• Neil (10/5): Immaculate property close to airport - Good location to get to YVR airport, and in my case to go north on Route 99. The word I would use to describe this property is; Immaculate. It is spotlessly clean. The host is very welcoming and we chatted in the kit7chen while I waited for my food delivery to arrive Its not close to any shops, thus my food delivery. If you have a car there is no problem. I would like to see a kettttle and coffee/tea provided either in the room or avaialbe in the kitchen.

Vinh and Tracy were so incredibly accommodating to me (especially when I had accidentally booked the wrong date due to travelling from Australia and time change) They provide the most comfortable and convenient accommodation and did everything they could to make my stay as safe and comfortable as possible. I couldn’t recommend them enough. Nothing I loved everything ☺️☺️

It‘s a beautiful house and area, very quiet, great for long walks, close to Steveston Fisherman‘s Wharf, 10 minutes from the airport and we tool the skytrain and bus to go downtown. Everything was impeccable and the hosts extremely nice. Thank you so much for everything!! Everything was great

It is close to the Terra Nova Rural Park and Gary Point Park. There is also a small Center Location with shops and restaurants all in walking distance in a beautiful and green neighborhood, just 15 min from the airport. The room is in a private house. The hosts are very friendly and generous. They opened their home for us and offered drinks, fruits and sweets. There were no complaints what’s so ever.

The host even left us a small chocolate and we had it for breakfast the next morning. The next morning we were also glad to have a car to take us to the airport. The hospitality was excellent from start to finish. We were very lucky to have chosen to stay here instead of the airport hotel. It is definitely Five Star. None

• Ted (8/5): Enjoyable experience; the time went by quickly. - Well-maintained, clean, cosy. Good location near the airport. Shower has an unusual design. Procedure (adjustment) to get the water flowing properly was not explained — i.e. demonstrated.
• Gerry (2/5): Disappointing and not transparent - The accommodation is not a hotel it is a private home and should come under a BnB. The information shows Queen Room, which indicates there is a bathroom. However, under room facilities in the fine print, it shows shared bathroom. It should state clearly next to rooms available "Queen Room with Shared Bathroom". The room itself was very small, and the queen bed was pushed up against the wall. This meant I had to climb over my wife to get out of bed to use the bathroom at night. It is not clear that you will he staying in a person's home in an upstairs bedroom and use the upstairs bathroom with other people. All in all, it was very disappointing, and we felt the description was not transparent and underhanded.

Plus, the bus stop was just a short walk away, making it easy to get around. The accommodation itself was beyond perfect. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt so warm and inviting. My room was really comfortable and had everything I could possibly need for my stay. The hosts were also exceptional - so welcoming and kind, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. Their hospitality truly made the experience even better. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!

The best thing of all was the hosts who were so exceptionally kind and welcoming. They had delicious treats and fruit for us when we arrived and they even gave us a lift to the bus station at our departure which was a huge help to us. I couldn’t have asked for a better host for our one night stay for the Taylor Swift Concert. It’s also such a safe and beautiful area I would happily stay again and explore more next time. Only 10 minute drive to the airport was so convenient too! Nothing!
