I am pregnant and struggle to sleep enough as it is- this late noise was unsettling & I didn't sleep well because it happened several times. I tested my own door and it's the doors themselves.

It was very clean, the shower was excellent and the beds very comfortable. The gap around the edge of the shower door meant that the bathroom floor got very wet.
• JaviDiMad (8/5): Perfecto para un par de días - Hotel super céntrico. El personal bastante amable la verdad. Muy económico. Recomendable para pasar un par de días. La calle era bastante tranquila. Se descansa bien. Por poner alguna pega, las habitaciones son algo pequeñas. Y el baño con la puerta de cristal no deja mucha intimidad. Ya que la puerta hace las veces de puerta del aseo o de la ducha (según se cierre). En cualquier caso, este tipo de detalles hacen que puedan dar unos precios ajustados.

Resepsiyona çok üşüdüğümü söylememe rağmen faydası olmadı çünkü klima ısıtmıyor. Ve kendi kendine kapanıyor. Enerji tasarrufu adı altında paranızla rezil oluyorsunuz. Brüksel’de ice hotel konseptli bir yer olduğunu bilmiyordum.
• Katheleen (5/5): Not ideal - The location of the hotel was very good I knew the room were small, but wow I didn’t realize how uncomfortable it was be. The first day taking a shower I thought I wasn’t going to be able to stay the whole time we booked the hotel. The bathroom has barely space to put anything! I had to constantly get out of the bathroom to get something else. They should add some selves! On top of that, we paid a price and then we saw the hotel price was half what we paid. Honestly I was beyond mad when I saw they go so much cheaper than what we paid for!! The ventilation in the bathroom didn’t work so every time one of us went to the bathroom the smell went nowhere… it was just a bad experience… they charge $1 for water in the reception, there is no kettle in the room, the toilet paper was so hard, no hand towel. The list goes on and on!

• Desentila (8/5): - Posizione ottima e personale molto gentile e disponibile. L Hotel si trova proprio vicino a una strada piena di negozi e locali ma non si sentono rumori in stanza. Il centro si trova a 5 minuti a piedi. La pulizia purtroppo non è delle migliori e la porta del bagno era un pochino instabile e faceva molto rumore se si tentava di chiuderla svegliando così chi è in stanza con te. Il costo della stanza era alquanto alto e non era presente nemmeno un bollitore per un caffè o the in stanza, insomma nulla che facesse sentire l'ospite apprezzato.

• Hèctor (9/5): Net, còmode, pràctic i molt ben ubicat. - És un hotelet molt pràctic i còmode, excel·lentment ubicat per a descobrir Brussel·les. Estava ben a prop de tot, i tenia una estació de metro a dos carrers, però alhora no estava just a la zona de bars, així que podies descansar. Molt tranquil tot i amb sensació de seguretat. Ah! I el llit era molt còmode, un matalàs molt bo! Les habitacions eren justetes de dimensions, pensades per a viatgers que van amb maleta de cabina. Suficients, tot i això. Potser sembla excessiu que et cobren per guardar-te l'equipatge si arribes abans d'hora, o si el teu vol és molt després de l'hora d'eixida. Però és el seu model de negoci.

Le store de la fenêtre en face du lit ne descendait pas jusqu’en bas. La lumière du jour était donc très présente dans la chambre assez tôt. Dommage puisque les rideaux de la grande fenêtre sont occultant mais pas ce store.

Zaten küçücük bir oda. Çöpler her gün boşaltılmalı ve temizlik yapılmalı.

• Heidi06 (7/5): Wenn man den ganzen Tag unterwegs ist das Hotel empfehlenswert. - Ruhige Lage in einer Seitenstraße, man kann das Stadtzentrum sehr gut zu Fuß erreichen, ca. 10 min. Preis/Leistung hat gepasst. Die Zimmer waren sehr klein, man hatte fast keinen Platz für die Koffer. Das Frühstück bietet kein Frühstück, aber in der Nähe gibt es Cafés.

• Simon (2/5): Comfortable budget stay but disgusting smell - Location and modern comfortable room. The room was clean but see below why I rated poor. The smell. The 7th floor corridor stank. Smelt like the drains had overflowed or someone had died and not been found for weeks. The room was slightly better as the window was open. I reported it but nothing happened. I later found the bin by the lift smelt like rotting fish. I wrapped the bag closed and it was still like that in the morning but the smell lingered. I had to put a towel by my door to try to minimise the smell and keep the window open.

• Nativa Faccin (4/5): Não voltaria. - A localização é ótima, fizemos tudo a pé! As camas são confortáveis e o chuveiro é muito bom. Há disponibilidade de água potável na recepção. Atendimento. Quarto apertado (talvez seja bom para um). Piso no chuveiro é escorregadio. A climatização do quarto é ruim. No elevador tinha uma propaganda de desconto em um café próximo, fomos lá e não valia mais, porém o chef do restaurante foi simpático. A "limpeza" ocorreu depois de dois dias (acho que só trocaram as toalhas).
