hot to real cold every minute or two so I had to hug the wall every couple minutes for about 30 seconds until it warmed up again. You're also about 30 minutes from any restaurants if you're planning to walk. Few minutes by car

Hotel was advertised by booking.com as having a spa (and the hotel description still says it has one) despite spa being out of order. Dead fly in my shower. Shower sprang a big leak as soon as I started running it. A panel on the bathroom wall had been left off, exposing the pipes behind it. Had a hotel bar but no one staffing it and the door was locked. All foreign channels on the room TV were scrambled. Not so much as a bottle of water or tea bag in the room to have a drink. Receptionist, who I had to call out to to get his attention off his phone when I arrived, gave no me introductory information at all, simply handed me a key card then sat down again. Just a bad experience all round. Given the location was inconvenient for accessing the city I just gave up on my first night and found somewhere else to stay.
• Noel (10/5): A Wonderfull stay in a special hotel - This hotel is part of a small group and is focused on style and luxury. Their other hotel on spa and wellness. Our room was on the top floor with an enormous balcony where you have a nice view over the town. The service of the staff was great and helpful. From here we went for a five day long hiking trip and we were allowed (with no extra charge) to leave are extra luggage behind in the office of the manager. To be honest: nothing! You can see this country is developing and they're really trying to make you feel a guest and they succeeded every way.

• Mudasir (10/5): Awesome Stay - The staff is so kind and hospitable. They accommodated early checkin request and guided for local contacts to arrange Koman lake tour. They also gave us a free upgrade on next day stay to Executive Suite but we had to leave for another place far down south. We were leaving for Koman lake tour early in the morning before breakfast timing so they arranged to pick the breakfast for us well ahead of time, I have never experienced this before Ms. Isabelle at the reception is so knowledgeable and guided us very well.

Very loud, sounds from the street all night... trucks in gaz station going backward, dogs healing, baby crying in other rooms, like zéro Insulation :( Wifi in the room too weak, almost no signal, room 404, not possible watching Netflix for ex.
