• Sophie Tiger Lily (10/5): Excellent and would return. - Excellent location, right in the centre of it all and 2 minutes from the beach. Clean rooms and friendly staff. No lift access to upstairs although staff were happy to carry luggage.
• Anja (7/5): Not newly rennovated - but modern, clean and central - The location is great - it is totally central, so the main spots are easily reachable by a short walking distance. The hotel is modern, clean and aesthetic. Since the hotel is a little bit hidden when coming from Ton Sai Pier, it was a little hard to find going beyond several street (food) shops. Also, the marketing slang „newly renovated“ does not really fulfill the criteria. It is modern and good, but there are some aspects that rather have to be still renovated (water spots/leakage spots on the ceiling, scratched wooden futniture etc.). One thing that really disturbed us was that the hotel is situated directly next to a speaker, where the muslim prayers (muezzin) were played very loudly. Since it was noticeable several times a day (also in the night and early morning) this was a little uncomfortable as non-muslim to be woken up several times by that noise. We aknowledge the religion, but would have definitely an otjer hotel, which is situated not exactly near a speaker if we knew that before.

• Sylvio Junior (10/5): Extrem gutes Hotel! - + Es liegt sehr zentral, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Pier entfernt was sehr praktisch ist + Viele Restaurants, Cafés und auch ein 7 Eleven in unmittelbarer Nähe + Es ist sehr ruhig, wir konnten während unseres Aufenthalts nichts hören! Keine Musik oder Ähnliches + Sehr modern (während unserer Thailandreise mit Abstand das allerbeste Hotel gewesen) + Sehr bequeme Betten + Sehr sauberes Hotel und für Thailand extrem gute Ausstattung vor allem für den bezahlten Preis Viele Reviews erwähnten einen schlechten Geruch im Badezimmer. Unser Zimmer war im oberen Stockwerk und wir konnten während des gesamten Aufenthalts keinerlei Gerüche feststellen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können dieses Hotel wärmstens empfehlen.

• Necla Yagmur (8/5): - Renoviert, Zimmer war gut eingerichtet, zentral, zu Fuß überall erreichbar, Es gibt direkt Markt vor dem Hotel Klimaanlage konnten wir irgendwie nicht steuern, Ich hatte das Gefühl, es automatisch läuft. Kein Fahrstuhl aber es gibt nun Erdgeschoss und erste Etage. Sie helfen beim Tragen sonst.

The reception area and relaxation area were amazing when you had a bit of time to wait around before your departure. And plus the mattress was anti bed bug which is amazing. You could tell all the furnishings were brand new. I unfortunately had a safety incident with the guest I was travelling with during my stay and the staff were so amazing when looking after me. I’ll never forget. Thank you panmanee! Nothing

• Niamh (8/5): Ideal location, recently renovated, very comfortable stay. - The location of this property is brilliant, recently renovated and very comfortable. There can sometimes be a smell from the drains but that is expected of phi phi and the hotel/room was spotless otherwise! When we were leaving the hotel, the staff were questioning if we should be charged a damage charge for the bed sheets as there were a few stains from eating food, they checked if it could be washed out which it did and there wasn’t an issue but it did put a bit of a downer on the stay.

• Cliodhna (8/5): Lovely hotel, great location and lovely staff. Would definitely recommend! - Lovely hotel located 3 minutes from the pier. Ideal location which is right next to a small food market. The room was spacious with the comfiest bed. There was a smart Tv which is always a plus! Nice modern bathroom and great air conditioning. Lovely staff who will collect your luggage from the pier and bring to the hotel in a trolley if you would like.

• Renato (8/5): - Posizione perfetta. L'hotel è attaccato alla zona del caos serale, tuttavia si trova in una vietta tranquilla e silenziosa. Le camere sono molto belle, spaziose ed eleganti, anche se forse un po' troppo minimal. Ottimo, ottimo il ragazzo di nome Huey alla reception (scusa, l'ho scritto all'inglese ma è sicuramente sbagliato). Le stanze sono un po' troppo minimal perché non hanno spazio per i vestiti. A parte alcune stampelle mancano spazi e cassetti, perfino i comodini sono privi di cassetti. Inoltre, purtroppo il bagno, che è anche molto bello e spazioso, ha un problema di odore di fogna da risolvere.

Hotel was in quiet location at night which was a lovely surprise, given that we were warned Phi Phi could be a really noisy place at night. Just a few minutes walk from the pier. The glass shower door is poorly designed making it a squeeze to get into. That was a minor issue. Lovely clean bathroom.
