- Debbie (10/5): - Great clean little place
Fabulous owners
- Richard (8/5): Accommodating - Clean, tidy, fresh towels daily, toilet rolls, shower gel all included. Lee and Laura where really nice lovely very accommodating. Breakfast was lovely đ well worth prices Wine was bit expensive at the bar. Could do with more cold drinks but didn't spoil our stay at all.
- Curry (10/5): - Lovely friendly atmosphere, clean and would definitely recommend and would stay again
- Stephen (10/5): Very happy with stay, owners were pleasent and helpful, room was clean and comfortable. - Happy/ helpful owners, easy / self check in, modern / comfortable room with en-suite bathroom and TV- kettle
- Edmund (8/5): -
- Kathryn (10/5): -
- Armour (10/5): - It was very nice and cental to where we were going to see some acts Blackpool is looking very run down which must be effecting people's business
- Fay (10/5): -
- Ashley (10/5): -
- Rob (8/5): - Lee and Laura were extremely pleasant hosts
- Andrejs (8/5): It was good. - Blackpool is a very specific and authentic town. This hotel was relatively good but don't expect anything outstanding. All the minimum is provided - bed linen, towels, soap, toilet paper, tea, coffee, kettle. Cleaning and replenishment are not done every day but the very nice owners do it upon request. Hot water was always available and heating was also provided. It was very warm and cozy in the room. Upon arrival we noticed that the bed sheets had not been changed even though the room had been cleaned and prepared. We immediately received an apology and everything was changed.
- Jodie (1/5): Never again - I liked the day I was leaving
Food was okay not worth 8.50 for a "big" breakfast The staff had an attitude and accused me and my family of being "trashed" (we were sober) because we had complications of the room I feel like we got attitude due to being in our 20's room was a mess hair grips and sticky sweets on the shelf above our bed there was also hair in our bedsheets that we had to remove the stickers on the window in the bathroom had gaps so people in the downstairs room opposite us could see in if they looked up the hotel stunk of cigarette smoke towels that were provided for us stunk of cigarette smoke the bed we slept on was so uncomfortable we felt like we had to lie and say we had a good night sleep when they asked because we felt if we told them the truth they would have a problem or say something snarky
Im not the type to be picky because it was okay for the price but I expect respect and a clean room we were nothing but polite but felt as-if we didn't get any respect what so ever
I was very respectful and even made the room look like it wasn't even slept in and for the reply what he has made underneath it was not my bed that was broke as I was in room 2 I did not spill any cans because I didn't have any and for the toilet I made sure everything was clean even cleaned up the sticky sweets left over from the previous people who stayed in there I even told yous I put the bin bag at the side of the room tied up I even asked if you wanted me to bring it down and you said no it's okay thank you though so please tell me where the disrespect was many thanks pal Jodie xo
I was nothing but sorry about the room mix up situation I was not rude all I did was saying oh sorry I didn't realise you clearly can't take responsibility for your actions you were rude and I was nothing but polite and it wasn't me that rang you my phone was charged the message just didn't come through it ran out after the issue was resolved

- Lee (10/5): Spot on really friendly and clean - Lovely and very friendly breakfast was spot on couldnât fault it definitely stay again Nothing really
- Christie (8/5): Fantastic stay would come back again - Well I enjoyed my stay for 1 night with my two children from the moment we arrived the owner lee was so lovely & welcoming I had a very stressful start to our night away as I lost my bank card on arrival at the train station the owner lee couldnât of been better helped me out with using Apple Pay & let me get some cash for emergency so was not worried over using the Apple Pay service I was unsure of if it would work every were we went in Blackpool, his wife was also very lovely and helpful the room was very comfortable and clean I had a Brilliant nights sleep the shower was perfect lovely & hot water for a shower fresh towels and shower gel shampoo and soap available , tea and coffee milk & sugar available in the room the Wi-Fi and tv worked brilliantly the breakfast was also very nice everything else was 10/10 they had a lovely bar with a nice gin selection and a lovely seating and table area also nice comfortable seating area outside were you could sit out with a cool drink or a nice warm coffee or cup of tea in the summer time. Over all amazing stay would come back again thank you guys for a lovely time away. Was a lovely quiet hotel out of the way of the business of Blackpool and the night life which is just perfect for me and my children we love peace & quiet and to relax when we our away. Only down fall was the beans was cold on my breakfast that is all it was 10/10 I was unsure of were to turn the hot water on for the shower a sign could be helpful on the bathroom door as were to turn the hot water on overall I found the switch in the end.
