• Iluska (8/5): - De lokatie is top!!! Je zit overal dichtbij en je kan heel Palermo door lopen vanaf het appartement! Superschoon en zeer ruim. Vriendelijk ontvangst en tussendoor word je afval weggegooid. Het is erg gehorig! Jongeren op het parkeerplaats aan de slaapkamer kant kan ervoor zorgen dat je ff wat minder slaapt. Maar met een extra aperol heb je daar geen last meer van.

• Roger (8/5): - We enjoyed our stay in Palermo. The hostess met us right on time for check in and was very welcoming. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and in a great location with easy access to restaurants, shops & historic area. Overall, a very nice stay and we would recommend it, especially for anyone wanting to be in the heart of Palermo. The only downsides were the parking and noise at night. If you have a car, be aware the apartment is located in a ZTL zone which can make driving and parking a bit challenging. It was also fairly loud outside between about 11:00 pm and 1:00 am.

• Volker (10/5): - Der Empfang und die Sauberkeit der Wohnung. Wir waren bereits vor ca. 3 Jahren in der Wohnung und waren damals schon begeistert. Alles gut.

Noi per esigenze di lavoro abbiamo richiesto la possibilità di lasciare le valigie e dirigerci a lavoro non tantissimo prima dell'orario di check-in ma comunque fuori orario e ci è stato accordato così siamo stati accolti dalla stessa proprietaria, è stata disponibilissima, dandoci tutte le indicazioni utili ed ad accoglierci per il soggiorno che è stato piacevolissimo. Oltre alla posizione ottima perché vicinissimi al centro e movida di Palermo.

• Alisa (10/5): - The apartment is huge with three big bedrooms, one living room, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and a small backyard. It is equipped with everything needed. Air-conditioned in every room, smart TV in the living room and 2 big bedrooms. Good internet. The apartment is clear and the host very welcoming. The location is perfect - near to the historical center with 10 minutes walk to.all the important sightseeing. Highly recommended Nothing. All was great
• Rosanna (10/5): Convenient location to explore the main sights of Palermo! - The B&B had a lot of space! The rooms and bathrooms were spacious. Well equipped kitchen appliances, though we only used the stove, oven & fridge. There were extra towels for use, great for our week long stay. Lots of restaurants, markets & bars nearby. Lea was very thorough in communicating. She replied right away when I have questions. Great host! If you have a car, it can be a challenge to find parking. But with patience, you will find one.
• Tomas_K1515 (9/5): Ubytování je opravdu pěkné a i přes některé nedostatky ho lze vřele doporučit. - Ubytování se nachází blízko centra města ve staré zástavbě. Dům je rekonstruovaný a apartmán také, fotografie odpovídají realitě. Uvnitř jsou tři ložnice, obývací pokoj a kuchyňka, která je celkem dobře vybavená, ale moc místa v ní není. K dispozici jsou také dvě koupelny se záchodem. Ubytování je čisté, příjemné a pohodlné, s vyjímkou kuchyně i velmi prostorné, ideální až pro šest osob. Do domu se vstupuje dveřmi na klíč, do bytu pomocí elektronické karty, která funguje také pro zapnutí elektřiny. Strávili jsme v apartmánu skoro týden a ubytování se nám moc líbilo a určitě ho mohu doporučit. Nevýhodou ubytování je jeho umístění v přízemí s okny na parkoviště, kde se po večerech scházejí různé skupiny lidí, takže je občas docela hlučno. V domě je také slabá zvuková izolace, takže je všechno slyšet. Také bychom ocenili více než jednu vstupní kartu. Poslední připomínkou je horší komunikace ze strany majitelky. Mluví jenom italsky, což není zas takový problém, ale bylo by dobré už před příjezdem kontaktovat hosty a předat podrobnější instrukce k ubytování.

A vizinhança pode assustar no início, mas é super seguro. Conhecendo melhor a cidade, vi que o arranjo do bairro seguia o padrão urbano normal.

