Guest Reviews
- Diana Elisabeta (9/5): Really nice caravan and the owners are spot on 👌 - The location is great. You get the gorgeous sunset over the hill in the front of the caravan and a little peak at the seaside. It is really close to the attractions. Access to the caravan with a disability podium which makes it great for prams too. A disable designated car park which allows you to have your owm parking rather than looking for one, especially as is so close to the main recreational area.
The fact we had little bits like, sugar, salt, toilet paper really helped.
We had issues with the boiler, but the response from the owners was amazing and the issue sorted really quick.
Thank you 👌🙏 Day passes to access the swimming pool and evening entertainment is ridiculous priced. £57 per person ( including children over 5yo ) as they're not included in the caravan price.
The bedroom that has 2 single beds would be better if there would be a double bed instead as I almost lost my under 1yo child there ( even though I covered the gap between with pillows ). The living room sofa it is just a sofa, not sofa bed.
- Our Holibobs (5/5): - Great views Caravan needs redecorating and boiler needs servicing due to lack of pressure
- Claire (8/5): -
- Jocelyn (9/5): - Naomi is very nice. She was able to amend the changed of our booking dates.
The caravan is ready for an early check in.
Nice and tidy. No hand towel in the toilet.
- alison (10/5): -
- Helen (8/5): - Views were stunning especially the sunset.
Lots for kids to do.
- Nick (6/5): Thanks for the memories - The effort to make a pretty tired caravan feel loved. The nice touches like the tea and biscuits, the good vibes sign. Great TVs. It just looked beaten up, nearly every wall has marks on it, the oven is so old, there’s cables and plugs everywhere. The position of the caravan is nice for the view but so many people walk past and between the caravans day and night. The double bed mattress is so thin you feel each spring.
Also you have to £55 to see any entertainment!
- Joanna (10/5): Perfect for Young Family! - Location and the views were stunning especially as we sat on the balcony and watched the sun go down. Lovely full length balcony and not too far from the amenities which meant our toddler could just 'run' everywhere to them ! Had a breakfast in the complex which was ok but our Toddler particularly loved giving the cute character bear a cuddle so it was really worth it. The football session for the little ones was fun and we were lucky enough to swim in the outside pool ! a really wonderful long weekend - we will definitely return ! loved it ! Quality of the meals in the complex were quite poor so don't go with any expectations !
Some nights after the complex was closing the late night revellers would cut through the caravans on their way to their own and were very noisy
- Rachel (10/5): Absolutely perfect and stress free - I loved there was WiFi in the caravan. The decor was mordern and lovely. All of the essential bits were there, like a tea towel, washing up liquid and bits to wash up, bath mat, a bottle of water and a carton of juice aswell as biscuits. Smart tvs so we could stream netflix. There were a small selection of books for children aswell as some dvds. There wasn't anything I didnt like
- Burchell (8/5): -
- Bradley (1/5): Dirty, tired and in need of a refresh - Nothing It was worn out greasy noisy and not worth the money
- June (7/5): Good -
- Keith (7/5): Overpriced venue - Excellent location away from main attraction areas.
Food reasonably priced swimming easy enought to book.
Entertainment ok Price of Play passes were ridiculously priced .
4 days
2 adults £110
3 granddaughters £26 each .
Caravan was comfy enough, and the host left a welcome pack of items for us that was much appreciated.
Cooker may need to be looked at as the gas was spurting when turned on.
Caravan was clean and tidy but could do with some decorating in certain areas.
- Graham (9/5): Superb -
- Dawn (10/5): Exceptional - The caravan was in a great location for both the Caravan park facilities and access to the seafront. All the little extras in the caravan that were provided by the host made it very welcoming and homely. There was nothing to dislike.
- Gabriela (9/5): Superb -
- Sandra (9/5): Perfect definitely something for everyone . - Cosy very clean well equipped, great location
- Renata (9/5): Superb - The place was nice and clean, you can tell that there was a lot of thought and heart put into it. The location on the site is very good - close to all amenities. The views out the window of the countryside are beautiful, especially the sunsets. All staff of the holiday camp were extremely nice and helpful. We definitely would like to come back here. I wih the beds were a little bit more comfy, that would make our stay even better.

