JOIVY wants you to have a fantastic stay, and we encourage you to see this property as a home away from home. There are, however, a few points we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay:

Washing up before check-out is kindly required, while stripping the beds would be appreciated but is by no means expected.
Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 9 AM. So please keep the noise down and respect the neighbors in the building.

Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs.
To ensure the safety of our current and future guests, we ask all guests to complete our online check-in form and to provide a valid form of identification.
Due to the ongoing energy crisis, the following rules apply to all properties in Italy:
Guests are obliged by Italian law to follow the rules regarding rubbish collection and recycling. The schedule is different for each city, and guests can find written instructions on the property.

The condominium (central) heating will work on a schedule, as imposed by Italian law, and heating cannot be adjusted. The schedule will operate as follows: 6 AM to 9 AM, 12 PM to 2 PM, and 8 PM to 11 PM.
The highest temperature allowed by Italian law for the residential sector is 19 degrees Celsius for all thermostats, both central and autonomous heating.
Please do not use more than one appliance at once. Otherwise, you may experience power outages. If this happens, guests will need to reset the fuse box. Please do not use more than one appliance at once.
Please note that if the type of check-in of the property you have booked is "Greeter", there will be extra Late Check-in Fees (note that late check-in has surcharges, payable via card/payment link before your arrival:) for check-in after 7 pm.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

- eric (8/5): Très bon séjour et de nouveau emplacement idéal - L'emplacement à 30 m du métro Cavour est le point fort . Appartement spacieux, propre et silencieux, appréciable au centre ville Supermarché Elite au pied de l' immeuble très pratique. L' impossibilité de voir quelqu'un autre que les robots informatiques . Le système des ordures ménagères pas très clair. Aucune information en français L'équipement un peu insuffisant ,par exemple 4 petites cuillères pour le séjour d'une semaine nécessitant de faire la vaisselle à chaque repas, pas de grille pain, chasse d'eau capricieuse .

- Cristian (2/5): Descripción engañosa, atención al cliente inexistente y cero comodidades - Lo único bueno fue la ubicación, muy cerca del coliseo y el foro. La descripción del alojamiento era engañosa. Indicaba que tenía microondas y no era cierto. Lo comunicamos el primer día, pero el alojamiento no se hizo cargo en ningún momento. Incluso tuvimos que reclamar a Booking con pruebas, y aunque nos dieron la razón, el alojamiento nos ignoró completamente y no solucionó el problema. Esto nos generó sobrecostes innecesarios. El equipamiento era muy pobre: solo dos rollos de papel para 6 días, sin tostador, sin espumadera o pala para cocinar, ni una simple bayeta para limpiar, ni mantel, ni escoba o fregona. La ducha tenía fugas y, como no había fregona, tuvimos que usar toallas para evitar que el baño se encharcara. Como no había tendedero, luego las teníamos que colgar sobre la mampara, volviendo a gotear sobre el suelo. Por supuesto, el secador de toallas no funcionaba tampoco. La cama era tan blanda que te hundías y acababas con dolor de espalda. El wifi se caía constantemente, imposible de usar para consultar itinerarios o ver algo online. Además, por la noche cada hora sonaba un estruendo durante unos 20 o 30 segundos que hacía muy difícil dormir. Tampoco era cierto que hubiera contenedores de basura en la planta baja, como ponía la descripción. Tuvimos que tirar la basura en una papelera de la calle porque no había ningún contenedor cercano. La calefacción estaba centralizada y bloqueada: o pasabas frío o tenías que apagarla por completo. En resumen, una experiencia muy negativa. El alojamiento no solo fue deshonesto con la descripción, sino que además ofrece muy pocas comodidades. Quizá sirva para pasar una noche o dos si se piensa comer siempre fuera, pero no para una estancia de varios días. No repetiré ni lo recomiendo. Pagamos un precio elevado esperando una calidad mínima que, sinceramente, podríamos haber encontrado por la mitad en otro sitio.
- Regina Crystal (9/5): Overall, it was a lovely stay and I would recommend this place especially for families. - Location was very strategic (2 mins walking distance from Cavour train station and close proximities to bus stops, laundromat and grocery stores), room was modern and spacious with great amenities. Heating and cooling systems also worked well. There was also a lift which helped us carry our luggages. It was difficult for us to get our key from the keybox and the process to get the code is pretty lengthy. Make sure you have enough time before checking in to complete the form. Thankfully a receptionist was there and she was very quick in helping us out. The kettle was dirty and we could not really use it.

Piękny duży taras, zachęcał do odpoczynku po długich spacerach. Trafiliśmy również na przemiłe towarzystwo po sąsiedzku - taras obok. Dziękujemy za wspólne wieczory :) Poranne hałasy ze sklepu znajdującego się ponizej. Moze wyższe kondygnacje nie doświadczają tego.. jednak na pierwszym piętrze słychać...