- Jacob (8/5): Great value for money, would recommend to anyone coming to Blackpool for a short stay. - Lee and Laura are very friendly and welcoming, and provided everything we needed when checking in. It is basically a 5 minute walk from everything you need to experience Blackpool so is great value for money in that sense. The room was a little small and was no room for a suitcase to be stored anywhere so me and my partner did feel a little cramped at times, however given the amount of time we spent in the hotel this didn't really matter a great deal.
- Amanda (10/5): Fantastic stsy -
- Stef (10/5): - Great guest house. Facilities where perfect. And right in the centre of town.
- Liam (9/5): Clean, comfy, central stay. - The property was clean and well-maintained. Lee and Laura were welcoming and knowledgeable about the area, offering helpful suggestions. It was affordable, centrally located and had plenty of reasonably priced car parks nearby. Breakfast was available on request at a good price. Weâll definitely stay here again. N/A
- Charlene (10/5): Amazing hosts will definitely be back - Great wee b and b perfect location for a night on the town central to everything
- Gordon (8/5): -
- Michael (8/5): Great Location for Family stay - Location and the host - Lee and Laura were great. The kids also loved the fact the donkeys in the yard behind the guest house would shout good morning to them. Nothing, it was great for our visit.
- Deborah (10/5): The staff were very welcoming, they looked after our bags whilst our room was getting ready. The rooms are small but you - The property was lovely and clean and in a great location Nothing not to like

- Suzanne (7/5): - Hosts was very welcoming and great location.
- Scott (10/5): Excellent stay with welcoming hosts - Close to town centre, hosts excellent and a lovely place to stay. Nothing
- Nichola (9/5): Would definitely stay again and would recommend to other families, thankyou đ€© - Close to main attractions, very clean, nice room which catered perfectly for a family of five. Breakfast would have been nice but understand owners reasons for not offering this service.
- Sarah (5/5): -
- Dora (8/5): Nice stay. - Owners lovely, friendly and helpful. Nice and clean, comfy beds, good breakfast ( even brought breaky to our room on request) and not far from front & beach. Nice area to eat breakfast with bar ( although we didn't actually use the bar). Nice & quiet, no problems with being woken by other guests. Let us leave our bags on arrival & departure until we wanted. Would definitely stay again.
- Ben (9/5): -
- joanne (5/5): Would not return - Owner was very short with us as we didnât want to wait till 3 oâclock check in before ( in his words) we got trashed, I work very hard doing 12 hour shifts 5 days a week, I was there for one night and wanted to enjoy myself as soon as I got to Blackpool.
We were not loud or disruptive we just had a problem with the code to get into one of the rooms. The rooms were not very clean even though check in isnât until 3pm, and the owner is quite rude
- Diane (10/5): -
- Sharon (10/5): - Very homely and welcoming Room was a bit small but worth the price
- Louise (8/5): Great stay for our last minute getaway. - Lovely night away with our one year old to see the lights. Perfect location, great value for money, and owners were so welcoming.
- fran (9/5): Looking forward to returning soon - Very friendly, very clean and not to far from the tower
- Lucy (10/5): - Everything I literally could not fault nothing. We all loved the room ,My child who is on the spectrum struggles in sleeping in no locations but she went out like a light. .N/A
- Rachel (10/5): A great short stay in a clean, friendly hotel which is really close to all amenities. - Good location. Clean and perfect for what we needed. Friendly and helpful staff. NA
- Carl (10/5): -
- Ryan (10/5): Great value for money - Nice little hotel
Clean and good value for money
Straightforward process with no keys for the rooms just codes
Thanks to Lee aswell as my phone died and couldnât remember the code to get into hotel and had to wake him sorry again Nothing
- Joanne (10/5): Great location and value for money. Great hosts. - Very pleasant and friendly. Frontage has been updated.
- Paul (7/5): -
- Hannah (10/5): Fantastic place, Family friendly, clean and comfortable with great hosts. Couldn't ask for more :) - Lovely place, modern clean rooms and owners very welcoming, great family friendly atmosphere and would definitely stay again! None! Place was fab!
