- Udangi (8/5): Very good - 3 rooms Fully furniture 03 rooms wit ac& fans. Its a home turn to villa Parking available Opposite 24/7 supr market Kitchenette , tea making , linnes everything they provide . We reached there by 9.00pm. & leave next day 8.00am. So during our stay everything is fine Before arrived better contact mr michael who is the caretaker. Ten he will arrange everything there. When we arrived he just finish his cleaning so when you go ask him to keep settle all before r you arrived maximum before 01 hour if not after hectic day end when you arrived you fill bit uncomfortable to settle untill he finish off his corse.. we didn't switch on the ac as night time outside is bit cold. Bit mosquito there when you open windows towels & toiletries not there. If you ask mr Michael may ready to provide those stuff also. Bring bathroom slippers. We didn't use refrigerator if you want better ask him your requirement before you arrived then he will clean & ready it for using. Entrance gate might not enough for car turning space bit not enough.but 02 car parking available When rain its bit muddy. But with landscaping grass no toilet pape , toiletries & tiwels.r. Mr michael was might forget

Felt like staying in our own house. Mr spencer was amazingly supportive and friendly. 24/7 Grocery is just walking distance .
- Batugedara (10/5): Peaceful place - Location is ideal place to reach every where. There are no proper connectivity to TV connections.Wifi connections are available. But they didn't manage connectivity for lack of 2 month payments pending. Please enhance above things. Others are ok.

Felt right at home the moment we arrived. One of the standout features was the well-supplied kitchen. It had all the kitchenware and cutlery so we could cook meals together. Location-wise, everything was incredibly accessible. A 24/7 grocery store right across the property made it easy to stock up on supplies and snacks whenever. The combination of great amenities, a beautiful garden, and a convenient location truly made our trip memorable. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a budget-friendly getaway with friends or family.

- Brayan (9/5): Fabulous property with poor management 🤷 - Stay, facilities were exceptional and the place was awesome one. Tidy And pleasant environment. It situated in a prime and best location just 30 m to Negombo main road. I didn't satisfy with the staff and the lady who spoke with us, Their attitude are so bad, I totally shocked about their way of talking with us.Its a big lack to the property and the business so its better to handle in a professional way this must be the best one in Nagoda and There are lots of communication errors between staff and the property owner, And the staff abd the lady who is incharge for this property are money minded ones and Just talk with the.assumption that they had, For an example the person who incharge for this property Came to ask for the money in check out and had some clarification issue with their side and blamed us with unneccesary reason, Its so childish things from their side, And he told that we are playing game in payment and that all knew in booking.com we can't adjust the payment and all, stay price was 27, 188 LKR for 3 nights and staff and the lady asked 30,000 LKR so we had some arguements with the person who is in charge so its a good stay with the bad attitude persons 🤦 , over all property is outstanding one to stay but with staffs thats terrible to manage
