• Диляра (10/5): - Апартаменты хорошие, чистые. Внутри всё идеально, кондер работает, на кухне всё есть, кроме кружек, почему-то, но нам это не мешало. Мы брали всего одну ночь, и нам всё понравилось. Жильё новое, и это видно. 1. Месторасположение - без машины будет тяжеловато из-за крутых подъемов. Хозяйка всегда предлагала подвезти, но если ездить по острову, то нужна машина. 2. Рядом не было красивого пляжа. 3. В комнате на двуспальной кровати рассчитано на семейную пару, а мы сингл друзья, и хотелось бы все персональное. Например, была одна простыня как одеяло, а нам нужно было две. Думаю, по запросу хозяйка решит проблему.

• Claudia (10/5): Apparemment spacieux, propre et lumineux. - Un appartement très spacieux, propre, lumineux, avec une belle terrasse. L’accueil chaleureux et des conseils pratiques.
• Oskar (10/5): - Pobyt w tym miejscu był naprawdę wyjątkowy. Obiekt wyróżnia się nowoczesnym, świetnym stylem – wszystko jest nowe, zadbane i dopracowane w najmniejszych szczegółach. Klimatyzacja w każdym pokoju zapewnia pełen komfort, a łazienka z prysznicem jest na bardzo wysokim poziomie. Właścicielka jest niezwykle pomocna i świetnie zorganizowana – zadbała o każdy detal pobytu, w tym miłą niespodziankę w postaci mango oraz transfer, co było dużym ułatwieniem. Warto skorzystać z transferu z lotniska, ponieważ obiekt znajduje się na sporym wzniesieniu – choć może to być wyzwanie przy dojeździe, jednocześnie dodaje miejscu wyjątkowego uroku i klimatu. Zdecydowanie polecane miejsce na pobyt.

• Kristina Maria (10/5): Incredibly fabulous host, very clean apartment. - Rita is incredible. She is super responsive and kind and helpful. We were stranded due to flight cancellations and she took amazing care of us, taking payment in our preferred currency and driving us to the supermarket. It is best to have a car to get around (it is hilly). There’s not much around in terms of amenities (cafes, etc.).

• Shimon (9/5): Fantastic host - Thank you Rita! - Great location up in the hills away from the local town. Would definitely come back to it - inside was furnished nicely, shower was good and overall good VFM considering the islands spots are very expensive. Rita was lovely and helped me by showing me all the local spots and even giving me lifts when needed, I felt very welcome. good AC although only in the bedroom and you can hear the neighbors in the Airbnb which may not be the best of you want to take work calls. The beach while still beautiful is a good 15 min walk away downhill so I would bring a car.

