• Steven-CK (7/5): Very spacious and easy to find. Quiet location and secure. - I liked that I was provided a code that was easy to remember and use. I like that there was covered and secure parking for our vehicle. I like that the apartment was very spacious and roomy and was quiet. It has been renovated with care and comfort. It was easy to find and enter. Linens were provided and sheets were crispy clean. The apartment was close to the venue we attended which was the Hardrock in Wheatland, CA. A quick 10 minutes at the most! Will stay there again! The bed in the middle room was not great and the side table lights did either work or were plugged in. Only one bathroom was a drag, but we made it work. The entry stairs were fine for us, but should be listed in description if anyone has issues with climbing stairs. Otherwise, love this place and will stay there again if our travels take us to Wheatland for a show!

• Gowing (8/5): Plenty of room - The place was very clean and neat. It's an older home and we enjoyed those unique aspects. Everything was in working order. We had three people and there was plenty of space for everyone. We appreciated the secure parking too. We weren't anticipating stairs up to the lodgings. It was a little loud outside at night. Not enough to keep us awake though.
• Karlita (9/5): This house is a great place to stay! Excellent location and privacy. I’ll rent it again. - We like the location, the rooms, the private carport. It has only one bathroom. This house needs a deep cleaning. All windows, blinds, bathroom fans, and bedroom fans have way too much dust accumulated.

• Li (7/5): It’s good value if you don’t mind the environment, don’t go out in the night once you’re inside of the building - Three separate bedrooms with this price, it is very, very good value The environment near the building is kind of scary, daytime, there homeless, nighttime there are some where random people around the building, not sure what they’re doing, but there’s a gate in the back of the building for the park, it is safe once you are inside of the gate

• Jennifer (9/5): Click confirm! You won't be sorry. - The property was clean, easy to find, had all the basics, great shower and beds were very comfy. Nice, clean space. Off street parking. We went to a concert at the Wheaton amphitheater. The apartment was a 15 minute drive and perfectly located. Excellent value. My check-in instructions went to the wrong email (my fault). When I messaged, the host responded within a minute with instructions. Convenient to restaurants - walking distance, but it was so hot we drove anyway. The apartment is across the street from a large hospital. This is great if that's the purpose of your trip, but it meant ambulances (and the accompanying sirens) were pulling in across the street throughout the night... This is seriously the only down side, and it isn't anything we didn't expect when we pulled up.

• Christine (10/5): Very private comfortable spacious room, was nice for a night! - It was comfortable and clean. Very roomy! The flight of stairs to our unit was unexpected. This would have been difficult for any disabled person. Also , the air conditioner unit was not user friendly and it was very warm in the middle of the night. Lots of homeless in the area.

• Tiffany (10/5): A blessing on time in a tough time - I booked this for my sister and her children and I booked incorrectly and Misha still allowed my sister and her children to stay and at the same price. My sister had 3 full bedrooms and a kitchen. It was very cozy and the security of the building is awesome. My sister really enjoyed her stay and we were very blessed and thankful for Mishas hospitality

• Rogelio (3/5): Poor - Planned a trip to Reno with the family but due to the winter storm forced us to go back, but since everyone had already asked for the time off at work for The Weekend we decided to stop by Hard Rock Casino to compensate Reno. I booked with Misha last minute and the place is gorgeous and well organized in a really good location for shopping and nightlife! Misha was great with information and accommodations! Definitely coming back again.

• Michelle (10/5): Exceptional - We liked having a locked gate and carport to park in. We didn't like closing the gate. It took awhile to figure out you had to hold the top clicker button and slowly pull the gate closed.
• Nicole (10/5): It was very nice! - It was comfortable and cozy! It was close to my venue, and my dog was happy to be there, so I was happy. I just wish the parking garage area where you store the vehicle was bigger. Bay #3 is a very tight fit, but it’s okay.

• Kara (6/5): Pleasant - I liked the ease of the entry code, the gated car parking, washer and dryer on site, and decor of the space. The floors were clean but sticky when you walked on them. The host did not communicate well about the checkout process. Additionally, there were no bathroom amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, or soap available. The thermostat also automatically turned up to 75 during the night making it quite warm.

Charming apartment in the heart of Marysville, easy access to freeway. One of the beds was kind of worn in the middle, wife did not sleep well. Middle bedroom.

• Paul (10/5): this is a good property and good value. just be aware that it has some traffic’s noise. - Nice lodging, clean, high ceiling, charming, everything’s provided. It is not bad, but if you are sensitive to traffic noise, especially when you sleep, as I am, bring ear plugs.

They still welcomed us even though calling them at 10.00 p.m.(I'm new at this) Gentlemen I spoke to was really patient with me.Very happy with they way their customer service was.
