• Amal (1/5): Propreté nulle et équipements vieux. Très mauvais rapport qualité/prix et hôte désagréable. - Le seul point positif est la vue sur le barrage Bin Ouidane via la terrasse. Propreté nulle et équipements vieux, sales et mal entretenus. Le lit de la chambre principale est vieux et la 2ème chambre à l'extérieur est humide et sans fenêtre, mal construit sans peinture finie avec des lits vieux et non confortables (impossible d'y passer la nuit). Pas de salle de bain, seules des toilettes sales avec douchette. Salon avec des canapés marocains (saddaris) durs comme la pierre et des housses toutes salles. Pas de draps disponibles, pas de couhettes, seules des couvertures non lavées (battaniya) qui sentent mauvais. Pas de miroirs dans l'appartement, seule un très petit lavabo près du salon avec un miroir miniscule. Côté nourriture, petit déjeuner basique sans jus d'orange à 40dhs (très cher compte tenu de la qualité des produits présentés). On a essayé aussi pour le diner un tajine maazi aux légumes à 80dhs pour 1personne avec un os et presque pas de viande! Aucune isolation et pas de moustiquaire fenêtre, et comme on est à coté du barrage, on a eu droit à plein de moustiques et de mouches qui ont gâchés davantage notre séjour. Cerise sur le gâteau, lors de notre check-out, on a partagé avec le hôte Hicham notre ressenti en disant juste que notre séjour n'était pas agréable et qu'on s'attendait à mieux, et il s'est énervé et nous a crié dessus et il a été très agressif verbalement en prenant la défensive.

• El Baroudi (8/5): Séjour Avril 2026 - La chaleur de l'accueil Mr Hicham ,sa femme et leur fils . La vue sur le barrage magnifique ,le silence loin des foules. Les repas étaient délicieux de même que le petit déjeuner . Rien.

• Djidid (10/5): - Endroit très paisible j'ai rarement vu un calme pareil ichem et une personne très accueillante idéal pour un petit séjour en famille ou en couple
• DE PENANROS (8/5): - Accueil très sympathique, nos hôtes ont fait le maximum pour nous satisfaire. La vue sur le lac est grandiose. Excellent rapport qualité prix. Je recommande cette adresse. Juste les banquettes un peu raides en couchages d'appoint mais ça passe pour un court séjour.

• Laâlou (7/5): - La vue est magnifique, la nourriture est propre et bien, les gens sont très serviables. Il y avait une fenêtre qui ne fonctionnait pas correctement, et le robinet gouttait.

• Anna (8/5): Very good - Very nice view of the lake, sleeps well because of the silence. Very tasty and pleasant breakfast. The air conditioner didn't work for heating. For some reason, all the paintings in the house were hanging in cellophane, one of the paintings was even hanging upside down.
• Yannik (7/5): Good - Hichan welcomed us generously and his wife cooked us an amazing couscous! Also the view was astonishing in this secluded accommodation. Also the cleanliness of the dishes inside of the apartment could have been better. Unfortunately, we experienced a brief period without water for showering or flushing the toilet, though Hichan did his best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

• David (1/5): Don't go - Tea on arrival. The air conditioning unit worked Minging. I don't think a unit like this should be on booking. Clean and safe should be the minimum requirements. Old soap in the soap dishes. Someone else's sandals lined up in the hall. Light fittings from bare wires. Steep and narrow stairs to access. No sign on the road to indicate where the property is.
• Dolores (9/5): Kind and helpful - The view was incredible. Hicham and his wife couldn't have been more helpful and kind. The food was good. The home made corn bread was excellent. The shower in the toilet was a tight squeeze.
• Sergio (8/5): The place is worth the money. But careful! There aren't sofa beds. - Hicham and his wife, the people who received us, were very kind with us and they tried to make our stay as pleasant as possible. 10/10. The surroundings are so beautiful. The place is a bit tricky because Booking says it has sofa beds, nevertheless it wasn't exactly that. Also Booking says it has an stove or a calefactor. This doesn't exist, but Hicham gave as many blankets as we need.
