• Yann (8/5): Residence sécurisée, commerces à côté, riad privatif - Grand riad avec terrasse intime, résidence sécurisée avec restaurants, épicerie, pharmacie... 3 piscines dont une au calme Avec un peu de marche, on rejoint la maison de la photographie ou le quartier des tanneurs (soyez prêt à de fortes odeurs si vous passez par là, prévoyez un peu de menthe) Un peu loin de la Médina, riad dans son "jus" mais les photos sont réalistes.

• JOHNNY (8/5): A recommander - Le logement typique marocain. L'accueil La sécurité du lieu Nous n'avons beaucoup explore l'endroit car il pleuvait beaucoup !. Du coup, nous n'avons pas pu voir la piscine ni où elle est (semble commune qu quartier)
• Chanett (10/5): Stor lejlighed i skønt område med en meget venlig vært - Lejligheden var rummelig, og tagterrassen var endnu et ekstra skønt rum, som vi brugte meget. Området er roligt og alligevel i gåafstand til Medinaen. Vi blev modtaget af vores venlige vært, som var utroligt hjælpsom og imødekommende under hele vores ophold

Bastante aeguro e com tudo a redor perto do mercado jemal el fna e com bons acessos a todo o lado de marraqueche. Se marcar excirsoes veem buscar ao riad sem nenhum problema. So tenho a agradecer.

• Aleksey (3/5): - Headline: Avoid! Misleading location and poor conditions Review: The location on the map is fake. It is NOT in the Medina as shown. We lost so much time and energy just trying to find the place, only to realize it was far from where we wanted to be. This was very inconvenient for our short 2-day trip. The room was freezing cold because the air conditioning worked poorly and couldn't heat the space. Also, the bed linens didn't feel fresh. To make matters worse, there was no internet for an entire day out of our two-day stay. This Riad completely ruined our mood and our experience. Truly disappointing.

• Marouan (3/5): Peu de photos du logement, et on comprend pourquoi! - Rien Séjour catastrophique. Le riad est dans son jus, sans aucun entretien. L’état général est sale et négligé. La salle de bain est délabrée, avec des murs craquelés et une impression permanente d’insalubrité. Les oreillers dégagent une odeur de cuir chevelu très désagréable, rendant le sommeil difficile. Rien ne correspond aux standards minimaux attendus, encore moins aux photos ou à la description. Rapport qualité/prix totalement injustifié. Note réelle : 3/10, et encore par indulgence. À éviter.

• Claudia (10/5): - Struttura molto bella, signora estremamente carina e disponibile. Struttura all'interno di un residence che dispone di tre ristoranti, una farmacia e un supermercato. La posizione è un po' fuori il centro, ma vedi una Marrakesh più locale. In ogni caso era specificato e per il prezzo e la struttura ne vale assolutamente la pena L'unica cosa è che bisognerebbe aggiustare la posizione perché non è corretta quella riportata su booking.

• Hervé (7/5): Lieu animé - L'appartement est situé dans un riad à quelques centaines de mètres des souks. Il y a de la vie avec des petits commerces. Des sourires et des grands bonjours de toute part. Nous nous sommes sentis à l'aise et sécurisés. Le plus était la piscine (très animée) 😁 Les chats qui cherchent à se faufiler à l'intérieur (gérable) et la température mais normal puisque nous étions en plein juillet!!
• Sara (5/5): Disappointed by the location - Ok communication from the host Please be aware that the location is not what Booking says. It is about 35 minutes by foot from the main square Jamaa al Fna NOT 15 minutes. I would have never booked it had I known the real location. I do not believe that the host did not know about this..It is very misleading and unfair. I found the place basic, only one towel per person for a week which was not enough considering there were no pool towels. Bed sheets are not thoroughly clean as we also found bed bugs... Wi-Fi was very poor.. The pool is closed Fridays. In the residence, there are shops, cafes, and a pharmacy that come in handy since the house is far from the centre and restaurants. I would really appreciate it if Booking corrected the address to reflect reality. Thank you.

• Aynur (10/5): Very positive experience - The owner was great. Very helpful, good communication. We needed kettle, and he instantly got us brand new kettle. It was very clean. Very safe residence. Internet worked well. Nothing negative regarding the residence or the property.
• Haneen (6/5): OK place but the kitchen and living rooms needs a serious upgrade - The location is within a walking distance to most attractions, 3 km to most destinations. Very large house with many rooms and sofas. The host was very nice attentive. He got us whatever was needed or missing. Many shops and restaurants nearby. Nice large pools. The pools are not heated, so quite cold as the sun is not shining on the pools. The kitchen needs a serious upgrade. There was no hot water in the kitchen, the stove was not functioning properly, the dishes were old and broken. Not all programs work on the washing machine(very old). There was no dining table in the house so we had to eat by sofa table with three small children. There were no rugs in the house so it was a cold stone floors. Old and broken furniture

• Kristina (10/5): Exceptional - Very large appartement, in quiet and pleasant district, near city center, great swimming pool. Please only add into Booking the right location of the appartment/district.
• Shelley (10/5): A little palace - Beautiful riad, comfortable and spacious, it was like a small Palace compared to our first night in hostel on arrival. Comfortable beds, air con and en suites. Quiet safe area with high security who were friendly and helpful, shops, cafe and fabulous pool A little far out so taxis necessary and no fixed fare, I think our negotiating got better but maybe still tourist prices, a guide to what price to pay would be useful. Would prefer longer pool opening hours (9-6) but that is not fault of riad, it is a shared complex with security at pool. NB.Need to take passports to security at gate for extra pool pass)
