The contact number stated in booking.com is another hotel that is 10km away from the exact location. When you call the number, they really dont know about this place and pass away to another person. Had to wait 1hrs+ to check in before the real person contacted me to give details of the place(password, unit no./level). Need to improve on the customer service

• Lim (5/5): Compact apartment rental in Lumut Waterfront condo. - Location is ok, quite clean, d water dispenser, Japanese style. Love to swim but not in that pool, too small & d surroundings & pool doesn't look well maintained. Building is old, kitchen is v small, d kitchen tap in our unit is loose, d bathroom wont dry, d main door lock is so old & difficult to open.
