• Mónica (7/5): With some small improvements it could be great - The apartment is well located to walk to most places in Salerno. It is spacious and it has been renovated recently in a nice way, although the common areas of the building are not that nice and need some improvement as well. It has a lot of light coming from two balconies, and there’s AC for the warm days - and salerno can get very warm! The apartment is spacious and has a big kitchen, but it was not very well equipped for longer stays. At first there was no kettle or toaster, only very basic utensils, but after I mentioned this the manager kindly brought a sandwich maker and a kettle. Still, some essentials were missing, such as a cutting board, placemats and basic cleaning items. It would also have been a nice touch to find a few welcome essentials (like water, coffee capsules or dishwasher detergent) to make the first day easier. The bathroom water pressure was quite low and the water turned cold quickly, and the electric heater seemed to have some issues. The entry system to the building is modern but requires online access, which can be inconvenient if your phone runs out of battery.

• Angela (10/5): - Cozy room with private bathroom, equipped with everything you need. Excellent location and the host was very helpful. The only thing missing was a place to dry wet clothes.

• CROCE (8/5): - Le logement, l'espace disponible, la propreté. Les balcons. La proximité du centre . Un petit commerce au pied de l'immeuble Impossible de trouver une place de parking. Il existe un garage privé à 30€ jour . Le check in n'a pas été respecté, nous avons eu l'appartement 1 heure plus tard et en arrivant dans celui le lit n'était pas fait et il manquait les serviettes de toilette. Le personnel est venu à 16h30. Ce n'est pas correct

• Linda (7/5): In generale molto comodo per la posizione, pulito e moderno. Mancavano articoli classici in cucina. - Posizione ottima. Appartamento moderno. Ottima l’aria condizionata e l’accesso con password e chiave magnetica. L’acqua della doccia durava calda per pochissimo poi subito fredda. Dal lavandino invece acqua solo bollente, fredda con getto troppo leggero per poterlo usare. In cucina mancava almeno uno strofinaccio e una macchinetta del caffè, mancava anche dello scottex. Non insonorizzato, molta confusione dal supermercato sotto ma soprattutto dai vicini già dalle 6/7 del mattino. Difficile da trovare al check in, potrebbe essere comodo ricevere una foto del portone prima dell’arrivo.

• PAULINA (9/5): Super lokalizacja, bardzo czysto, polecam - Lokalizacja apartamentu rewelacja, w samym centrum starego miasta. Bardzo czysto i pachnąco, klimatyzacja, ręczniki, aneks kuchenny dobrze wyposażony. Zameldowanie do apartamentu zdalnie, super opcja. W tym samym budynku na dole sklep COOP. Do stacji centrale i do port około 15 min spacerem. Do Amalfi autobusem 1 godzina (bez korków) cena za bilet 2,60 Euro. Wszędzie restauracje z pysznym jedzeniem. Widok z okna nie zachęcał, żeby przez nie wyglądać. Okna nieszczelne, wszystko słychać z ulicy. Materac miękki, brak kosmetyków w łazience.

• maria (5/5): Salerno 25 - Luminosa y cómoda Los ingresos muy difíciles, cerraduras digitales difíciles de acceder, el inodoro pierde agua. La pava eléctrica nunca funcionó y no vinieron al reclamo, por lo que no pude utilizarla.
• Rosa (7/5): Great potential but lacked basics - Very clean and newly refurbished. Very spacious and centrally located. Loved the bed … very comfortable. No plates or cups and kettle didn’t work. No oven or microwave (just stove top). No iron. There is a video camera in the dining room which felt very invasive. Very noisy building - dogs barking, neighbours’ tv blaring all night long, above supermarket so quite noisy

• Petreska (8/5): If it weren't for these small flaws, it would be a 10 - Very nice and spacious apartment, very clean and only 5 minutes to the beach promenade. We were in contact with the owner the whole time. He answered us immediately if we asked him anything. We didn't like the fact that there were no scales or cups in the kitchen, so we had to eat out of plastic ones. And the hot water in the boiler ran out very quickly, because it's very small.

• ANTONIO (7/5): Ottima soluzione per la visione delle luci degli artisti e concerto di fine anno. - Appartamento recentemente ristrutturato, interni curati e ben distribuiti. Posizione strategica in pieno centro. Palazzo ed esterni molto vecchi e quartiere popolare. Supermercato al piano terra del palazzo molto rumoroso con operazioni di carico e scarico già dalle 7 del mattino. Impossibile parcheggiare in zona.

• Yuliia (9/5): Квартира для тих, хто встає рано - Локація квартири чудова, адже все поруч: магазин, центральна вулиця, море, автобусна зупинка, вокзал, порт. Чудовий новий ремонт. Все зручно😉 Хазяїн з почуттям гумору та дуже приємний. Поки навпроти триває будівництво та шумно ( жовтень 2024), вранці о 6-7 годин шум через магазин, який на першому поверсі. Але ми вставали рано і це був наш будильник. Не було тарілок та всього 2 стакани, ми купили тарілки, бо знімали апартаменти з можливістю готувати. Якщо дощ, то немає де сушити речі. Але є 2 балкони

• Laura (7/5): Für einfache Ansprüche - Lage ausgezeichnet, Sauberkeit top. Gastgeber kam uns entgegen, als wir Gepäck einstellen mussten. Das Zimmer ist neu renoviert. Wir hatten keinen persönlichen Kontakt zum Gastgeber, nur über WhatsApp. Es hatte gerade mal zwei Kleiderbügel. Auf unsere Anfrage hin, ob wir mehr haben könnten, erfolgte keine Reaktion. Die Kochecke ist spartanisch ausgestattet, es waren keine Teller vorhanden.
• Alexandra (10/5): Schönes Apartment in guter Lage - Das Zimmer ist sehr gut ausgestattet und liegt sehr zentral zwischen der Fußgängerzone und der Altstadt von Salerno, alles ist fußläufig erreichbar und es ist ein super Ausgangspunkt für Tagesausflüge an die Amalfi Küste mit der Fähre oder mit dem Bus Morgens wird es draußen manchmal relativ laut wenn der Supermarkt unten im Haus Ware angeliefert bekommt, sollte man wissen aber hat uns nicht sehr gestört, ansonsten ist das Apartment aber eher ruhig gelegen

• José Alberto (8/5): It was really nice 👌 - Brand new interiors, and the location was really good. Spacious and tidy with kitchen available for cooking. Can get noisy at early morning due to the supermarket downstairs and the garbage collection (5-6 am). As a suggestion, the kitchen could be better equipped (missing kettle, dishes, toaster).
• Ievgen (8/5): Квартира сучасна, укомплектована, зі зручним розташуванням. - Розташування апартаментів дуже зручне - в пішій доступності старий центр, порт, ж/д вокзал, багато цікавих місць самого Салерно, а також порти з туристичними човнами, автобусні зупинки, парковки и т.д. Сама квартира дуже чиста, з гарним ремонтом і укомплектована сучасною технікою, з чистим санвузлом. В квартирі були відсутні одноразові засоби гігієни для гостей, а також сміттєві пакети в урнах. Також було би здорово мати хоча б невеличку пляшку води для гостей або каву/тістечко - це збільшило би якість відпочинку значно більше, порівняно з ціною на ці речі.
