• Dave (6/5): As above - Location was good and peaceful You can hear everything through walls including neighbour snoring all Night. No coffee or tea supplies for first eve unless I paid 1.50 sf per tea bag but sugar was free. No mention of milk. The picture on booking.com is misleading it shows a chalet which is not one of the rooms. This chalet can be booked at a higher cost as we considered moving when we got into the room on arrival. The rooms are in just a wooden block. For the same money we found other hotels which looked far nicer. As we wanted a base to get in and out of Interlaken we decided to stay but would not recommend
• Youssef (10/5): - Gorgeous mountainous views, the room was spacious and very comfortable, lots of parking space, amazing staff, and stay is close to all attractions in Interlaken.
• Lucie (8/5): Agréable séjour - Personnel très accueillant, coin calme et facile d’accès. Tout est sur place pour passer un agréable moment: restaurant, spa, bar, « boutique ». Quelques tout petits détails, linge un peu ancien (housses trouées) et lit un peu dur.

• Maxime (7/5): Prima prijs kwaliteit verhouding voor de regio, centraal gelegen. - De locatie was mooi en de ligging centraal. De uitstraling vanaf de buitenkant was ook heel erg leuk. De badkamer was erg basic, beddengoed gedateerd. We misten wel een airconditioning in de zomer, de ventilator was niet voldoende.

• Melanie (7/5): - Das Servicepersonal beim Abendessen war zuvorkommend und professionell. Das Abendessen war schön angerichtet und schmackhaft. Die Zimmerausstattung ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und auch nicht sehr stilvoll. Es war eine Challenge darauf zu achten, dass der Duschvorhang nicht am Körper klebt. Unser Zimmer lag neben dem Saunagebäude - eventuell kam daher das durchgängige Brummen in der Nacht (sonst ruhig). Für diesen Preis: kein Frühstück, keine Sauna inklusive.

• Steven (8/5): Good stay, great veiws and location, no problems it is as described on websites - Location was excellent, away from the busy area of Interlaken but close enough to walk, comfortable bed, good shower. Pleasant outdoor space with great views, would stay again. The room was a little cramped and there was no tea or coffee.

Patio to enjoy meals outside with mountain view (however same space shared with other rooms, so not much privacy). Very uncomfortable bed mattresses and in general old furniture.

There was no air conditioning in the room, having requested AC. The bathroom was very small and in need of a complete overhaul. Lights are needed in the back terrace.
• Gennadiy (10/5): Excellent - Beautiful location just a few minute drive away from Interlaken. Very friendly staff with awesome facilities! Out in the open country and 15 minute hike away from a few castle ruins and beautiful lakes! Well worth the money. Beautiful patio also with a hammock

Beds quite uncomfortable, a lot of noise transference from neighbouring rooms. Also not spotlessly clean, we kept finding dark hair on towels etc (not ours).

Anytime of year is perfect. - The staff were incredible! we arrived after a long, rainy, dark & scary drive through the mountains due to a car failure & road block... We were welcomed in with lovely staff and an amazing bar! We woke up in the stunning mountains with the spa and breakfast awaiting us! Could not recommend this place enough.

• Karen (10/5): A True Swiss Experience - The Basic rooms were so nice! The room was exactly like the photos and there was a front patio with table and chairs which was a bonus. I absolutely loved the place. The restaurant was amazing as well, and our servers did a fantastic job! We had a wonderful dinner. We were near a landing area for para gliders, so it was fun to watch them. The staff was so helpful and kind. The bed was a bit too firm for me. I just slept on top of the folded comforter and used the throw blanket as a cover and that worked fine. But that did not take away from my experience.

• Christie (9/5): Great escape in the country - Great alpine decor, appreciate the fridge, comfortable beds, beautiful garden, excellent staff willing to accommodate my stumbling German in spite of their perfect English. My parents had a lovely meal at the restaurant. Great front terraces to enjoy nature and the pretty flowers in the garden. Easy to access from the train station with the bus (though the bus is quite busy so we left our larger pieces of luggage in lockers at the train station). Rooms could use more lamps and there aren't many outlets, so bring an extension cord if you have things to plug in.
• Gabi (9/5): - War als Wanderin bei Regen unterwegs. Meine Zimmerreservierung war ohne Wellness gebucht. Konnte gegen einen keinen Aufpreis die Sauna geniessen, was ich sehr geschätzt habe. Hatte beim Nachtessen meine pers. Service-Angestellte, die sich mit Namen bei mir vorgestellt hat.

• TALAL (2/5): - حصل سوء تفاهم لذلك اخرجونا قبل موعد الخروج بيوم لي سبب انه الغرفه غير نظيفه وان لم نخرج يتصلون بالشرطه وأساساً كل هوتيل يكون هناك خدمات التنظيف لذلك سبب الخروج ليس مقنعه ولقد اجبروناا انه ندفع غرامه وقيمته 500 فرنك غير حساب الرسمي وان لم ندفع يتصلون بشرطه وطريقه تعامل الرسبشن غير جميله
