Francisco (7/5): - La localización es estra ordinario Compartir espacio con el propietario que vive en la planta baja y alquila la superior. El patio con la barbacoa es común
Serrano (4/5): No está en Navarredonda !!! - salon y cocina razonablemente equipados No entiendo el 9 de esta casa, más aún cuando el propietario me ha dicho que tiene pendiente mejorarla. Y tanto! Tiene mucho margen de mejora, creedme. Llevo mas de 20 años yendo los veranos a Gredos por esa zona. La casa se anuncia en Navarredonda, pero está en Barajas. Los colchones son muy juntitos. No tiene barbacoa operativa. Si compras carne para hacértela en la casa... lleva cuchillos de sierra, allí no hay. El acceso es irregular y tiene muy poca luz. Estas en la planta de arriba, 18 escalones. La luz de la pergola no funciona. Nadie te indica que el propietario vive abajo!!! Si quieres tomar el sol el el jardín (mucha piedra) no tendras privacidad. Fuimos 5 personas, pedimos una copia adicional de las llaves... y nos dijeron que no era posible!!! Y si se hacen dos planes diferentes? El forjado que separa la planta 1 de la buhardilla es inexistente, de manera que un movimiento sutil en la buhardilla se traduce en un ruido importante en la planta 1a. No está preparada para personas con movilidad reducida. Este alojamiento rural dice tener 4 estrellas... yo me pregunto quién y como otorgan esas estrellas. Esta muy lejos de ese nivel, de verdad. Prefiero no seguir, mi resumen es que NO es recomendable por su falta de comodidad.
