• rachel (8/5): Great location, modern house, clean. - Great location, clean and well equipped. For winter guests, very drafty and lack of heating for the whole house. There is one split system in the kitchen/dining room however this doesn’t heat the whole house. Downstairs only has a small portable heater for the whole of downstairs, which comprises of three rooms.

• Alan (8/5): My disability made getting around the property difficult without the help of others - The only "problem " with the property was the stairs between levels. I have mobility issues which made it difficult getting up and down the narrow stairs. having to negotiate the stairs.

• Mrs (10/5): Accommodation excellent. Merimbula wonderful as always. Agents so very helpful and myself & my daughter were able - A clean and spacious house with views of the ocean from the decking. The house was well equipped and so comfortable. All was excellent.

• Gabrielle (8/5): Great short stay for our group - The house set up was great for our party of six with two bathrooms and an extra toilet. Although we only used one, there were two living areas on offer. Kitchen well equipped for our needs with plenty of cutlery and crockery for all six of us. Beds were very comfortable and pillows quite supportive. Lisa and Dan who are the managers of this property were always available and responsive. On one occasion we locked the keys inside and Dan was around to assist within minutes. We had an initial issue with the fridge but the managers and owner were quick to respond and resolve this issue. A couple of things that were missing for us was an iron and an ironing board, a dish drainer, hand towels for each bathroom and empty hand wash dispensers. The handles of the cabinets in the kitchen were very sticky and although I wiped every one of them they still felt grubby. Probably the fault of the cleaners rather than the managers and not a complete deal-breaker.