This newly renovated apartment was spotless, roomy and well located near lots of restaurants and shops and tourist attractions. The apartment is well equipped with all the essentials, coffee, water in the fridge, laundry and bathroom soaps. It is also very secure. We even had umbrellas which we used. Nothing

The apartment itself was comfortable and exactly as described. What really stood out was the host by far the most polite, helpful, and attentive person I’ve ever met. They made our stay so easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

• Panunzio (9/5): Se scegliete Palermo per un viaggio, dovete assolutamente scegliere questa struttura! - È stata una permanenza meravigliosa proprio per merito della struttura e in particolare del servizio svolto dalla signora Mary, accogliente e disponibile a tutte le nostre richieste. Già dal nostro primo ingresso abbiamo avuto un ottimo impatto, nonostante il tardo orario, Mary ci ha accolto con solarità e ci ha riempito di consigli ma la cosa che noterete è il profumo di pulito una volta entrati in casa. L’abitazione è perfetta per una famiglia o una vacanza di gruppo, presenta tutti i comfort anche molto moderni e ci è stata persino lasciata la macchinetta del caffè con le cialde. Anche i due bagni, oltre ad essere super comodi, erano puliti e dotati di asciugamani sufficienti anche oltre il tempo di permanenza. Da non sottovalutare anche la posizione, molto furba perchè in una traversa alle spalle di Via Maqueda quindi a due passi dal centro. Tornerei nuovamente a Palermo solo per rivivere una settimana in quella meravigliosa casa😅 Grazie di tutto, saluti dalla Puglia! È davvero difficile fare una critica a questa struttura ma per gli anni a venire consiglierei anche una ristrutturazione degli infissi per essere a tema con la modernità di tutto l’ambiente.
• philippe (10/5): Séjour de deux jours beaucoup trop court dans un appartement magnifique et très bien équipé - Appartement vraiment magnifique, spacieux, très bien décoré et bien équipé. De plus, il es bien situé dans le centre historique. Cette location et les prestations qu’elle offre justifient une évaluation très favorable. Il faudrait que les personnes louant cet appartement soient avisées au préalable des difficultés et de la procédure à suivre pour circuler et stationner en voiture dans le centre historique de Palerme (zone ZTL)

• Eline (10/5): Heel centraal en ruim appartement - Heel centraal gelegen in Palermo! Vanuit het ruime appartement loop je in 2 minuten naar de straat voor restaurantjes en winkeltjes. Ook kan je vanuit deze locatie heel makkelijk lopen naar alle bezienswaardigheden, de Kathedraal, de Catacomben, een fietstour, het theater, alles is op loopafstand. -

• Azumi (10/5): Exceptional Hospitality&Spacious Apartment in Prime Location - The host was in touch diligently from before my arrival until the end of my stay, providing helpful information and showing great kindness. The hospitality was exceptional. The location was extremely central, making it convenient to walk everywhere. The apartment was spacious, equipped with the latest amenities, and had just been renovated, making it very clean. The washing machine was also clean, and the coffee from the espresso machine provided was delicious. It was a relief that they were able to hold onto my luggage after checkout. Highly recommended.

The rooms were big with plenty space for all your clothes and items. The location was great; in the heart of the historic area with plenty of restaurants and shopping. The owner had it stocked with water, toilet paper, coffee and cleaning supplies. It had a washing machine which came in handy. Located a few steps from the lobby which made it easy come and go and to carry suitcases. The apartment had high speed fiber internet with large tv in the den and each room had its own tv. There was a nice sized parking lot next door for free. The apartment was perfect.

• Pawlacz (10/5): We love such Palermo - Fantastic apartment! Large, comfortable, fully equipped, there is really everything you need (special thanks for the delivery of excellent coffee!). It's in a fairly new, clean building in the center of wonderful old Palermo. The location is excellent. The owner is very nice, she explained everything to us, and if we needed anything, she helped (transport to the airport). We highly recommend! There were problems with the water as it flowed either hot or icy. The windows are completely leaky and you can hear even the slightest noise from the street (thankfully the street is very quiet). The middle (blue) bedroom is very disturbed by the noisy air conditioner.

I really appreciate that! the house is very central - you are on walking distance from everything and the busy streets from Palermo - if you are a light sleeper this place might be a little loud.
• Nour (10/5): Our beautiful Sicily couldn't be more beautiful, Absolutely Recommended - The Location was unexpectedly perfect, because even though it is literally in the heart of the city Centre it's so quit and relaxing. You literally have to wake two minutes in order to get rich the main streets and the most beautiful historical places. Mary the host is a very nice and professional lady, she's always available and whenever we have faced any small inconvenience, she either have led us on the phone on how to solve it or she came in person despite what time it was. She is so friendly as well and led us to places only local residents knew about them. The apartment was soooooo clean and newly decorated, even the decoration was so Italian following Palermo's themes. This apartment made our trip literally and can't imagine going to Palermo and going anywhere else. There is literally nothing to complain about or mention in order to change.
