Judah (5/5): The Wateredge Lakehouse could be absolutely beautiful but is rundown and not as advertised. - This location is amazing - right on the water on a beautiful lake in a picturesque subdivision. It was exactly in the place we would have liked it to be. The hosts were responsive to our queries and did send an extra cleaner as requested. This property requires significant improvement, and was not presented not as advertised. The property was dirty and clearly occupied by a dog. There are multiple drywall patches not painted, missing or poorly hung towel racks, broken, non-functional microwave, dirty dishes, broken deck furniture (6 pieces), a broken pool and a pool area in disarray. For the money charged on this property, everything should be tiptop and it is not.
