• Linh (1/5): It is not a luxurious room whatsoever ever. - Nothing It was the smallest room I have ever booked. It was a box room!! The bed was so uncomfortable as the mattress was too soft and bouncy I couldn't sleep as every time I moved I felt like I was on a bouncy castle. The bed was half boxed in so I felt as it I was stuck in a lift. Honestly the worst place I have stayed. Also there were others in the house. In one of the rooms they left their alarm ringing at 6am on Saturday morning!!! Twice. It was so inconsiderate of the person. Ontop they would have doors banging all through the morning and left a the biggest bang at just before 8am of the front main door. It felt like an earthquake. There was no dinning table so couldn't even eat properly and had to stand in the kitchen to eat. Although there is a sofa. But not even a coffee table. Couldn't eat in my room comfortably either as the bed was low and the boxed part was too high. It was terrible. I booked two nights but only stayed the one and just left. The bathroom was a decent size. Although the tiling was all mouldy and the toilet seat bent. The cord to pull the light on was filthy I didn't even want to touch it. As it was all black. Really gross. Had to go up narrow stairs to the bedroom. It used codes to get into the room. Which is so inconvenient because it's not just a simple 4 digit code but a code you just can't even remember. So have to check my phone for the code both main door and bedroom. Really poorly designed to make the owners life easy?? Awful
• Matthew (1/5): Don’t waste your money - Nothing The house was in poor condition and absolutely stank of curry and body odour, the room (room 3) was stupidly small and had black mould spores on the blind and window frame, the fabric wardrobe thing was so high up it’s unreachable if you want to hang anything (I’m just under seven feet tall so not as much of a problem for me), there’s a solid concrete block in front of the bed which leaves you with absolutely no room unless you shove everything into the bottom of the wardrobe. The blinds are crap and have mould spores on them, you’re directly opposite an LED street light so getting meaningful sleep is impossible. Why are there no curtains??? The bathroom is disgraceful, it’s knackered, badly maintained and stank of stagnant water and decay. Mould spores again on the window frame and above the shower. Shower head wall attachment was broken, the tiling hasn’t had any maintenance recently as the grout was stained black and the tiles themselves were lifting from the wall. I didn’t dare go into the lounge or shared kitchen. This is marketed as a luxurious suite. Absolute b******s. The only luxurious thing about it is the way out.
• Neil (1/5): Sad place to stay... - Nothing Room to small didn't feel clean or safe people in room next door really loud every night. Mould on tiles in bathroom. Booked 4 nights but only lasted 3 booked hotel after that. The photos are about 10 years out of date . Would not stay again....

• Melody (1/5): It’s a shame but I hope the host uses this feedback to improve. - Unfortunately I did not enjoy my stay here. The host was polite however the hygiene of this place did not meet my standards there were mold in the shared bathroom- and in the room I was staying in but they just seemed to paint over it although you can see the mold seeping through from the condensation by the window. Although the bed was comfortable I couldn’t sleep well as the walls are thin and you can hear everything! The area of stay didn’t feel secure as well, I had originally booked for 4 nights but only managed to stay for 2 for other commitments and simply because I didn’t feel secure. The front door and guest room had a pin lock to get in/out that is provided by the host rather than a key and this felt unsafe for my sister and I as well as it was always a struggle to use.

• Sharron (1/5): Didn't stay, a look was enough for me. - I got my money back. Accommodate may be suitable for someone with little luggage and happy to share facilities, wanting a bed only, as there's nothing else able to fit in the room. Walked in after been greater by a guest staying there. Saw the size of the room, no lock on e for, tired separate shared bathroom and walked out. Didn't stay.
• Liam (4/5): Not worth the money and dissapointing. - Location Dirty pots and pans, bedding was not clean and not ready for my stay as had to wait on a ripped couch in the living room while he sorted the room and could hear and found fabreeze that was sprayed on the bed and pillows, room was not hoovered, i had to log in to multiple personal accounts to watch the tv and log out on checkout as he had the incorrect wires for the freeview built into the tv. NO LOCK ON ROOM DOOR SO I DID NOT WANT TO LEAVE MY ITEMS UNATTENDED FOR TOO LONG.

Having to wait over 30 minutes for someone to arrive to let me into the property. Room Security - My rabbit hutch is more secure (see photo) Great TV - shame there was no aerial in the room. I called the ?Owner / Manager? three times at 21:13, 21:23 and 21:33 leaving voicemails about this - he eventually called called back the following morning at 09:20. I managed to get the wifi code from the girl - sadly - even that didn't work... Electrical safety?? Non existent - an extension cable plugged into an extension cable powering a worthless TV (see above) a kettle and a fridge... See photos of how clean this was... 3 sachets of coffee, no milk, a half used open box of teabags. One drawer with tobacco crumbs in it, another which held the fittings to complete the construction of the TV table which was very unstable. Mould in the corner of the ceiling, chunks out of the skirting board and dirty marks on the wall. The bathroom ??? Fairly clean, but it was full of the personal items of the girl who appeared to be a permanent resident in the property. There was condensation in between the window glass and a musty smell around the windowsill. I also attach a photo of the delightful scene which greeted me as I pulled up outside. Finally - if the owners / booking agents do read this - I would like a full refund - thank you.
• Ireland (3/5): Ok as far as it goes - Location Cooking lingering smell of fish from other users.. black mould & condensation .Not enough attention paid to cleaning bathroom /shower / pull cord disgusting !! Full rubbish bin in kitchen which we did not use.The fact of no meeting us when we arrived as there was confusion about our booking .Front appearance of property untidy .
• Brown (5/5): Passable - Friendly host (Holstein) Very comfortable bed, direct bus route back to City Centre and Aldis 5 mins walk away Very quiet area, nice clean and well kept house. No TV, no towels in bathroom, no wi fi, Pillow was far too big, like sleeping on a bag of cement, too rounded where head kept sliding off.....so took pillow out and stuffed my clothes in pillow case to rest my head. Very lightweight tog quilt.....ok for a hot night....but not in cold weather.