The wi fi is really excellent and quick too. The location is near the facilities and entertainment which is good. It’s in a great location for lots of local activities too.

For us riding on the bike or walking made us reach the beach which was a convenience.
In terms of comfort, the availability of all the facilities suited us as the trip was booked on short notice. Thanks a lot!!! Enjoyed the stay by all means
- Denise (10/5): Exceptional - Caravan lovely and close to everything Nothing
- Jennifer (10/5): Wonderful memories made! - A beautiful caravan on a lovely site, especially if you are staying with children. There is so much for them to do. It was a perfect choice for us.
- Anthony (10/5): Very comfortable and enjoyable break - The caravan felt spacious, it is also incredibly well kept and felt more like a home from home. The location on the site is also fantastic as it is only a short walk to the onsite amenities. The property had no negatives for me, the Haven site is like any holiday site, slightly expensive for eating out and takeaways, but I expected this.
- Mike (10/5): Perfect Holiday Environment - very new and comfortable bungalow N/A
- Rebecca (10/5): Exceptional -
- Graham (10/5): Exceptional -

So clean, tidy and spacious.
The owners where very helpful with any questions I asked. I left something there and within a few days of returning home they had got it posted to me. Nothing.
- Annie (10/5): Beautiful haven dreams caravan - Beautiful caravan lovely and clean and very spacious.
Good location lovely views.
Will definitely be returning in the near future. There is nothing we didn't like 😀
- Sylvette (10/5): Ideal place for rest and leisure. Will book again! - Great views! Well looked after caravan.
- Shannen (8/5): Great value, family friendly and clean caravan stay. - - Family friendly
- Quirky touches such as a sensory lamp in the accessible room(which my son diagnosed with ADHD/ASD loved). Fudge, coffee, tea & more on arrival.
- Good size caravan.
- Great location to get to the entertainment complex/swimming.
- Fab stay all in all for the price - Only criticism, a mirror would have been great in the main bedroom for hair & make up. Other than that everything else was great!
- Gift (9/5): A very lovely place to stay - The whole accommodation was very clean and tidy. It was easy to go round the park to do stuff. The owners were very helpful with any questions asked. We would totally come back again. The check-in and check out times could be better.
- Jarvis (8/5): Very good - The caravan was lovely and the site had all the facilities you would expect.
- Amy (9/5): A lovely stay and the owner was very accommodating when we needed to extend. Great location too. - Location fab, lots of amenities. nothing, the caravan was lovely
- Midnight (10/5): Haven Caravan that exceeded all our expectations. - The caravan itself was in great condition, the location in the park was great too. A short walk to the main facilities, swimming pool, restaurant and shops. Parking outside the caravan was super convenient also. Hastings town is a ten minute drive away as well as the beach so all in all a great place.
The owner of the caravan as well was brilliant. Would highly recommend booking. Nothing, what we paid for was absolutely great.
- Jamie (10/5): Had a great time we only used the property for somewhere to lay our heads after our festival but would definitely consid - The property had everything you needed and more it was like home from home Nothing
- Elaine (9/5): Superb -
- Raymond (9/5): Very nice, well presented and comfortable caravan - Clean and well presented Property was fine but the having a mixture of Booking.com messages, emails and WhatsApp messages to confirm the booking and provide joining instructions was very confusing.
- Hayden (9/5): Above expectations. - Location could not be better, close to everything. Parking right in front of the caravan. The accommodation is open plan with great views from the balcony. Check in and out was perfect. Will definitely be re-booking. Can't really fault for the money. Above our expectations.
- Esau (9/5): Great stay - Great location, clean, comfortable for 5 people, lovely views. Shop with everything you need just a few steps away. The pool looked good but we didn't use it. Security on site was good, would definitely return. There was nothing we didn't like, just missed a chopping board in the kitchen.
