• Anousha (10/5): Splendid view! Amazing host! Sparkly clean apartment! - This property is amazing. Centrally located just a few mins walk to the main restaurants. We enjoyed it. Host Sandy was great and welcomed us warmly. I came for a business and leisure trip. Happy with the desk available to carry my work. I was worried about 2 reviews but don’t be deceived this place is heaven, amazing view of the beach and beautiful sunset. Our time was spent on the terrace with spectacular views! During weekends the public beach in front of the accomodation can get crowded but the Mauritius ambiance and local feel is seen through the crowd which we want to experience when we travel abroad. Sadly local leave their food on the beach or bins and although the host did pest control some insects get to the balcony but die and off due to the pest control carried by the host. The host also provides sparkly clean accommodation. The cleaning team very warm and did their job. I cannot complain. Thanks Sandy we will see you soon Nothing problematic everything was perfect.

• Claudia (9/5): - La ubicación está muy bien, al igual que el personal, muy atento y agradable. El apartamento está muy bien (mejor que en las fotos) y es muy espacioso y cómodo. No estaba muy limpio. Nos encontramos con 3 cucarachas y todo en general daba la sensación de que necesitaba una limpieza profunda.

• Yasmine (9/5): Magnifique séjour face à la mer... - Super appartement idéalement situé face à la mer. Bien équipé. Très confortable. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour. On a pu profiter chaque soir de magnifiques coucher de soleil. La terrasse est bien grande. Les essuies fournis sont bien grands et moelleux. Le lit est très bon.Beaucoup d'espace de rangement. Il y a même quelques affaires de plage mises à disposition. La plage devant l'appartement est très bien. Calme, un peu d'ombre... Ce qui est vraiment fort appréciable, c'est la disponibilité de l'hôte qui répond rapidement aux différentes demandes, qui nous a accueilli avec le sourire malgré l'heure tardive et notre retard. Elle nous a donné des conseils sur les environs. Toujours avec le sourire. Un vrai plaisir d'être accueilli de la sorte :-) On est proche du centre, facilement accessible à pied. Beaucoup de restos très bons, et aussi des superettes pour les petites courses. Je recommande cet endroit. Un excellent rapport qualité / prix surtout compte tenu de la localisation. • Karsten (10/5): Dejligt afslappende ophold - gode parkeringsforhold og dejlig strand. - Dejligt lokalt sted med en fantastisk terrasse og udsigt over vandet. Nemt at komme til stranden og sjovt at følge den lokale befolkning der holdt picnic på stranden Ikke så meget varmt vand i bruseren og der kunne godt være flere køkkenredskaber.

• Frances (5/5): Central location. Good size. Beds comfy enough. Very attentive host and was available whenever we needed her. - Location: it’s on the coastal road right opposite beach. Many restaurants within 5-25mins walk. Large apartment with balcony with beautiful sunset. *Many cockroaches on the balcony! Horrible. Can be controlled but isn’t. *Inside is clean enough but just didn’t feel fresh. *Sheets had black marks on it, bleach them or replace them. Stains/dirty on cushion covers. *A few minor things: No bin in bathroom. No full length mirror to get ready in. Both shower doors are hung the wrong way round (towel rail is on the inside of the shower, obvs will be soaked) so the door does not close properly and water gets out if shower head not positioned properly.
• Stephan & Ela (8/5): Super Aussicht und gute Ausstattung, aber leider Dauerlärm, eher was fürs Partyvolk von der Lage her - Super schöner Ausblick auf den Strand von Flic en Flac und auf die Sonnenuntergänge. Geräumiges Apartment mit recht guter Ausstattung. Super freundliche Vermieter, die bei Fragen schnell reagiert und sich auch gekümmert haben (Stromausfall, da Zuleitung durchgeschmort war für das Apartment oder wenn irgendetwas nicht ging). Es wurde ein Taxi für Flughafentransfer und eine Putzkraft organisiert und Tipps gegeben, wo man gut essen kann. Durchgehender Lärm von der Straße und/oder vom Strand. Dies ist ein Strandabschnitt, wo sich alle möglichen Leute treffen, Touren halt machen und man keine 5 Minuten Ruhe auf dem Balkon genießen kann. Entweder sind es die lauten Busse oder LKWs, Autos mit lauter Musik oder lautem Auspuff, Mopeds die falsch eingestellt sind, so dass es dauernd Verpuffungen gibt oder aber irgendwelche Gruppen, die mit großen Boxen anreisen und den kompletten Strand beschallen - am WE auch durchaus bis 3 Uhr nachts und laut Handy waren teils bis zu 130 Dezibel im dritten Stock messbar - so laut ist ein Presslufthammer! Zum Lärm kommen leider Kakerlaken auf dem Balkon dazu, da die Einheimischen ihre Party- und Grillreste leider nicht mit nehmen und der Müll somit diese Tiere anzieht, die dann im Umkreis aktiv sind. In der Wohnung keine, aber auf dem Balkon bis zu 10 Stück am Abend. Klimaanlagen sind auf jeweils 2 Stunden Laufzeit beschränkt und nur zwei von vier Klimaanlagen liefen zuverlässig. Man hat das Gefühl, dass man von der Nachbarin kontrolliert wird - um 1:30 Uhr nachts hat sie unserer Vermieterin eine Nachricht geschickt, dass wir die Türe nicht zu hatten, sondern nur das Gitter - wir saßen auf dem Balkon und haben durchgelüftet. Der Safe liegt nur so im Schrank und ist nicht festgeschraubt. Keine Reinigung in der Miete enthalten. Möbel auf dem Balkon sind teils kaputt und generell nicht wirklich bequem, dazu harte Betten und keine richtige Abdunklungsmöglichkeit im Schlafzimmer. So waren wir kurz nach Sonnenaufgang stets wach, was zu der Jahreszeit um vor 6 Uhr morgens war.

