• Edward (1/5): Too bad we stayed outside most of the time - Location was good The size of the room is good, Sofas are worn out damaged and dirty with no comforts, Bathroom is dirty with black strains all over, Broken tap, No hygiene. The beds are not comfortable dirty linens pillow is black inside bed mattress is ina very bad shape. All sofas are in a bad shape with no comfort we had to bring the plastic chairs from the terrace to sit as the sofa hurts. This is not what we expect for our stay. You need to work on your amenities. The kitchen utensils smell bad. No kettle for hot water or coffee set up.

Overall rooms needs repaint and paste control ... Once it's done it's a wonderful property to stay with family .... When I booked it shows 2bhk apartment, When reached we had given 1.5 bhk ...the small room offered was useless ,u can't sleep in that room ... Overall property needs repaint

Great View, Nice Bed Rooms, Beautiful Pool, Kitchen with all basic utilities, Great Sitout/ Balcony, Close to Beach around 15min walk. Excellent parking space and very easy to reach all kinds of restaurants for meals.. there is a in house catering too which is decent. The Pool timing is 9 to 6.. which should be increased.

Mirrors filthy. Door handles thick with grime and the pillows are a health hazard. Needs a deep clean. Pool area dirty . Plenty of staff around doing nothing. Get them cleaning to a better standard. Apartment very dated and floor lifted all over lounge, very easy to trip up .

• Das (8/5): Very good - Rooms are really nice and big. Clean and comfortable. Washrooms are clean and stuffs are helpful. We have booked room with kitchen. Kitchen had everything, from utensils to micro wave. Host is very good. He helped us in all possible way. Location is bit far from sea. Around 1.3 km and if you don't have own vehicle, it is difficult to get transport everyday for sea beach. Also there is no in house restaurant. But you can order from swiggy or zomato.
