• Paul (10/5): - The apartment is quite large with high ceilings that made it feel more spacious. The AC worked great. We were picked up at the airport, but with navigation (phone) it would have been a pretty simple 15 minute walk from the train and bus station. There is a good grocery store, bakery, and beer/wine shop around the corner. It is about a 25 minute walk to the main square and restaurant area. But you would probably pay a lot more for someplace closer. Casa Erika also had a washer and a good outdoor area to hang the laundry. A little steep climb as it is on the 3rd floor (2nd European floor).

Non mancava niente anzi, letti comodissimi, compreso nel prezzo tutti i generi di prima necessità dallo shampoo, alle lenzuola e asciugamani. Appartamento pulitissimo e vicino al centro, 5 minuti in macchina o con una passeggiata di 20 minuti che le mie bambine hanno fatto tranquillamente. Host gentilissimo e presente per qualsiasi consiglio Grazie di tutto ♥️ quando torneremo a Catania sarete sicuramente la nostra prima scelta. Tutto perfetto!!

• Mounir (7/5): Perfect for 2 adultes and child max, close from train station - proche de la gare centrale de train, all available in the kitchen far from city center and fish market, the first bed for the couple is great the room is amazing, the bed for the third person is a clic clac that opens and it's not confortable unfortunately

• Irina (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is very nice, spacious, with all facilities needed. We appreciated the coffee and croassons and that it was very clean and comfortable. The host was very kind. The neighborhood is a bit dirty, but it is very close to the bus terminal, which was convenient for us. The water in the bathroom was difficult to adjust- it was either very hot or cold :) And a bit improvement to the couch in the living room would be nice for those who have to sleep there.

• Aleš (10/5): Exceptional - Location is great, a 10 min walk to the city centre. Appartment was clean, cozy and spacious, very easy to find, well equiped. Owner was super friendly and helpfull! /
• Milos (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely apartment in a very good location. Walking distance from the city center (around 15 min) and from the central train station (around 10 min). Very clean and comfortable apartment with all facilities you need.
• Karen (5/5): Would not recommend. - The host was quite responsive in their texts and informed us where we could find food and water when we arrived. The flat was reasonably well equipped. We never met the host - though I was in contact by text especially when our flight was cancelled after Mount Etna erupted. We had to make alternative plans for our journey to Catania. We lost out on the first night booking - host was unwilling to refund the money. We only stayed one night out of two booked and paid for. Airport shuttle/train station was unavailable to us. The very narrow stairs leading to the apartment were so narrow, it was awkward getting a suitcase up 4 flights of narrow stairs, you need to be fit and agile to manage the stair case. The apartment was very hot when we arrived and there was no water, or milk for a cup of tea in the fridge after a long and complex journey. It didn't feel very welcoming. The apartment was not sound proof, as we could hear a neighbour singing very loudly when we arrived late in the evening.
• Georgi (10/5): Exceptional - Kasa Erika was the best place to stay in Catania for us. The apartment has everything you need, its spacious and cozy at the same time. It was very clean and maintained. The host Erika was really helpful and answered all our questions. Even before my booking i contacted her for a few questions and she answered them. I highly recommend anyone that has to stay in Catania to choose Kasa Erika.

• Bojana (9/5): I will came back ...😍 - Everything is as described.Big ,clean apartment with all facilNear bus and train station in calm area.Host is very helpful and answer immediately 👍. Only one thing, the building does not have an elevator and the stairs are narrow. It's a bit tricky with a big and heavy suitcase.
• Edward (10/5): Exceptional - This is a great place to stay. It is a fully equipped apartment. Fairly close to the railway station but quiet. Comfortable, good WiFi, fully equipped kitchen. I was even able to use the washing machine and hang clothes on the balcony washing line to dry.
• Michał (10/5): Great place to stay, very good quality/price ratio! - + good location (9 min walk to the Train & Bus Stations, 15 min walk to the city center) + apartment is on the first floor, therefore it felt safe to have windows open etc. + apartment is much bigger than it seems in the pictures, there is planty of space + kitchen was fully equipped including olive oil, tea, coffee etc. (it happens very rarely) + we were allowed to check in earlier than normal check-in time; thanks for that again, therefore I give a 10 grade :) + we recommend Pasticceria di Die for breakfast or lunch, amazing place, especially pistacchio croissant or cannoli! - bed mattress could be more comfortable - there could be extra pillows, for me sleeping on 2-3 pillows normally it felt flat to have only one - TV is not smart TV, it is not compatible with Netflix etc.

The apartment was very clean, nicely decorated and had everything you could ever need, full kitchen, coffee maker and such. The host was very nice, responsive, helpful, all in all very hospitable. We were greatly pleased in all aspects of this apartment and warmly recommend it. There is nothing we didn't like.

• Jianguo (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is clean and comfortable. You almost have all ketchen utensils you need for cooking, although we did not cook. The apartment is very short distance to bus, coach and train stations. It is highly recommended. None None.

We had everything we had needed for using the apartment...for example: liquids for cleaning, washing powder and detergent for washing maschine, the bottle of olive oil and also pepper, sugar, salt for cooking, of corse along with everything what was mentioned in the description of the apartment. The host was very warm and helpful. He welcomed us with sicilian cookies and the souvenir from the Casa Erika and every time we asked him something he answered in a minute. So every praises for the Casa Erika and its host.