- Francesca (2/5): Great location but not worth the money - Location The location is fantastic, just 5 minutes from the Colosseum and the Forum, surrounded by great bars and well connected to everything. Unfortunately, the stay was ruined by several major issues. We booked for 5 people, paying about €100 per person per night. On arrival, there were only one double and one single bed. We had to use the sofa bed, but it was broken and missing support in the middle, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. There were also only two single sheets available. The shower head didn’t work, the toilet was almost impossible to flush, and there was a strong sewage smell coming from the shower drain. To make things worse, we only found half a roll of toilet paper for 5 guests. After reporting the problems, the staff only fixed the shower head and brought a few toilet rolls, but the main issues remained unresolved. The master bedroom also had a loud, intermittent engine noise that kept us awake at night. We kindly asked for a short late check-out, but the staff were inflexible, even though no one came to clean for more than an hour after we left. Overall, despite the great location, this apartment was not worth the money.
- Sergio Luiz Macera (9/5): Excelente opção para se hospedar em Roma! - Localização excelente, muito facil acessar com taxi ou transporte público. O apto é muito confortável e espaçoso. Nota-se que tanto o prédio como o apartamento foram recentemente reformados. Creio que como espaço pra melhora, nos quartos deveriam ter algum tipo de móvel para apoio de malas, adequada para aqueles modelos que se abrem em duas metades e também se tivesse maquina de lavar/secar. Estes seriam itens que valorizariam ainda mais o apartamento. Mesmo assim, voltaria a me hospedar lá tranquilamente. Recomendo! De não ter nos quartos algum móvel para se apoiar malas, principalmente aquelas que se abrem em 2 metades. Tive que abrir a minha no chão, o que é muito desconfortável. Mas isso, de maneira nenhuma diminuiu a qualidade do apartamento.

Posiada wszystkie udogodnienia ( agd, rtv, działająca winda, lodówka, klimatyzacja, plyta grzewcza, mikrofalówka). Jest nawet suszarka. Brak problemu z zameldowaniem i wymeldowaniem. Bezkonfliktowi sąsiedzi;) Polecamy Czasami dość głośno z ulicy przez otwarte okna w nocy.

- ibrahim (8/5): Roma'da konaklama için mükemmel yer. - Şehir merkezinde ve her yere oldukça yakın olması oldukça hoşuma gitti. Roma'da gezilecek alanlara yürüme mesafesinde. Bunun dışında oda oldukça geniş ve konforlu. Mutfak eşyalarının bir kısmı (tencere, tava gibi) gözden geçirilmeli.
- Gatzke (7/5): Amplio departamento en linda zona de Roma - El departamento es súper amplio y tiene un muy bien sistema de aire acondicionado. La atención por mensajería de booking muy amable. Si bien es muy grande el departamento, tiene una cama doble y una cama de una plaza, en un sillón cama que hay en el living deben dormir dos personas y el sillón es muy incómodo, durmieron mis dos hijos pero la verdad que para dos adultos no es. La cocina no está bien equipada, no había tostadora, no hay lavarropas, vasos los justos y variados, utensilios casi nada, le pedí esponja y detergente que no había, papel higiénico muy poco, trapo no había etc. o sea, estás pagando un precio que amerita que tenga más comodidad sobre todo cuando vas una semana.

The apartmnet was spacious and clean. The communication was prompt but impersonal, all via test message without a particular person to relate to. Also, any common questions re Rome, recommendations in the neighbourhood, taxis were considered outside their competence.

- Julli Gunn (9/5): - Staðsetningin, stærðin og aðstaðan. Snyrtileg og stór íbúð í göngufæri við Colosseum. Gott skipulag. Fengum aðeins tvær klósettrúllur og eitt handklæði á mann fyrir allan tímann (4 nætur). Rúmið var frekar lágt og aðeins með þunnu laki til að breiða yfir sig. Undirlagið í rúminu einnig þunnt. Hefði þurft betra undirlak. Bað einnig um einn greiða sem var synjað strax.

- Vedrana (9/5): Spacious apartment in perfect location - Location is perfect, all sightseeing are in walking distance. Supermarket and metro station are in front of apartment. Apartment is spacious and very comfortable. In bathroom we had isues with door handle that falls out and with toilet tank that often stuck. I hope you will fix this before new guests because apartment is great.

- Joanna (9/5): Przestronne mieszkanie w świetnej lokalizacji - Apartament był baaardzo przestronny (znacznie bardziej niż się spodziewaliśmy). Dwójka naszych dzieci miała właściwie odrębne pokoje. Świetna lokalizacja, spacerkiem do Koloseum i Fontanny di Trevi. Mieszkanie czyściutkie, fajnie wyposażone (z ekspresem do kawy, mikrofalą, itp.). Bardzo polecamy na rodzinny pobyt w Rzymie :) W czasie naszego pobytu winda była dość awaryjna. Pomimo kilkukrotnych pytań przed przyjazdem, nie otrzymaliśmy odpowiedzi, czy będzie dostępne łóżeczko dla niemowlaka (i finalnie go niestety nie było).