• Jeff (7/5): - It was a nice place. The food and water were nice additions. It said it slept six, but that included two futon type beds in the living area. There was only air conditioning in the bedrooms, so those that had to sleep in the living area sweltered all night. We would have liked to know ahead of time that there was a discount for paying in cash so we could have been prepared for that and that there was the additional resort fee. It was advertised that we would be picked up at the airport. We were informed that their car was in the shop so they would not be able to pick us up, but it cost us an extra $60 US.
• Sergei (9/5): - Новый четырёхквартирный дом, по две двухкомнатных квартиры на этаж, на верхнем с балконом, всё техника очень новая и местами не юзаная, особо поразил рядом с набором ножей набор невиданных мной ранее открывашек. Спальня не очень большая, зато гостиная огромна, набегаешься за чаем или кокосами на балкон и обратно, над которым кружат летучие лисицы, время от времени которых бьют совсем маленькие птички с длинными хвостами. Океан почти не виден, но зато глаз радует старинный заброшенный парк, из которого падают недоеденный аборигенами и лисицами фрукты, в частности манго. Начитавшись отзывов о размещении на побережье поселился здесь еще и из-за сейфа, поскольку под воду с документами и "богатствами" не полезешь, правда батарейки окислились так не разу и не вставлялись в сейф, закрывал его не по паролю, а выданным ключом. Вайфай работает хорошо, всё грузилось, не тормозило. На рабочей недели жил в доме один почти в тишине и покое, по утрам шумела лишь собачья свора, на выходные снизу поселилась француженка с детьми и с машиной, постоянно, раз 5 за вечер и утро куда-то приезжая и уезжаю. Один раз Рита подобрала меня на машине при подъёме домой, а в день отлёта довезла до остановки автобуса, еще раз подвез владелец соседний виллы, а вот туристы проезжали мимов на арендованных пикапах и как-то не хорошо смотрели на мои мучение не предлагая при этом загрузиться в кузов, тч не сильно на них рассчитывайте. Это я всё к чему, здесь лучше селиться с машиной, автобусы на Маэ конечно хороши, и дойти до них не так уж далеко, а вот про возвращение напишу ниже. Если проголодаетесь, а сил и времени спускаться-подниматься на гору не будет, в ста метрах на Север будет маленький магазинчик, не обозначенный на картах, выбор совсем спартанский, но это лучше чем ничего. Основное минус это конечно расположение, 900 метров до побережья, пишу про побережье, а не про пляж, потому что до более-менее нормального пляжа еще 1 км пешком вдоль берега на юг, а до совсем нормального типа Анс Рояль уже на машине или на автобусе. Конечно со временем насмотревшись на местных начал купаться прямо над с виду малосимпатичными коричневыми водорослями, вода над ними, в отличие от белого кораллового песка, нагревается до каких-то немыслимых температур. Но проблема не в расстоянии, а в высоте, кроме 900 м по горизонтали, при возвращении необходимо преодолеть 90 м по вертикали, а при жаре за 30 градусов и высокой влажности, как писали до меня, это не какой не фитнес, а способ угробить здоровье, даже у такого старого горняка как я, пульс повышался за сотню. Если конкретно описывать сам дом, а не его месторасположение, то при сливе в одном их 4 апартаментов, сильно шумит общий насос. Также Рита не в какую не хотела принимать карточку, только нал, хотя специально перед поездкой я завел ЮнионПэй и подключил суперкэшбек за проживание, "уговорила" меня 3% дополнительно к цене за безнал, пришлось сдаться, зачет тогда здесь писать, что принимают карты да ещё с комиссией не понятно. Еще напишу так витиевато, с отсылкой к цитате из "Анны Карениной", про счастье и несчастье, наши люди должны понять.

• Joel (1/5): Bad - We booked the apartment for 2 nights before we flew home because it was close to the airport. Location is bad, on the mountain without good view, no bigger shop or any good beaches nearby. When we left we asked the host to book us a taxi to the airport (taxis are expensive here, but it should be around 15€ to 20€ max). The host said transport is booked and then drove us to the airport by himself and took 50€ for a 8 min drive. SCAM!

• Nnanna (10/5): Exceptional - It's a very serene environment, the property is spectacular and the hosts are simply incredible, Rita is so warm and lovely! I had such an enjoyable stay and would certainly stay again. It's a hilly location but I personally didn't mind, useful to get a rental car however.

I have stayed in many other properties in Mahe but it was very disappointing with very hard beds, poly sheets, smelly and noisy Aircon. This property is great! Need more plants as it is still very new, but still very nice!
• Dariya (10/5): Exceptional - Booked this apartment without any reviews but didn’t expect that it will be a perfect place to stay. We liked everything in this apartment starting from the owners. new and very cozy place with everything you need. Rita greeted us with some fruits and was always ready to help. Location is good, just need to walk up to hill. 15 min to walk to the nearest beach but we prefer to go to other ones. Truly recommend this place
• Vedrani (10/5): I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a home away from home. - I had the most wonderful stay at this villa. From the moment we arrived, the lady and her husband welcomed me and my sister like family and treated us as if we were their own daughter. I’ve never experienced such warmth and kindness before. The villa itself was immaculate – spotlessly clean, hygienic, and fully equipped with all the necessary utensils. The bathroom and living room were beautifully maintained, making my stay even more comfortable. Leaving the villa was bittersweet, as I felt so attached and sad to go.
