• Muriel (8/5): - L'accueil malgré l'heure tardive on nous a proposé de nous faire une planche Elvira était super avec nous ainsi que la personne à L'accueil. Au petit déjeuner il y avait beaucoup de mouches dommage de ne pas mettre les produits frais sous cloche surtout par ces chaleurs.

Les bas de porte abîmés dans la chambre, la moquette ( revêtement d'un autre temps), le prix des boissons un peu élevé au restaurant.

• Marazzi (8/5): Posizione perfetta e posto piacevole - La posizione perfetta per spezzare il viaggio verso strasburgo essendoci fermati a visitare Basilea. E' vicino ad un bellissimo museo che raccoglie oltre 560 vetture del passato, moltissime Bugatti. E' stato pure molto comodo poter cenare in albergo quando mio figlio era troppo stanco per uscire a cena Magari lo stato delle camere, che erano pulitissime, tuttavia la moquette in alcune zone risulta macchiata.

• NJ 555 (10/5): Goede tussenstop, fijn hotel, prima service - Geweldig en geduldig personeel. De wens om de zalm wat verder doorgebakken te hebben werd direct opgelost. Lekker gegeten ,geborreld en geslapen. Een aanrader met het hondje voor een tussenstop.

• Stéphanie (5/5): - Parking Au niveau des nettoyages un grand point a améliorer. Il y avait des cheveux dans la douche sur le lavabo, au wc et contre les murs de la salle de bain. Vraiment pas propre du tout. A notre arrivée l'employé était occupé sur l'ordinateur il nous a laissé patienter quelques secondes avant même de nous saluer. Et a la fin en se penchant pour me donner la monnaie il a lâché un MERDE. Pareil le lendemain matin avec un autre employé. Pas très sympathique.

Auto staat veilig en je kunt rond 1400 uur al inchecken, aanrader! Restaurant viel tegen, zou hier een volgende keer voor dit geld niet gaan eten maar een stukje rijden om in de stad voor veel minder geld te gaan eten

La habitación era grande no era muy moderna pero estaba limpia, la calefacción iba genial, el agua caliente, verdaderamente prácticamente la usábamos para dormir y asearnos, pasábamos el día fuera. Echamos en falta una nevera minibar en la habitación, solo eso.

Mais pas pour le F&B. - La propreté, les chambres bien rénovées, avec du mobilier et une literie de qualité suffisante pour le prix et la marque Novotel. Le restaurant. Catastrophique, du service au plat. De plus, la chaise haute fournie pour notre petit d'un an était cassée.. La moitié de la table fut servie, et avons du attendre 35 mn avant que les autres plats n'arrivent. Cuisine moyennement acceptable, et trop cher pour ce que c'est.

• Adrien (7/5): Pas convaincu de notre séjour - Nous avons apprécié la facilité d’accès et la tranquillité des lieux. Personnel accueillant et disponible. Produits de douche de très bonne qualité (Ritual Cosmetic). À proximité de multiples commerces, restaurants et surtout d’une boulangerie Feuillette proposant de très bons produits. Il faisait trop frais dans la chambre (chauffage limité) pour être confortable alors que les températures extérieures étaient négatives (-8ºC). Aucune couette disponible pour les enfants. Mauvaise surprise à notre arrivée, nous n’avions pas le lit superposé réservé pour nos enfants mais un seul clic-clac peu large. Petit déjeuner onéreux et proposé uniquement jusqu’à 10h (pour le 1er janvier, horaire trop juste). La chambre devait être disponible dès 15h00 hors quand nous sommes arrivés à 16h30, il a fallu un certain temps au personnel d’accueil pour contrôler que le ménage avait été fait.

• Giulio (5/5): - Poca attenzione del personale. La sera 31 dicembre eravamo nella hall con altre persone ad aspettare la mezzanotte. Era il compleanno di mio figlio e volevamo festeggiarlo. Abbiamo chiesto un dolce dove poter mettere le candele e mi è stato risposto in malo modo "si dopo"... abbiamo aspettato più di un'ora e stanchi della poca comprensione abbiamo ripreso le nostre candeline e siamo andati in stanza. Non ci è stato permesso di vivere un bellissimo momento. Tra l'altro pubblicizzano l'hotel come un family hotel. No comment
• Teresa (5/5): An overpriced budget hotel - 24 hour reception is convenient and we were able to book late and get in without any trouble. We chose this property because it was the best looking option in the immediate area, and the photos and reviews suggested it would be a step above the surrounding budget hotels — cleaner, better maintained, and more thoughtfully renovated. Unfortunately, that wasn’t our experience. The room had a strong musty smell, the carpet was visibly dirty, and most surfaces looked tired and poorly maintained. The headboard was very dusty, and while the bed linen itself was clean, everything around it felt worn and neglected. The renovation appears to have been done at the absolute minimum level, using the cheapest materials and finishes possible. That in itself wouldn’t necessarily be an issue — but at this price point, it simply didn’t feel justified. In the morning, we paid €9 for two cappuccinos out of a Nespresso machine which felt unreasonable and out of touch. Overall, this felt like a budget hotel being priced and marketed as something more. Had the cost reflected the actual standard, expectations would have been different but as it stands, the value for money just isn’t there.

• Séverine (8/5): Hotel pratique pour visiter marché de Noël avec demi-pension proposée - Hôtel proche des marchés de noël. Il y a un grand parking. La chambre était spacieuse. La demi-pension proposé est pratique. Restaurant situé au rez-de-Chaussée. Nous avons trouvé léger les assiettes repas proposées dans le Menu de la demi-pension. Mon mari a pris l’assiette de gnocchi aux champignons. On lui a servi la même proportion que l'assiette menu des enfants. Autant dire que pour un adulte c'est très léger. Heureusement qu'il n'avait pas grande faim.

Una mañana nos hicieron camas separadas cuando siempre eran juntas. Había un alambre que sobresalía de la cama y con niños no pasó nada grave de milagro. Colchón era demasiado blando, pero eso va a gustos. No tiene ascensor y nos tocó segunda planta al final d un pasillo enorme.

A 1 minuto en coche hay pastelerias donde por 18€ (precio desayuno del hotel) hemos desayunado 4 personas. El precio de las bebeida en el bar/cafeteria son abusivos. La cuna no tenia edredon ni almohada. La habitacion reservada era con sofa y no habia, era una cama con la cuna.