- Thierry (9/5): Emplacement idéal pour visiter Rome - L’appartement est très bien situé dans un quartier calme. Le Colisé et les sites archéologiques sont proximité. La visite de Rome est possible à pieds. Il y a une bouche de métro à 50m pour ceux qui souhaitent emprunter les transports en commun. L’appartement était propre et agréable. Le seul petit bémol est le manque de vaisselles.

- Katarzyna (9/5): - I'll start by saying that I booked the stay first and then read the reviews. That was a mistake, because they scared me a bit. But the apartment turned out to be spacious, clean, and modern, with everything you need for daily living. We even received snacks and wine as a welcome gift — plus chilled water! The air conditioning and blackout curtains were a real relief after a hot day. The staff was helpful and responsive. Overall, we had a great stay. Everything was within walking distance. I truly recommend it ☺️ The toilet flush was a bit strange, but you get used to it. 😉

- Manoel (10/5): Excepcional - Já estivemos em Roma três vezes e essa foi a nossa melhor acomodação em Roma. O apartamento tinha tudo que precisávamos. O acesso foi extremamente tranquilo e facilitado. A limpeza estava impecável, o banheiro maravilhoso e com uma ótima regulagem de temperatura. O ar-condicionado estava funcionando muito bem. A localização é excepcional, fica a 7 min de caminhada do Coliseu e 20 minutos bem agradáveis da Fontana de Trevi. Gostamos muito e certamente iremos retornar. Nada.

- xu (8/5): 适合过度住宿 - 地理位置很方便，转角就是罗马斗兽场 卫生间房门的门把是坏的，没有提前告知，写明4人入住，一张大床一张沙发床确没有把床铺好，冰箱有酒和饮料还有桌子上的零食没有明确的告知是要付费的，需要自己问才告知不是免费的！因为靠近马路，即使关了窗户噪音也很大，睡眠质量差的人难以入睡

- Bernadeta (10/5): Doskonała lokalizacja do zwiedzania Rzymu na nogach. - Doskonała lokalizacja, bardzo przestronny apartament , czysty, nowoczesny , było nawet kilka kapsułek kawy:-) na dole dobrze zaopatrzony sklep więc można korzystać z kuchni. Wokół mnóstwo restauracji. Wszystko było super, w kuchni przydałoby się więcej wyposażenia.

- SUSAN (9/5): Sehr zufrieden, ich werde weiter empfehlen. - Die Lage ist einfach toll, zu Fuß: 10 min. zum Koliseum, 10 min.zur Bushaltestelle richtung Vatikan Bus Nr. 64, 2 min. zu Metro, gleich neben an ist ein Supermarkt, viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Wir hatten ein Apt. #6, mit 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, Wohnzimmer, große Küche & Balkon. Das Apartment ist sehr groß sogar für 4 Erwachsene, sehr sauber, Apt. Nr. 6 ist ruhig, das Bett ist bequem und die Mitarbeiter/in im Büro sind hilfreich. Das wir um unserem Müll noch kümmern müssen. Wir haben nur die leere Wasserflaschen entsorgt, den Rest haben wir im Apt. gelassen, keine Zeit mehr wegen frühe Abholung. Außerdem, haben wir für die Endreinigung €130 bezahlt, Müllentsorgung muss dabei sein. In der Küche fehlen Küchentücher, Müslischalen, Putztücher/ Wachlappen für Tisch/Küche, die Gläser sind sehr klein.

Очень удобно для прогулок и передвижения по городу • После бронирования и оплаты на Booking.com перед заездом вам присылают обязательную онлайн-форму для заполнения. В ней содержатся дополнительные условия проживания и длинный список штрафов, о которых при бронировании не было сказано. Без подписания этого соглашения вы не получите код для заселения. Получается, что оплатив апартаменты, вы не знаете всех условий заранее. Это вопрос не только к хозяевам, но и к Booking — почему такие детали не указываются сразу. • Вместо полноценного одеяла была только одна тонкая простынь. • На кухне минимальный набор: всего немного тарелок и немного столовых приборов. • Нет элементарных вещей для удобства: соли, перца, салфеток. Что можно было бы улучшить: 1. Прозрачность условий — Вынести все правила и штрафы сразу на страницу бронирования, чтобы гости знали обо всех требованиях до оплаты. Это повысит доверие и снизит неприятные сюрпризы. 2. Комфорт сна — Добавить полноценные одеяла и, возможно, запасные подушки. Это значительно улучшит качество отдыха. 3. Оснащение кухни — Увеличить набор посуды и столовых приборов. — Добавить хотя бы базовый набор: соль, перец, масло, салфетки. Это мелочь, но очень ценится гостями.