- Katherine (10/5): Really impressed with this hotel, will definitely be returning. Exceptionally clean and good value. - Really enjoyed our stay. The owner Lee was really welcoming on arrival.
Room was clean and bed was comfy. Had tea/coffee facilities, towels and toiletries.
Love that the hotel had a bar on site and had a drink before we went out for the evening.
Great value for money Absolutely nothing
- Nicola (5/5): Cheap stay in a good location with nice hosts but I wouldnât stay here again. - Good location and staff were really welcoming. It wasnât very clean, especially in the bathroom, on the floor I could see lots of dust and hairs. The extractor fan was thick in dust and there was a draft coming from the window.
Walls are very thin and the doors bang, so once asleep I was woken up each time someone came in and I could hear their telly on.
There is no hairdryer in the room which is disappointing and the sheet didnât fully fit on the bed so it came off in the night.
An unfortunately there was a funny smell in the room, like smoke which was quite unpleasant.
- Gaynor (10/5): - Very clean and lee very welcoming Na
- Jordan (10/5): -
- Bainbridge (1/5): FLEAS ,MOULDY CABBAGE ,DOG POO - Horrific sure the. Bed had fleas could feel things landing on us throughout night ,awful 70s room tiny, view out of back window was a pile of dog poo in yard ,reception area smelt of mouldy cabbage ,I don't know who has left previous reviews but have be crazy think that's OK Everything
- KayleighMCarr (10/5): Lovely little night away ! - Hosts are very welcoming and engaged with the children. As soon as we entered, we were welcomed with smiles.
The beds and pillows were very comfortable and clean 10/10.
The breakfast was cooked lovely. Enough options to choose from and portion sizes were just right for us, as well as been reasonably priced. We would definitely return for a short stay. The rooms were on the small side x2 adults and x2 small children but we only stayed the one night, so it wasn't really a biggie for us.
- Annabel (8/5): - Clean room, comfortable bed
- Jason (10/5): -
- luis (10/5): Great stay for the band ;-) - Nice location for downtown
- Raymond (8/5): -
- Oksana Baltrukevica (8/5): - Good location, friendly hosts and free on street parking (Saturday and Sunday), easy check in. Bunk bed mattresses are not comfortable.
- Gillian (7/5): Clean and comfortable, would do a short stay again - We stayed for one night as was going to a concert. Location was close to attractions and had a car park nearby.
Great communication by Lee, was very friendly. Room and bathroom was clean and comfortable.
- Andrew (10/5): -
- Emma (8/5): Lovely hotel ruined by the company of the people we shared a room with. - Beds really comfy. Hotel owners really friendly and helpful. Room was a little hot but put that down to five of us being in one room. Quite a bit of noise outside during the night from a girl blasting her music out of her car. But not the hotels fault. Other than not getting along with my partner on this weekend due to the lack of his authority to control the behaviour of his four year old daughter and nine year old son, me and my six year old son would definitely return to this hotel on our own in future.
- Wendy Power (8/5): -
- Linda (9/5): Great value for money. Planning to return -
- Kerry (10/5): -
- Bennett (10/5): - Welcoming, clean, lovely breakfast and good value for money. Location perfect. Very comfy beds . Owners helpful lovely kind couple. The fact we couldn't stay longer definitely booking again
- Wakefield (10/5): - The Leecliffe was amazing, the room we had which was a family room was lovely spotlessly clean and really comfortable the bed was amazing and the bathroom was lovely, plenty of tea and coffee available which is a big must for me đ
. Lee and Laura were amazing hosts and couldn't do enough for you and would even sit outside the bar with you and have a drink and a chat. Took our 20 month old granddaughter Willow who absolutely loved it, and she doesn't tend to always settle well but as soon as we got there she settled straight away and really loved Lee and Laura. Would definitely recommend Leecliffe Guest House to anyone and would will be returning soon, infact have already booked again.
See you on the 17th October Lee and Laura.
Sarah, John and Willow Nothing

- Gurpreet singh (10/5): -
- Beccy (10/5): - Bed was super comfy. Didnt want to get out of it the following morning.
Lee and laura very friendly when we arrived. We were messaged that due to the airshow we could drop our bags in early if we wanted too. Breakfast was lovely. Just right to start the day off. Great stay. Nothing not to like
- Alan (8/5): - Great communication from very friendly and helpful staff. No complaints at all.
