• Bec (8/5): Large, comfortable space - Property is large! Very easy to locate. Location is very close to Duomo which is great but with that comes a lot of street noise. As a couple this would be fine as noise is not bad from bedroom. We were a booking of 3, the third person was on sofa bed in living room space which was on the street side so worth considering if light sleepers!

• Miguel (6/5): Excelente localização, mas com muito ruído do exterior. - Localização muito boa. Bem equipado e confortável. Ruído do exterior era insuporável a partir das 07h30, janelas mesmo em frente à porta da Accademia, como eramos 3 e utilizamos a sala para quarto tambem era impossível descansar a partir das 07h30. O quarto é silencioso. O Duche deveria ser melhor também.

• Lisa (7/5): Good - The location was excellent close to many of our desired activities. The appearance of furnishings were a bit dated and/or uncomfortable-couch and table specifically. Bed was adequate and lights in bathroom was slightly annoying off and on randomly when standing at the mirror etc. We were targeted by pick pockets coming into the door of the building on Sunday night. They did not get away with it because we caught them trying to reach in our handbag as we had it open to unlock door and the keys in the door and yelled at them to get away from us. They tried to push into the doorway of building but I yelled at them again and they left. Slightly unnerving but not a horrible outcome of stolen bag. Communication and check-in was poorly managed. I don't accept messages that say only, " I'm the girl who will help you with ..." .. accompanied by a photo of a young girl in a bathroom mirror selfie photo hiding her face. I know she wants to protect herself from strangers but we are protecting us from unscrupulous people as well. And gentleman present at our check-in spoke/understood no English and did not even know how things worked in the house. I think he came in girl's place who was supposed to greet us. He called the girl to have her speak to me on the phone. I had stated arrival between 3-4 and we arrived at 3:30ish and had to wait in front with very busy lines from David attraction and not much room to stand in front of the door after taxi driver fought his way through crowds with all our luggage. Just want to alert you to the things you could improve on. Overall Florence was a lovely part of our vacation and we slept well and had the necessities we needed. Grazie!

• Dejan (10/5): Recommend to everyone - Great experience, lovely apartment and one of the most beautiful cities that I’ve ever been. Apartment is in the center just 2min from Duomo church, a lot of restaurants, shops and galleries. I don't want to sound like I'm complaining, but you should put a more comfortable sofa in the living room.

• Tania (10/5): Excellent location. Clean and spacious apartment. - Hosts were lovely. Apartment is clean, spacious, and well looked after. We asked for a clothes drying stand as we couldn’t find one in the apartment and they made a brand new one available almost immediately. Location is excellent. Just opposite Accademia. You can see the queue from the windows. The Duomo is seen when one steps onto the road from the apartment. Highly recommend this apartment.

• Anthony (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was in a great location. Beds were very comfortable with 2 big smart TV. Had air conditioning in all the rooms and a washing machine. Highly recommended 😁
