- MAURICE (10/5): Lovely Porto holiday break. - A lovely well kept apartment, most everyday needs supplied. Very clean and in good order. Quiet at night and weekends with a very comfortable bed. Easily walkable to the shops and also towards the city.
Communications mainly great and kind responses. You feel in safe hands. When we stayed there was building work next door and at the end of the garden. Further work across from the rear of the property. Work is between 8.00am and 6pm weekdays. Particularly noisy with drills etc next door, it will I am sure be fabulous once done as the adjoining properties have been long neglected.
TV should be set up for guests as last user was probably Russian with cryllic alphabet.
Codes for check in would be useful before arriving. Can understand why not but when it’s pouring with rain all you would like to do is get in to shelter. The text message I sent half an hour before arrival was not actioned so had to get our taxi driver to call for codes etc.
- Ian (9/5): Great location in a comfortable apartment - The location really suited us and we were able to check in early which was a big help. The apartment is really comfortable and at the back of the building so there is little street noise. The kitchen was well equipped and there is a good supermarket close by.
- Amelie (7/5): Gute Lage, leider einige Einschränkungen auf Grund der umliegenden Baustellen - Die Lage ist sehr gut, mitten in der Stadt. Sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet Großer Pluspunkt ist die Garage.
Die Wohnung hat einen großen, schönen Balkon, leider sind gerade mehrere Baustellen um die Wohnung, daher kann der Balkon auf Grund des Lärms und auch des Baustaubs nur bedingt genutzt werden. Leider weißt der Vermieter nicht darauf hin, bzw passt den Preis entsprechend an. Die Wohnung hat einige Stellen die dringend repariert werden müssen, Jalousien, Balkontür etc. Auch die Sauberkeit, auf Grund des Baustellenstaubs könnte verbessert werden. Der Preis ist auf Grund der Umgebenden Baustellen und des Lärms nicht angemessen.