• Martin (7/5): Good - New and well equiped apartment. Close to the beach. Parking place inside the house. Free coffee and tea. The aircon installed in each room could operate only two hours and after two hours it was automatically switched off. Aircon remote controller was some cheap device that can be used for hundreds of devices. But it wasn't setup for the aircon in the apartment. Two aircons were old and noisy. Only two rolls of toilet papers were provided for 5 people for 5 nights... The pool on the roof is under reconstruction.

• Tobias1985 (9/5): A very nice and clean apartment close to the beach and restaurants with a great sea view - - Very friendly and welcoming staff - Clean and comfortable - Very nice sea view - Everything needed was at the apartment - Free and safe parking - Walking distance to restaurants beach and shops - Huge balcony - Washing machine - Good starting point for many attractions in Mauritius - The main street in front can get a bit noisy. There was a very load construction one night (the whole night) but also without the construction the traffic you can hear especially on weekends - The airconditioning turn off mode was a bit annoying (woke up at night after it turned off and got to warm)
• Anna (8/5): Nice apartment with beautiful sea view - The apartment is spacious and well-equipped. There is a closed and safe parking space under the building. Access to the apartment is through this parking. The kitchen was well equipped, but needs updating. It would be a good idea to paint the walls. In the living room there are book guides with information about tourist attractions on the island. The bedrooms were well furnished and the beds were comfortable, with clean sheets and towels. The restaurant can be reached on foot in approximately 3-5 minutes, supermarket in about 10-15 minutes. The apartment service was very nice and competent. The response to all questions and needs was very quick. The building is located at a slightly noisy street, but with a beautiful sea view from the large terrace. There is a bus stop right in front of the building. Breakfast on the terrace was not a pleasure for me due to the street noise, but the evenings on the terrace were much better and quieter. There were very small ants in the kitchen. The kitchen also needs better cleaning. The shelves in the cupboard were dirty. Bathrooms should also be renovated. Both shower cabins are leaking and one door doesn't close properly. A big inconvenience for me was the way the air conditioning worked in the bedrooms. They could only be turned on for a maximum of two hours. After this time they turned off. This was a big problem, especially at night. In the living room, the air conditioning could run all the time without set time limits.
• Sebastian (10/5): Exceptional - My stay at a seaside hotel in Mauritius was absolutely wonderful! The room was cozy with a stunning view of the ocean. What truly stood out was the staff – they were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always went the extra mile to make my stay perfect. Their warmth and professionalism created such a welcoming atmosphere. I felt completely at home and would definitely love to come back!
• Marjuka (8/5): Very good - The property is located in prime location in Flin En Flac. All shops and restaurants are 5 min walk away. The place is lively on the weekends. The apartment was spacious and clean. The kitchen was spacious too. There were amenities like iron , washing machine , extra towels , hair dryer etc. The view from master bedroom and balcony was stunning which was the highlight of the place. The host was friendly and Jane was there to meet and welcome us. The host arranged for us an airport shuttle last minute and even recommended rental car companies. The kitchen lacked a few essentials like chopping board. Otherwise the place was great.
