Beds were really uncomfortable. Beddings weren’t great Heatings weren’t working as great The place didn’t look like the pictures.

Sin embargo, el sofá cama era completamente inadecuado para dormir, encontrándose en muy mal estado e inutilizable. Como consecuencia, tres personas tuvimos que dormir en una sola cama durante toda la estancia, lo que demuestra claramente que el alojamiento no cumplía con la capacidad anunciada. Además, el apartamento presentaba graves problemas de limpieza y mantenimiento: - El baño tenía moho visible en la mampara de la ducha, lo cual supone un serio problema de higiene. - La cocina era prácticamente inutilizable debido a su mal estado: - el calentador de agua estaba extremadamente sucio, - el lavavajillas estaba roto y no funcionaba, - y las paredes estaban visiblemente manchadas. Estos problemas van mucho más allá del desgaste normal por el uso y evidencian una falta de limpieza y mantenimiento adecuados, haciendo que el apartamento no fuera apto para una estancia confortable. Tras finalizar la estancia, me puse en contacto con el alojamiento a través de la plataforma para presentar la reclamación, sin haber recibido ninguna respuesta hasta el momento.

Thank you, my daughter and her friends had a very good time and was easy for them to go to the venue they wanted to attend. Highly recommended. Maybe try to get some disposable cups and plates, as some people have OCD.

• scott (4/5): Great location, shame about the flat - For ABBA it was exceptional location wise. It was a last minuite booking as our original hotel room was far too small, so we paid £150 ish for this as an alternative. The building is decent, but the flat itself requires some love to get it up to standard. It could be great, but unfortunately when we arrived the windows were all open to get rid of the smell of curry which was strong in the flat and along the corridor leading to it. The heating system was near impossible to work, loud and antiquated. The small window in the livingroom was blown so the noise and cold seeped in constantly. There was no tea, coffee and sugar, though there was 3 different half empty bottles of milk in the fridge. The bathrooms and skirting boards etc were sorely needing a decent clean - the bathrooms were also showing evidence of historic of water damage affecting the flooring. Most upsetting was the missing smoke alarm in the hallway - not sure that's legal. It was not the standard you expect for that price. It would take very little to make that flat exceptional, and some of our issues would not be noticed in the summer time, though it may actually be the opposite - there are fan's which suggest it may be too hot at that time!!!

• Tracy (5/5): Location fantastic for ABBA but apartment could do with a fresh makeover - The fact that is was 4 minutes walk to the ABBA arena, room was quiet and beds comfy The apartment was very tired, dirty walls, bathroom tired, one shower didnt work, sofa very uncomfortable.
• Karin Boutens (4/5): - De locatie is perfect als je naar Abba Voyage gaat. Drie minuutjes lopen. Communicatie met de verhuurder was goed, reageerde steeds snel. Het kan een fijn appartement zijn mits goed schoon en achterstallig onderhoud gedaan wordt. Er is nu teveel kapot of werkt niet om een goede beoordeling te geven.
• catherine (8/5): Excellent location for ABBA voyage. Good value for money due to this Staff where lovely - Fantastic location for purpose of trip- abba voyage. Staff were easily contactable and very welcoming. I feel it could have been cleaner. Very basic surface clean /bed change seemed to be done only. Would have been nice to have a small basket of some water, tea/coffee sachets.

• Emma (7/5): - The location to where we needed to be was really good and close to the main shopping centre with lots of restaurants. This was also where we parked our car for the night and then used the tube to go into London. We did get lost going back to the apartment which was our fault, but when you know the way, its 20 minutes walk to the main shopping centre, tube station, car park and Sadler Wells Theatre (where we were watching our daughter perform). Plenty of space for a family of 4. Clean and tidy. Just a little tired in some places but nothing that should put you off staying here. We would book again as a base.

• Nm (6/5): Not bad for a night - Hosts were really helpful and responsive throughout the stay! The location was great and the beds were really comfy. Had good amenities that all worked well. The apartment could have been cleaner and definitely could do with updating. This goes for the whole apartment block. Made the stay slightly uncomfortable at times, one night was definitely enough.

• Lesley (4/5): Location of property was only plus for our stay and it is overpriced at £262 for one night - Location was perfect for venue we were going to that evening Property is extremely tired and in need of redecorating. Areas such a shower were dirty and broken seal on shower door. Windows to property dirty, broken clock in lounge, sofa bed extremely uncomfortable. One tea towel that was very old. Unsure why there were dry old flannels in bathrooms. Previous guests commented on water, biscuits etc being left for guests but nothing on arrival for us. Decor very dated, all reed diffusers were bone dry and there was a mouldy stick in one glass diffuser together with a false eyelash. Attention to detail needs to be applied.

