Guest Reviews
- Keith McDonnell1 (10/5): - The cleanliness, facilities, and location were all perfect Nothing
- Fengly (9/5): -
- Soham (4/5): -
- Helena (5/5): Disappointing but could be worse - Relatively clean and bed fairly comfortable. In a beautiful part of London. Amenities provided were helpful, TV worked fine as well. The host was rude when I called as I was confused as to how to get into the building and said that they didn't have time for this they aren't in the country, I explained what was happening and they eventually understood I had gone to the wrong door, as the door I was supposed to go in wasn't marked and was very small. The place itself was tiny and very low ceiling, I couldn't stand up in the shower so not suitable for anyone taller than 5 foot really. The ledge on the bathroom mirror had collected a lot of hair which I didn't realise until I put my toothbrush in, so that was quite disgusting. The price for what I got was reasonable for London but I wouldn't recommend staying here
- Melanie (9/5): Cosy, comfy, great location - Host was available when I went to the wrong door on the Friday night. The whole place was well-equipped, cosy and comfortable. Shower could have been higher up on the wall

- Pauline (5/5): Passable - Everything is there No window and the entrance
- Ines (8/5): Very good -
- Pérez (8/5): Very good -
- Amy (8/5): Great value for money, felt safe. Brilliant location. - Lovely tiny self contained basement bedsit. Very nice area. Quite noisy bathroom
- Keith (10/5): Exceptional - Really clean. Good location, timings to tube stations accurate. Instructions on how to get there were really easy to follow and accurate Nothing
- Patricia (4/5): I liked the location but the space was claustrophobic - I would like to have known in advance that there was no window to the outside. For me personally, this is a big disadvantage. I asked if I could drop a bag before checkin time and they said maybe when it would have been better to say no. The tray under the mirror (out of sight) was dirty. There were tea bags but no little milk packets.
- Laura (7/5): Great location, good price - Loved the location. Very helpful staff when I had trouble finding the property I reported that the shower was faulty. I think it might have needed a washer or possibly new hose or head. It didn’t get repaired during my short stay. Tea towel and cloth/sponge would have been good
- Alexander (5/5): Fine if you’re stuck but not what I thought I was booking - Decent price in a nice location It was a windowless out house that had been changed into holiday accommodation.
I could stand in the shower or get washed properly.
- Eric (10/5): Exceptional -
- Amy (9/5): Superb -
- Adam (8/5): Suited my needs and schedule perfectly - Clean, very nice staff, location was great! It was perfect for what I needed. A small place to sleep. It is a small cellar room so no windows but that isn’t a huge problem. Helps you sleep in !
- Aastef (7/5): Has potential...But... - It has so much potential..
And yet..!!
These are the disadvantages of big real estate companies, that run many properties of cities that have very high demand on the field..
And they run the properties absolutely impersonally..
The house ground-semi under floor, it's tiny but very very sweet..
Has very good heating..
It's clean enough..
With very smart system of its front door lock..
But..
I was 4 days in the house and had no internet..
I send many messages and noone resolved anything..
I kindly asked the password of other nearby networks (of the same real estate company) that I had access to and they didn't give it to me haha.
Probably they don't know how these things work. I mean given that they would cost nothing to them, to give me access..
In any case.
There weren't any glass plates neither glass cups neither silver spoons forks or knives.
Only a few one-use paper plates and wooden forks and knives..
And only 2 cheap toilet papers for 4 days..
When it is to put a bad review, usually I don't put a review at all...
But this was provocative..
So I consider it an obligation of mine, to be fair and inform other potential guests..
Has potential though, with different managerial approach.. When it is to put a bad review, usually I don't put a review at all...

- Goran (9/5): Superb - Very good accomodation for short stay, described as it is, good communication with host, fair price for London More diverse dishes
- Ivan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Stanislav (10/5): Exceptional - One of the inexpensive and therefore small apartments that you can find in London. This one among the best in this class. Not VERY tiny, clean, without narrow stairs, has enough space for clothes and even a small sitting bath. There’re several grocery shops, diners and even a nice wine bar nearby. Good transport connection to the city center. If your main purpose is to save some money, this is a good option to consider.
- Istvan (9/5): Superb -
- Bailey (7/5): Holds the minimal necessities but the location makes up for all of that - The convenience of location was fantastic. I had unlimited options in terms of public transportation to get to places which made London navigation all the more easier It was a bit cramped but that was more to do with my height more than anything else. Anyone greater than 6’0 would find it a bit of a struggle
- Aliu54 (9/5): Superb -
- Pauline (9/5): nice little property for a solo traveller. - Small and compact, beautifully presented and very clean. fixtures and fittings in good condition. little kitchenette was clean and well taken care of.
electric heater very efficient, kept the place warm
small clean fridge and complimentary bottles of water were a nice touch with tea bags to make a cuppa if needed. quiet location at rear of row of commerical properties.
15 min walk to Finchlet Road tube. surrounded by shows, cafes and restaurants.
Clear, concise and accurate instructions messaged ahead of visit so it was easy to access property. minor repairs needed to kitchen tap (fitting lose) and shower head holster doesn't grip shower head any more). No window inside of property so no natural light or air. one window with a blind over it overlooking into a dark outhouse with washing machine??
entrance is to rear of row of commercial properties in a darkened alley, but security light triggers when dark.