- rima (8/5): -
- Sindhu (9/5): - Friendly owner couple and a neatly maintained place. B'fast was also available at a small cost. Room could have been a little bigger
- Cheryl jane (10/5): - Owners were amazing throughout our stay There was nothing we did not like apart from the 7.50 am wake up call from the donkeys (joke )

- Michelle (10/5): Excellent guesthouse - The hosts were super friendly, and the room was excellent. Clean and comfortable.
Loved the extra touches, shampoo, soap and shower gel, and access to an iron, toiletries and fridge in the lounge which we used to store our daughters oat milk.
Excellent location too. Would absolutely stay again. Thank you Lee and Laura. Stairs were really steep, but this is the case in most guesthouses in Blackpool and obviously can't be changed.
- Rachel (10/5): The best guest house we have stayed at - Everything, the owners are really polite and very helpful and always smiling the room is lovely We liked everything
- Paul (10/5): - Lee our host was fantastic, couldnt do enough for you Nothing
- barnes (10/5): Excellent place, great host Lee and Laura and a Excellent breakfast too! - The room was clean, comfortable and spacious for us. The hosts were really friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Great location close to the multi storey carpark, close to the centre but far enough away from the noise of nightlife. I would highly recommend this Guest house. N/A - We liked everything!
- Rebecca (10/5): -
- Britany_Wild (9/5): Amazing host, lovely place to stay - We was given all the check in details by text quite early on which was lovely. Very clear instructions and we was told our room was ready. We was then greeted by Lee who greeted me by name which was lovely. Lee was an amazing host, we felt very welcomed straight away and was greeted with a lovely smiley face. He popped up to our room to make sure we got in okay.
The room was great for what we needed it for. Lovely double bed which was very comfy! Wardrobe, 1 bedside table, clean towels, toiletries provided. Tv in the room however we didnt use it. Tea and coffee provided which was a lovely touch. Bathroom was a good space, shower, toilet and sink. 2 toilet roll provided. Window could be opened to let in some air and it also had a black out blind plus a curtain. We didn't spend much time in the room as we was there to enjoy Blackpool. Location was perfect. Plenty of parking around. 5 minute walk to the beach front so very good location.
Breakfast was offered to us so that is an option however we don't tend to eat too early so we didn't induge. Breakfast / bar area looked lovely and a lovely seating area outside too. Would definitely stay again ! Room got a little warm but as I said above the window can be opened to let some air in. We stayed in room 1 and the people above us were up very early and walking around for around 30 mins which woke us up as the floor board were creaking. That's absolutely nothing to do with the guest house and cannot be helped but next time we might ask for a room higher up if possible so we can sleep in. If your up early it won't be a problem.
- Claire (8/5): -
- Lauren (10/5): Lovely - Brilliant Nothing
- Deborah (8/5): -
- Neil (8/5): Nice chatty.man owner ensuite room Spacious room,Comfy bed,Thank you. - Friendly chatty owner the bloke though out my 1 day stay,NIce modern trendy style looking furniture & room,En suite but I didn't use the shower but it was smart trendy one,Big tv I think 40",Comfy double bed & bedding,Electric 12"fan in the room came in handy on Friday when it was very hot,Electric door keypad entry for the front door & my room,I would stay again,Located about 5 side roads from the castle pub walking away from the town centre shops & up the top end of the road its on,Big mirrors x2,Usb sockets x 2 extension lead,Touch sensitive bedside lamp,Bright ceiling modern design spot lights,Spacious room. Only a few minor improvements on the top half of the small window in my room had a few dirty marks in the middle what need cleaning off,And a few scuffs marks around the room on the walls,And some scratched marks around the bedroom what need repainting and touching up with paint,This minor repairs wouldn't take long in-between non staying guests in this room,And the stairways main walls some need redocarating.

- Sarah (10/5): - Had a great weekend stay at Leecliff, lovely guest house, perfect location, thank you Lee and Laura đ Nothing
- CELSO MOREIRA (10/5): - From the reception, through the breakfast (very good quality), to check-out, the owners' hospitality was outstanding. Combined with the pleasant and cozy atmosphere in the reception, bar, and restaurant, our stay was worth the time and money. The only thing I missed was a minibar in the room so I could have cold water at night.
