• Abang (9/5): Superb - Nice cosy bungalow with beautiful, peaceful surrounding. Arran the host is exceptional. Very quick to respond to queries and even went over to meet us at the bungalow on our arrival. He was also quick to organise someone to replace the bathroom light on a Sunday! The utensils are dated, with scratches and rust that we were not able to use any. Should consider replacing them.

• June (9/5): Superb - Spacious rooms , well equipped and clean and tidy. Nice quiet cul-de-sac. Back garden was pleasant to sit out. Garden and driveway could do with pruning.
• Carmel (10/5): Great location for visiting my husband's mother who turned 100. We were able to visit family too. - The location was perfect for our needs. Easy to get to. House was spacious for our needs. Would highly recommend it. Everything was perfect.

• Alisonlindoncroft (10/5): A cosy spacious bungalow in an ideal location. - The bungalow was ideal for a family stay in Middlesbrough. It was well-equipped and clean, with comfortable beds and modern decor. It was easy to park outside and was an excellent location to visit both Middlesbrough, Inland and the Coast. Nothing.
• Alisonlindoncroft (9/5): Comfortable and well-situated bungalow - The bungalow was modern, well kitted-out and welcoming. The beds were comfortable and the heating was effective and easy to use. We used the bungalow as a base for house-hunting for a family member.
• Hardev (9/5): Nice little place but spacious inside - Property was in a good area also it was cozy and clean and the management response to a little issue with the form was excellent would use again