- Jessica (8/5): Very good -
- Danouta (7/5): Was pleasant. Ideal for a couple nights as a solo traveler. - The self-check in, & the cleanliness Very low ceilings.
- Umer (5/5): Passable -
- Nicolle (10/5): Exceptional - Spotless, very cozy, It is perfect to sleep and shower! Comfortable bed! No complaints
- Lara (10/5): Exceptional - Great location
Very cute and petite accomodation
Super clean when I arrived No faults in my opinion
- Luis (9/5): Superb - Great location in Hampstead with plenty of transport options around, apartment with plenty of amenities, good value for a short stay. No natural light, which can be annoying for some people.
- Morland (6/5): Great location, clean and close to central London, shame my feedback hasn’t be received. - Ideal for a solo traveler, good location, clean. Disappointed after this is the second time I’ve stayed here and have already given feedback about the shower head being loose and also that if anyone uses the washing machine or tumble dryer you can hear it, there needs to be a time curfew and shouldn’t be used after 10pm.
- Jonathan (8/5): Good place to stay for a long weekend in London - The location was good - quiet but with lots of local shops and restaurants etc within a few minutes walk, as were the Overground and Underground stations. I wanted to be in North London rather than "Zone 1" on this occasion so the property was very good for this. The only negative would be no natural daylight. I was however only there in the evenings and early mornings so not a big issue.
- Janice (1/5): Bad - Location was super. 5 minute walk to Sainsbury and restaurants NO NATURAL LIGHT. I left as soon as I could to get alternative accommodation. It was a pleasantly appointed dungeon. Rules for rental say that bedroom needs proper window, not one into the windowless laundry room.
- Lou (8/5): Hidden gem/ comfy hobbit cave - Fantastic studio hobbit sized space in great location. Private entrance with secure keypad. Suited me fine though if you're taller than 5'7", you'd struggle with the ceiling height! The advertised pic was not the entry door, which was actually to the left of the stairway. The link sent to show actual pic didn't work. A quick phone call sorted it out though.
An outdoor designated recycle bin would have been great. No place to put my separated rubbish.
- Mihaela87 (8/5): Good value for money and good location, I recommend for single travellers - I liked it that it was clean and comfy for a single traveller and you have close by all the transport facilities you need + shops, supermarkets and restaurants. Plus, it's in a quiet area, so that one can enjoy a good night sleep :) The only thing I didn't like was the fact that it has no outdoor window, but eventually it wasn't so much of an inconvenience, because I only spent time there overnight, otherwise I was out all day long in the city, sight-seeing.
- Simon (7/5): Good - Location is great. Basic crockery and cutlery would have been nice given there are kitchen facilities.
- Michael (7/5): Good -
- Paul (8/5): Very good - Good price Entrance through dark passage
Uncomfortable bed
- Morland (7/5): Great location, clean and safe but need to check on everything works for the guest. - Very clean, good location and good facilities. I felt safe and would stay there again. The room was right next to the laundry and someone decided to put the tumble dryer on at 9:30pm for 2 hrs which was very noisy, there should be restrictions after 10pm. The shower head was loose and the bed wasn’t very comfortable. It is small and a little awkward getting out of the shower but fine for me at 5ft 4inch any one who is taller would struggle. I would only arrive during daylight hours as it’s down a lane.
- Cristina (10/5): Exceptional - Clean and comfortable. Quite far from the centre (but there are lots of shops on the nearby street)
No windows
- Fraya (6/5): I would like to stay in this place again as I really liked it except for the bed so I would have to check and see if the - Great location and nice and quiet. I liked the ease with which one could access and leave the property. I really liked the concept, space and layout. Compact and self-contained, and I felt safe as a solo older woman travelling. I like the decor, and self catering facilities. The mattress was very uncomfortable as it was so hard. There was a great big lump in the middle of the mattress, which I think was a busted spring, so I turned the mattress over and remade the bed, which helped somewhat, but I never slept well in this bed over the three nights.
- Sailesh (9/5): Cosy place in a nice neighborhood and convenient. - Nice neighborhood and convenience.
- Gonzalo (5/5): Good value, good location, not a lot of comfort. - Good location, room was clean.
The wifi worked most of the time. The room was tiny and it didn't have windows, even though in pictures there was one with curtains.
The bathtub was hard to access and there wasn't any plates, glasses or cutlery (it was provided upon asking and all disposable). The wifi wasn't great, came on and off.
- Román (8/5): Very good - Place was really clean, no issues, good value for money. If you are tall, it may be uncomfortable to stay as the ceiling is low and the bed is short.
- Cvila81 (10/5): Exceptional -
- Javier (5/5): Acceptable - Kichenette, bottles of water and amenities Hard to find, no natural light, shower ceiling too low
- Dominik (8/5): Very good -
- Martine (8/5): Great little apartment with plenty facilities for a weekend stay for one - Very lovely little apartment, clean, good facilities It was difficult to find the door in the dark.
During the first night there were a couple of occasions that a very bright shone straight through the blind and woke me up
- Vivian (7/5): Overall, it was a good stay, well presented. - I would have appreciated bedroom slippers, proper mugs and cutleries in the accommodation as opposed to paper ones.
- Nicholas (10/5): Exceptional -
- Simon (9/5): Superb - Good location. Clean & comfortable. Nothing
- Oana-manuela (10/5): Good place to stay for a single person! Clean and very well designed! -
