• Silipo (10/5): Un magnifico soggiorno - Tutto l'appartamento accogliente, pulito e con tutti comfort necessari, Graziano e Francesco sono ottimi padroni di casa cordiali, gentili e sempre attenti per qualsiasi esigenza, ogni mattina abbiamo trovato fuori la porta dei dolci o dei cornetti artigianali con i quali fare colazione, un gesto gentile ed apprezzatissimo da noi. Ad accoglierci una piccola merenda con bruschette al pomodoro e vino rosso buonissimo, a pochi kilometri il mare e a pochi metri bar, ristoranti e tanta vita la sera per fare una passeggiata, un aperitivo o mangiare qualcosa fuori. torneremo presto grazie di tutto! Niente, tutto perfetto
• Annio (5/5): I giudizi degli ospiti vanno lasciati liberi. - La pulizia di tutti gli ambienti. La posizione nel centro di Mattinata. Mancanza di tv. Appartamento vecchio. Balcone con bella vista solo di giorno. Di notte praticamente guardi un muro bianco. Il terrazzo con la vista ( bellissima ) sul mare non è arredato come in foto dove si vede un divanetto con tavolino, ma solo con due tristissime sedie. Un vero peccato. E l’accesso inoltre avviene attraverso una angusta scala che passa attraverso un ripostiglio con oggetti in disordine buttati qua e là. Praticamente di salire ti passa la voglia. Gli arredi sono vecchi e dal gusto perlomeno non adeguato per una casa al mare. Il portasciugamani del bagno fatto da un tronco di scala rivisto in stile shabby. Il frigo aveva un forte odore di pesce per cui non è stato possibile conservare alcunché. Al nostro arrivo mancava lo spazzolone del water che però ci è stato procurato il giorno dopo. E infine ci è anche stato chiesto di mettere 10 come giudizio per aiutarli nella attività perché “agli inizi”. Non ci si potrà fidare più di Booking?

• Simone (10/5): Soggiorno stupendo, ci siamo sentiti coccolati e accolti calorosamente - Appartamento in posizione magnifica comoda per tutti i servizi. Stanze ampie spaziose con armadi capienti, perfette per la famiglia. Per non parlare della terrazza vista Mare perfetta per aperitivi e relax. Un ringraziamento particolare al nostro host che ci ha accolto con ottime bruschette di benvenuto e ci ha salutato con delle buonissime paste fresche. Consigliatissimo!!! • Edgar (10/5): It was our first stay in Puglia, and it was much nicer than expected. - There is much positive to say: The hosts were very nice and helpful, the view from the terrace is stunning and there is plenty of space. The floor tiles are typical Italian. The kitchen is very well equipped, if you need anything special (cheese grater), the hosts will give it to you. Garbage is collected daily; opposite is an excellent restaurant that cooks with local ingredients. There is one advice: If you sleep with an open window / door as we do, I recommend you use earplugs.

• Oleg (10/5): Exceptional - We spent 8 nights in this unforgettable place. The apartment was like a picture. Everything is clean, tidy, the house is very large with 3 rooms. With a balcony and a roof where we often had dinners. The location is perfect)It's a long walk to the sea, of course, but we were with a car and the road took 10 minutes. Special thanks to Francesco 🙏🏻 I was always in touch and gave a lot of valuable recommendations. Where to go, what to see and the coordinates of the best place on the beach))) We will definitely come back someday!!! Mattinata in the very heart!
