• Kamila (10/5): - The wifi didn't work, the water in the bathroom was already cold when 1 person washed themselves. How could 1 bar of soap be enough for 2 people? There were no slippers, so we had to walk barefoot on the frozen tiles. Only 2 coffee capsules, there was no broom to clean the apartment properly. Entering the apartment is a separate story 🙄 It was clean and tidy as we found it.

• ALI (3/5): - It wasn’t a pleasant experience, the bed wasn’t clean however the kitchen was clean but without really cooking tools!
• Miljana (6/5): - generalno je jako lep apartman, super je lokacija, cistoca kupatila dobra cistoca je bila jako losa, sve osim kupatila je bilo prljavo i prasnjavo... key safe nije radio pa smo morale da cekamo napolju pomoc oko otkljucavanja da bismo na kraju kroz smeh cule od radnika kako je greskom poslat pogresan kod za uzimanje kljuca... docekao nas je jako jako hladan apartman, klima je bila ugasena a kada smo je upalila najpre nije ni radila - morale smo i za to da pisempo podsrci i cekamo odgovor i tek nakon toga da ukljucimo i cekamo da se apartman zgreje. obzirom na to da je na dva sprata, a klima gore, donji deo je bio jakojako hladan, narocito kupatilo, nije prijatno kupati se u tako hladnom kupatilu. takodje, tus kabina propusta vodu pa nakon svakog kupanje nastane mini poplava koju morate cistiti u kupatilu... apartman ima problem sa signalom i internetom, veci deo vremena nismo mogle da pristupimo mrezama

• lanappe (7/5): Amélioration - Appartement optimisé avec tout ce qu il faut Cosy Me prévenir par mail des nouveaux codes portes à l' arrivée dans un autre pays sans connexion etprécisions. Manque de visibilité sur le nom de l'appartement a l'extérieur de l'immeuble et a la porte d'entrée. Humidité et odeur de moisissure sur les vêtements faute de fenêtre.
• Polina (6/5): - Great location and a lovely apartment. Amazing air conditioning that saved us from the Budapest heat. Location felt safe and overall the stay was good. There was mold in the shower. Awful when you want to step into the place to get clean and are met with dark mold in the space. The shower was also cracked and dripping/spraying hot water which was unpleasant. The kitchen lacked a few basic utensils such as scissors etc. A personal recommendation for the owner to get a clearer sign for the entrance as the multiple doors can easily cause confusion!

• Teimurazi (3/5): it wasn't what i expected and price what i have paid wasn't worth of it - I liked location and way of how host was communicated to us. taking key and getting message for unlocking door was so easy and practical. i appreciate that host was communicating with me effectively quickly by booking.com message box first of all apartment is short, height of this duplex is about 1.8cm. it is huge discomfort and please take into consideration. this information is not mention in description clearly second of all flat is dirty and not meet normal standards of clearance. when i asked owner to clean the flat (because i have paid cleaning fee) they rejected and said that flat is cleaned normally how it is in other case. flat has bad heating system, hot water is coming only limited amount around 30L per washing and then starts getting colder. at first wifi wasn't working at all, but after 1day of communication they arrived and fixed it, changed remoter. flat wasn't clean it was dirty, used dirty slippers were left in the shelf, toilet was full of hairs and walls have sign of fungi, walls aren't washed.
• Bojana (1/5): This apartment should be inspected! - Nothing! In apartment was mold! My friend was asthmatic, and she slept in car . The host didnt try to find another apartment for us. This is their fault because it is not written anywhere that there is moisture in the apartment. It was so dangerous for my friend she used medical . Even i, who do not have a health problem , sneezed in my apartment, but I had to sleep with open window, because I had nowhere to go on night. They refunded only one night , because I musted to spent one night in apartment , and they didnt refunded us half of taxes! I am so dissapointed with his unprofessionalisam and rudeness. For this situation I think they should refund the full amount. Please note that it is not recommended for health reasons to sleep in this apartment!!!
• Mariya (8/5): Very good - The apartment is nice ans comfortable. The smoke detector is right above the hot-plate in the kitchen. It's kinda strange because it keeps turning on from time to time while the food is being cooked.
