- Mintu (1/5): totally waste of money and i did not got refund - I like the way they have thug life i have paid Rs 7000 and did not even stay for one hour because property is so bad that even a begger shall not stay here They have given us a room only for 250 sq ft and said to stay there with my spouse child and brother in law, even they did not provided any wifi as claimed and really disapointed with booking.com totally shit

Google map insufficient.Booking .com did not have property phone number and difficult to trace address.Fab hotel and booking.com didn't help to change staying date and taken money 1229 was only given to owner 250 as advance so they didn't help to change date 24 to 48 hrs before also.But owner helped us out of Colour of bungalow is grey not blue.

- Gaurav (1/5): Please don not book hotel for safety reason. - Fraud hotel and peoples. It is totally fraud. There is no reception, no food facility, rooms with huge smell and dirty walls. Beds and bathroom are in very poor shape. Staff peoples were in drunken state. I cannot able to checking-in room, even pay advance payment. I suggest booking.com to remove such fraud hotels. Hotel is not family, its for dirty drinking peoples. I also not receive my money after talking the booking customer care.
