• Harish (7/5): Overall we enjoyed our stay, staff was good and friendly as well as food is good we will back again - Good and food was tasty and friendly staff. We would prefer little firm bed and at present used more softer bed which we felt not comfortable in UVA Manish. Rest all fine.

• Routray (7/5): - Good location and breakfast. Rooms are spacious. Staff can be more professional, especially the ladies at the front desk in the morning shift. Took extra 10mins to prepare the bill though they were informed an hour in advance. No room slippers provided. Room service doesn't take orders on call. They came to the room and cribbed if we had to order more food or drinks. Staff management needs improvement.

• Roshan Linel Diaz (5/5): It's a pretty decent hotel for Indians; however, it could be challenging to foreigners. - There were plenty parking spaces available at the premises and the hotel staff were very kind and helpful. There was always a smile put up on everyone's face. Firstly, the hotel does not accept international credit/debit cards. Secondly, we had a rough time with the food. Our accommodation had breakfast included, However, being foreigners, we could not adapt well to the food as my wife and me ended up having diarrhea after having our breakfast on the first day, further on opting out the breakfast option. Lastly, there was always loud sounds of furniture's being dragged which was an absolute horror. We were unable to take our afternoon naps or relax in the hotel throughout the day if we wanted, eventually, making us return back to the hotel late at 12 PM.

The check in experience was seamless and the staff was courteous and well versed in a variety of languages. The rooms were clean and well furnished to business hotel standards. The complementary breakfast was scrumptious and an elaborate spread. The hotel has a separate kitchen for the veg and non veg restaurants which is an added bonus There is ample parking available andocation is along the main highway making it convenient None to mention

Food was very good and surely I would love to go back if they make some smoking rooms. They proudly say smoking free but that really is a negative for many guests. There is no proper place to smoke unless you step out of the property.

Their breakfast (predominantly South Indian) was awesome There is no mini bar - which is a given nowadays when we go to any hotel. In this instance we needed it to store the insulin taken by my husband - but we didn’t have a mini bar in the rooms - hence had to request the staff to store it in their kitchen fridge
