Although I had a confirmed reservation, when I arrived at the property at 8:30 PM, the owner had already given the room to someone else. Despite my efforts to contact the property through the Booking.com chat prior to arrival, I received no response. As a result, I was forced to search for alternative accommodation until midnight, which caused significant stress and inconvenience. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and I request that you take immediate action to investigate this property. I strongly urge you to block or remove such listings from your platform to protect other travelers from similar experiences. Please check my chat history with the property if needed. Looking forward to your response and support on this matter.

• Carlo (1/5): Bad - I booked this property through Booking.com, and it was a terrible experience. The room was filled with at least 200 mosquitoes, making sleep impossible. The property had severe mold, dirty conditions with used bed covers, and no keys to lock the house, leaving my family feeling unsafe. Despite being advertised as a private flat, we heard people walking inside at night and in the morning. Key amenities like WiFi, air conditioning, and the TV did not work. It’s shocking that this property is still listed on Booking.com despite numerous bad reviews. This place is unsafe and not worth the risk—stay away! What’s worse is that despite numerous bad reviews reporting the same issues, this property is still listed on Booking.com. This place is unsafe and should be removed immediately to protect future guests!

• Rataj (4/5): You better find some other place - The apartment itself is huge, there is a spaceous livingroom, a dinning area, a balcony, a kitchen, and you can use all of that. It is close to Matale. They serve a good breakfast. So, the place used to be nice but it slowly falling apart because unfortunately the host does not take care of it. We had several issues. 1) We felt like nobody knew that we are comming. We got no message from the host and he was not replaying our messages. 2) We chose this place because according to Booking it was supposed to be “breakfast included”. The host was trying to make us pay more for having one. We insisted on having it without additional paying and in the end we got it. 3) The biggest issue: The whole place is dirty and literally falling apart. There are wet walls, insects everywhere, bedsheets felt like somebody already used them before us, there was one towel for both of us that also smelled like somebody used it.

• S (1/5): Scam and advertising non existing hotels - I had never heard of a virtual hotel until I booked and visited the place. In fact, there is no hotel by that name. And a name close to what was promised was there. Earlier, when I wanted the booking to be confirmed of availability, I could not contact the given number, and when I finally did, the person was not aware of any such bookings and asked me an advance. So I am sure this is a new form of scam where people fool booking.com and rent virtual hotels and if and when people stupid enough to book they channel it to some of their friends. There were web reviews too, but still, I wonder how somebody make a review of a non-existent hotel. All scams The cheating part and the way they scam people
