• Vivian (1/5): We notified Booking.com and left feeling vulnerable and unwelcome. - Nothing The owner was rude and tried to scam me for money.
• Jennifer (1/5): first time stay at a B&B. The additional charges were unexpected. Terrible and expensive experience! - The property was clean and modern. Charged a large cleaning fee, even though the property was left as it was received. Charged an additional large security deposit, which the owners stated would be refunded, but it wasn't. Refund was not provided and attempted to contact the owners to find out the disposition, but these attempts were ignored. Lodged a complaint against the owners with Booking. Very dishonest!

• Linda (8/5): - It was nicely furnished and comfortable. The description was misleading in that it stated private pool when in fact it was a neighborhood pool 10 minutes away. Also there were no wine glasses. The cleaning fee was higher than advertised with us being required to clean the bathrooms and vacuum the entire house in addition to the usual removal of trash and washing of dishes.

• Marisa (2/5): WORST check in experience of my life. - Appreciated the Tesla charger. Host tried to shake me down for $125 for arriving at the home at 8:10pm. NOTHING was mentioned about any kind of 'late fee' for arrival in the listing or prior. He refused to give me access to the home without sending him money on Venmo. He was aggressive and rude. If I had been more than an hour late 'arriving' (which is nothing any home I've ever rented ever had a rule about) he said he would charge me 50% of the total cost of the rental. What?!? Again, no mention of any kind of fee until I was already in his arbitrary check in window. It was completely insane. Only after I sent him more money would he give me the access codes for the doors. He also insisted on meeting me at the house in person. TOTALLY CREEPY AND UNNECESSARY. The home had electronic, wireless keypads on the front door, garage door, all of the bedrooms and the bathroom. Super sketchy - made me afraid all weekend that he would impulsively lock me out. The backyard was a pile of dirt. Literally. In the check out instructions for cleaning the host said not to change the sheets unless they were soiled or stained, just make the bed. So there you go - you'll be getting into unwashed sheets if you stay here. So gross.
