Guest Reviews
- Giedre (7/5): Unbeatable location, old-school charm — but please bring a vacuum - You really can’t beat the location — right in the heart of Cortina, across a tiny alley from a lively café-bar where locals sip espresso in the morning and Aperol spritzes in the afternoon. There’s also a great pizza-by-the-slice place next door, which made us very happy! The apartment itself is spacious and well equipped for a holiday stay — three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen that’s functional (if not fancy). Everything works, even if the furniture has seen better days. Check-in on a Sunday was smooth, and once we got the keys, everything was easy. Communication with the rental agency was confusing — our date change didn’t seem to reach their system, so we had to re-enter all the guest details twice. The main downside though was cleanliness: the visible areas were okay, but under the beds and behind the sofa looked like they hadn’t seen a vacuum in years. We decided not to look again! The beds could be more comfortable, and there’s no dedicated parking, which might be tricky in high season, but worked great for us in October with free parking a 5-7min walk away.

- Carole (3/5): Idéalement placé mais mériterait un petit rafraîchissement et isolation sonore. - Placé centre ville, proche toute commodité Le bruit de la route
La décoration
Les matelas , le canapé, les salles de bain
- Wesley (8/5): Very good - Needs internet service.
- Myung (1/5): Bad - Cold room( heater not working)/ refrigerator not working( our food gone)/ Inductions not working( we didn't cook)/ wifi cord not provided(we asked)/ extra........
- Gary (2/5): Great location. - Location was the only good thing about this property. Refrigerator was inop, did not get fixed till day 3. No toiletries in any rooms. Shower in one bathroom was not working properly. No garbage bags, paper towels or towels in kitchen. Beds were rock hard. All furniture very worn.
- Carol (3/5): The location is great but the place needs a lot of attention. - Location was great and there was a washing machine No WiFi, no basic amenities, very uncomfortable mattresses, bathroom smelled of urine, kitchen floor and dishes sticky. Needs a lot of love and care.
- Catherine (9/5): In a great location, very comfortable and spacious, would stay again and easy communication with manager who gave us adv - Great place to stay for a length of time as it is well equipped to cook and wash and feel at home
- Franca (10/5): We had a fabulous week in Cortina & thoroughly enjoyed our stay. - The location was excellent, right in the centre of Cortina. The bed mattress was a little hard, so not as comfortable as l would have liked. Otherwise the apartment was fabulous. The bed mattress.
- Jane (9/5): of course for a few days we did not mind and it is so central that we had a great time - location was excellent the agency charged 200euros as deposit just in case we broke something. but a lot of things in the apartment were chipped. There was no boiler or electric kettle so we had to boil water for the tea in a big pan. the agent said she would try to get us a kettle but it never arrived. I suspect it eas because the voltage in the apartment was very low, and there was no wi fi.