• Heidi (7/5): Good - Loved the location we went to see Abba Voyage the apartments were literally around the corner so close,the DLR from Statford station to Pudding Mill Lane stopped right outside the venue and Westfield shopping centre fabulous if you love to shop and lots of places to eat. The area wasn't the best 1st impression of the apartment block not great..but great location for show and 5 mins on DLR to shopping centre perfecto or 20 minute walk if feeing energetic lol.

Easy check in and good communication from owner. Apartment had everything we needed for stay, air conditioning so cool. Very reasonably priced for London. For the price we paid it is good find, whilst it’s not the most modern or luxurious apartment the fair and reasonable price reflects this. I would use again & had no issues at all
• Joanne (9/5): A comfortable flat in a great location - This is a great apartment, very conveniently located for the ABBA voyage concert (about 100m away!). It’s on the 10th/top floor so was very quiet and had great views. There are 2 large elevators so no problem with getting luggage up to the flat! Secure parking was available at a reasonable cost and the owner was very good and quick at communicating with me. Walkable to the Westfield shopping centre (20 mins) and lots of lovely restaurants around. The only downside was that the property lacked glassware and the 2nd bedroom is really only big enough to sleep in (we needed to keep our bags in the hallway). We did mention the glassware to the owner so this may have been resolved and it was no bother to us to have our bags in the hallway for a couple of nights. For balance, I should mention that the main bedroom is much bigger and has an en suite, so having 2 bathrooms was a real bonus. The apartment was warm & comfortable and the showers were lovely and powerful and hot. I definitely recommend and hope to stay again.
• David (5/5): Great location for ABBA Voyage. Apartment could do with refurbishment. - Very near ABBA Voyage venue. Easy to walk in a few minutes. Great views across east London. No problem getting taxis. Decor was dated, needs refurbished. One window was noisy and let in a draft. Heating did not work well. No key to access the balcony.
• Caroline (8/5): Brilliant location for Abba. We would recommend and would stay again if returning to the area. - Location was perfect for Abba Voyage. The flat was a 5 minute walk, easy to locate and was perfect for our stay. The flat had everything we needed for our overnight stay. Our host was very helpful, providing us with directions and ensuring he was at the flat to meet us. It was also close to Jim and tonic (a 4 minute walk) a lovely bar / restaurant which suited our plans. Bathrooms a little old fashioned but they were clean and were not a problem.

The flat is tired in areas & needs upgrading, chair in living room is worn & dirty, both bathrooms need some attention especially the ensuite also much greater detail to cleaning is needed especially in bathrooms, to see previous guests hair clips on bathroom floor is not exceptable & visible dirt round edges of bathroom floor is off putting, shame really as a bit of an upgrade & better cleaning practices it could be excellent

• Daniel (4/5): Unclean, mouldy, but good location. - The arrival process was fine. We met the agent at the property and he handed over the keys with instructions. The apartments location was great for abba voyage arena, just a minute or two away walking. The size and welcome package were also great. The apartment was not so clean and has a problem with damp and mould. We didn’t feel comfortable showering as the mould was also on the shower head, as well as on all windows. Under the beds was a lot of dust and dirt and old objects.

There was everything we needed for our short stay. Tea, coffee, sugar, milk, bottles of water and biscuits a nice touch. Nothing.

Good communication before arrival. But cleanliness lets it down ! Needed a deep clean, there was no way there had been “cleaners” 11.30 -2.30. Light switches covered in finger marks. Balcony doors and windows covered in hand marks and smudges. One room dust, mould and rubbish in draw plus hairs on sheets ! ? Had it been changed? Son slept in clothes on top of bed. Air fresheners everywhere trying to hide the unclean smells. Bathrooms need a clean and updating all tired looking. Main bed uncomfortable you sink into the middle. Door sticks , hard to open. For the price we paid expected allot better. Couch in photos is no longer there. It’s an uncomfortable one that’s so old it’s covered in throws.

For the money, I expected way more and it really needs professional cleaners in there. The en-suite bathroom sink didn’t drain, towels very small and light in one bedroom didn’t work. Expensive for the experience.

