Guest Reviews
- John (10/5): - Quite and respectful, staff treated me very good and felt welcomed. Everything was ok. No complaints
- Romero (9/5): Descent price - Friendly people. Beds could be of better quality
- Griffin (1/5): I will not be back and I don't think anyone with more than three dollars to their name should either - The location was in a difficult to reach spot off the highway. There were no extra amenities. The AC worked so that is one positive. The hotel was also walking distance from a Jack In The Box where I could get actual food. The man at the front desk was completely unhelpful and dragged his feet every time I spoke to him. My key card died on the first night I stayed here and I was informed by the man next door to me that it happens frequently. My accessible suite was at the far back of the building, and so I either had to drive my car all the way around or limp with my cane to the front office every time I had an issue with my key card. There were holes in the quilt on my bed that clearly came from some kind of burn and the sheets were incredibly thin. The pillows were lumpy and thin. Cable cut in and out and the WiFi was unusable in my room. If you have ever seen The Florida Project, this motel was extremely similar to the one in that film, except the rooms weren't so terrible in The Florida Project. One of my lights would not turn on and the shower & bathroom floor were filthy. I did not want to touch anything in the bathroom because of how nasty it was. The microwave in the room was also in terrible shape and had not been deep cleaned in a long time if ever. My room door hung over the edge of the walkway just enough that I was worried someone would easily break it down while I was sleeping. On my second night, everything smelled like cigarettes near my room, and the smell lingered in the air in my room. There were basically no positives about this stay.
- kiana (1/5): - Workers I got bit by something

- Andre (1/5): - I booked my stay through booking.com the order was never emailed to the office and they refused me my room and didn't even want to see my transaction number
- Leisurely Tenant. (9/5): - The staff is always friendly and professional. The rooms are clean and have everything you need for a comfortable night in Pueblo, Co. Its definitely got a prime location for all the things you might need. Walmart is about 4 mins away. Plenty of convenience stores right across Highway 50. Has its own laundry facility as well as a full service laundromat about 3 blocks up the frontage road. The parking lot is a little beat up. Nothing a repave won't fix.
- Luis (3/5): Gross - Nothing Bedding had cigarette burns. There were stains on a chair. Not sure from what I can only hope they weren’t body fluids.
- Michael (1/5): -
- Christiansen (5/5): Unreasonable - Quietness The fact that I had to let my dog go because I didn't have a $10 fee and they would not accept my rental payment if I didn't have the other $10. And I have been staying here for months.

aAfter departing from Arizona on another extended journey throughout the United States I arrived in Denver Colorado then onto Colorado Springs and finally into Pueblo Colorado.
I booked accomodations through Expedia and Booking. com with ease and simplicity. I called
- Christian (4/5): - Mold around bathroom tub. Shower head was really low. Had to squat down to rinse my head. Room was dated and flooring is coming apart. Shady individuals walking around premises.
- Mary (10/5): - Another great stay for me!
- Mary (10/5): - Great deal for the price and it's the cheapest hotel in town! Clean, everything working, very secure area and very nice staff. Another great stay for me!
- Anthony (2/5): - This place was absolutely. Discussing the first. It was a complete dump. We rented three rooms. None of the pictures matched Expedia 's. And didn't know until upon. Arrival. And was unable to. Book anything last minute.
One of the three rooms. Stunk so bad, light. Some type of smoke. And the AC. Didn't work. Although the guy was super friendly and moved me to a new room. It was kind of comical how ugly these rooms were. Also. When we got back on our second night, all three of our rooms. None of the keys worked, so we had to request new ones. They never once asked who I was asked to see an ID. They just automatically issued me new keys which I thought was really Dangerous. Considering we had teenage kids in the other two rooms and it seems like anybody could have said they were locked out. To get a new key. Would not recommend this place. Unless you're in a pinch.
- Judy (4/5): - Would not recommend a stay there - I do not agree with other reviews. The room was dirty and had missing chunks of wall paint - bathroom floor was dirty.
- Nick (10/5): - Overall was a nice stay & the price was very reasonable.
- Paul (10/5): - Great customer service low prices
- Tom (8/5): - I normally stay at Motel 6 because of their generous pet policies, but the motel 6 in Pueblo has to be one of the worst in the chain. I was glad to find Pueblo Inn nearby. Also good for pets (but not free), the rooms were fine, the staff was excellent and the rates affordable.
- Mary (10/5): - Another great stay!
- Katie (10/5): - The people who work there are great! Very kind n professional. I will recommend this hotel to my friends.
- Crystaline (10/5): - Rude employees
- Julie (10/5): - Great customer service
- Yesli (2/5): - Nothing like showed in pictures
- Tanya (8/5): - Very nice staff
- Noname (6/5): - Fair for 1 night
- Nadine Renee (6/5): - The room was run down and had a smell to it that was bad and made it hard to breathe. It was like if someone smoked constantly in there and it was in the walls. The carpet needed to be shampooed and the curtain were not on the window. When I closed them for privacy at night to sleep people can walk by and still look in because they did not close. I felt unsafe. The maintenance guy was awesome, he came and fixed the TV because the one in the room would not work. The 2 ladies at check in/out were nice and very efficient.
- Mario (5/5): Okay -
- Joann (2/5): - Cockroaches, filthy room.
- Subhradip (4/5): -
- Crystaline (6/5): - Lots of dangerous happenings
- Mary (10/5): - Another great stay!
- Crystaline (6/5): - A lot of homeless around. Owner was very cool but other staff not so much.
- Garcia (10/5): -
- Douglas (2/5): - Run down not maintained, wouldn’t even wanna bring a hooker to this place people outside smoking dope, dogs, barking no place to bring your family. Do not recommend this place to stay. I’m surprised that Expedia recommends this place. They need to reconsider this.
- Robert (6/5): Maintenance needed help but great price. - The overall stay was ok. The price for the room was excellent. Broken towel rack in bathroom. Comforter had cigarette burns on it and 1/2 smoked cigarette on front window sill. The tv cable was unhooked from wall but I screwed it back on and tightened it.
- Mary (10/5): - Even though it's an older hotel I've been staying here a lot and I 've been pretty satisfied.
- Danielle (10/5): - good service
- Danielle (10/5): - good
- Lozano (6/5): -
- Douglas (10/5): - Parking area trash.
- Antonio (2/5): - No need
- Antonio (2/5): - Horrible
- Terrie (2/5): - The a/c didn’t work and the refrigerator didn’t work. Cancelled reservation need my money back asap
- Mary (10/5): - Another great stay at Pueblo Inn!
- JAMIE (2/5): Nastiness place, and worst staff - The place was full of cockroaches, and they let my ex know I was there who then came and caused a big scene. I didn’t even spend a night there because of the situation, and they refused to give me a refund, and hotels.com didn’t help either, so I had to dispute the charges with my credit card company, and hopefully, get a refund that way.
- Mary (10/5): - It is an older hotel, but it has everything you need! It's very quiet, peaceful and safe because they have a great security. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is awesome with all the restaurants and Albertsons in the area. It is always great and pleasant stay for me!

- Lau (10/5): - The staff are very great and great location Nothing
- Mary (10/5): - Quiet, peaceful, great security in a nice area with many fast food restaurants, right next to Jack in the Box, which is pretty cool!
- Yolanda (1/5): Bad -
- Brad (1/5): Bad - Nothing Where do I start. The room overall was a disaster. No amenities, light bulbs out, no chair to sit in hole in the bedspread, and the list could go on