• Natasha (2/5): Terrible! Don’t pay for parking!! Cigarettes littered outside and the curtain pole fell down! - The location near ABBA voyage. After a phone call to the manager despite paying an extra £20 for parking for a parking bay, I was asked to park on double yellow lines in front of the block of flats. We were greeted by a man that didn’t speak English very well who looked scruffy in a pair of joggers who showed me where to park. I was not happy at all that my brand new car was being left on double yellow lines exposed and vulnerable to a ticket or clamping. The man gave me his phone to speak to the manager and he said they would pay any fine! Absolutely disgraceful. The man then insisted on taken us up the ten floors to our room which felt very uncomfortable and strange. Inside was grubby and had not been cleaned. The bedding was cheap, the beds were hard and the balcony full of cigarettes. The furniture was shabby and the bathroom was dirty and mouldy. A very poor place to stay. We even found someone’s used eyelashes on the floor. We were close to leaving but we had tickets booked for ABBA and just decided to go out and try make the next of it. Worst stay and treatment I have ever had.
• Nichola (8/5): Perfect location for ABBA Voyage. - We went to watch the ABBA Voyage show, this apartment is a five minute walk from the arena. Perfect location. Kitchen kitted out well and overall clean and tidy. The bathrooms could do with a deep clean.

Comfortable, clean, everything we anticipated and needed. The tea / coffee / water provided are nice touches, thank you. Really small but there were no hand towels in the bathroom to dry your hands. And for girls, a second towel for wet hair is appreciated.

• Suzanne (9/5): Would definitely stay again - perfect for the Abba Voyage experience. - Excellent view from the balcony on the top floor & bedding provided for the sofa bed in the lounge too! Reasonable check out time of 11am and option to reserve (paid) parking which meant we could relax. Tea, coffee, milk etc AND BISCOFF on the table :-) Only the difficulty with opening and closing the main and balcony doors which were a bit stif for us. And we couldn't get the dishwasher to work before we left.

Nice smelling too! Fan in bedroom, great! Absolutely fantastic for abba arena, 3minute walk. Very good value stay. Great communication throughout from the host. Main Bathroom a little tired in places, but did not detract from stay at all, and was clean. Others have commented on TV not working but it does, it's streaming services not terrestrial TV, lots of options.
• Julie (10/5): Great stay, great find ! - The apartment was in a fabulous location for the Abba Arena which is where we were going to watch the show , handy for Westfield shopping centre too, the apt was fully equipped with tea, coffee milk, and was clean fresh bedding , the apt was exactly what we needed , the views were spectacular from the balcony as it's on the top floor .the host was fabulous and communication with him was second to none and nothing was too much trouble , we'd definitely stay there again Nothing

• Suzanne (6/5): Great location, but not clean - The location is excellent for Abba Voyage, and the DLR station Pudding Mill Lane, so there is excellent access to Stratford and central London. The host met us promptly, was very friendly, and showed us around the flat. It was nice being on the top floor, so further away from the traffic noise, and it was relatively quiet. The showers had a good pressure and plenty of hot water. The flat needed updating and a proper clean. Surfaces were dusty and had hair on them, and all the windows, mirrors and light switches were dirty. The second bedroom is too small for two people - but worked fine for one - although the bed wasn't as comfortable as the main bedroom was. Some of the blankets were also dirty.

• Richard (9/5): Our stay could not have been better. - The location could not have been better for the stadium (it would also be ideal for the Abba Stadium). Access was good and our view from the 10th floor was good. The door was "sticky" and difficult to lock.

The host was also very nice and check in and check out was very easy. There was one small stain on the bedding but overall everything was great!

The host Mohammad and his son Hamza were very helpful. The communication was great. There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

The sheets, pillows, and duvet covers looked and smelled like they weren't washed after the previous guests. There was just one towel for each guest, and we had to ask for one more per guest. The sheets for the sofa bed were just thrown (not wrapped) in one closet, and we had to ask for them. The kettle in the kitchen was full, probably by the previous guests. The kitchen towels smelled awful. The sofa and the armchair covers and the carpets looked and smelled like they hadn't been cleaned for a long time.

The flat was well furnished with plenty of room for the five of us and perfectly located for the ABBA Voyage show - less than 5 min walk. There was also the nice riverside cafe/bar/distillery Jim & Tonic just down the road. Parking felt safe and secure. The balcony gives nice city views, especially at night. Could only get scalding hot from the ensuite shower so used the shower in the other bathroom, we couldn't work out how to get actual TV (BBC) on the large screen.
