• KAROLINE (10/5): Perfekt! - Veldig bra beliggenhet og utrolig koselig leilighet med alt man trenger ++! De hadde til og med et strandkit klart for oss. Og jeg må skryte masse av utleier, han hjalp oss med alt fra parkering, restauranter pluss div og var utrolig hyggelig! Han fortjener fler stjerner enn hva Booking kan gi. Anbefaler dette overnattingsstedet på det varmeste.

• Jenkin (10/5): - Everything was great and we were comfortable. The A/C kept us nice and cool. We were comfortable and have zero complaints. We only had 4 coffee capsules and ran out. I bought some but they were the wrong ones. If I new what to buy I would have saved some time a sleepy street walking in the morning to buy coffee. :-)

The rooftop terrace was a dream for morning coffee and evening wine. Our host was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. We couldn’t have asked for a better place, highly recommended for couples or solo travellers

Die Größe war für uns perfekt, die Lage ist ideal, da Stadt und Strand zu Fuß erreichbar sind und die Ausstattung ist perfekt - es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich, haben zwischendurch geschrieben und gefragt, ob wir noch etwas benötigen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

• Tiffany (10/5): Perfect stay for 2 in Lagos - We were blown away when we walked in. Looks just like the pictures. The location was 2-5 minute walk away from everything! We loved the wine they welcomed us with in the room. It was not noisy at all like some of the other reviews mentioned- and there was someone staying in the upstairs as well. The room was insanely clean, comfortable, and well decorated. Parking was only a 3 minute walk away. Laundry was easy to use. We are glad we stayed here instead of a hotel. Small things can be improved as I messaged privately, but the owner is very receptive to feedback and wants to provide the best stay possible!

• Anzhela (8/5): Great location - The location was wonderful. We were able to take a walk everywhere. Close to everything you might want to see. A lot of restaurants close by. The room was clean and bright. This is access to a balcony, where you can have a cup of coffee. The kitchen has everything you might need to make some food. There is only one room(studio style), it’s wasn’t very comfortable, I felt like it was not enough furniture there. No table, no chairs, no arm-chairs , no sofa, no night stands, no night lamps, no closet, no where to put suitcases, everything is on the floor, which is very uncomfortable. You want to watch tv… the only way to do that , you have to lay on the bed. Other then that, it’s good enough to stay there.

• Oliwia (9/5): Lovely apartment in perfect location - The location couldn’t be more perfect! Everything was in 5 minutes walk distance. The apartment itself was clean, nicely decorated and exactly like the pictures. We’ve loved the outdoor shower! The check-in was super easy thanks to complex instructions. I recommend to bring ear plugs with you because the noise coming from upstairs apartment was very frustrating. We could hear literally every step taken upstairs. Same with noise from the hall.

• Victor (5/5): - Lo único que destacaría de este alojamiento es su ubicación. Está en el centro de Lagos y se puede llegar a los sitios de interés andando. También se podría decir que está bien equipado, aunque notamos que faltaba algún accesorio básico como el secador de pelo. Nosotros nos alojamos en el piso inferior y los pasos de la parte de arriba se sienten muy fuertes y hacen mucho ruido, hasta el punto de no poder dormir. No están aislados y eso hace que sea difícil descansar. Además, en la descripción del alojamiento se indica que hay parking en las inmediaciones, pero la realidad es que es muy complicado aparcar cerca porque el aparcamiento es muy escaso entre calles muy estrechas, siempre tuvimos que andar al menos 5 minutos para llegar al apartamento. Esto es especialmente importante en la entrada y en la salida, cuando cargamos las maletas y todo el equipaje.

• Danie (10/5): Perfect Spot for Couples ☀️ - What I liked about this apartment was its beautiful decor and style, making it perfect for a couple's getaway. It's also great for friends. The facilities were good, including a coffee machine and a stylish kitchen area. The bathroom was perfect with both indoor and outdoor showers; the outdoor shower had beautiful tiles. Everything was clean and perfect from day one. We had a smart TV with Netflix and Prime, and our own washing machine, which we used a couple of times during our six-day stay. The Wi-Fi was reliable, with no issues. I would love to come back and definitely recommend this place. It's very close to everything, just a 1-2 minute walk to nearby shops. The apartment felt very safe and secure with two doors for entry. The kitchen and bedroom are spacious with plenty of room for bags, and the bathroom was big enough to store all our things. There was even a Bluetooth speaker for music. Overall, the property was beautiful and perfect. 👌🏼 Something things i was extremely dissatisfied with the apartment. Maintenance is severely lacking; the bathroom toilet seat was loose and needs fixing. Although the bed was comfortable, the cushions were horrendous. The cushion covers were the wrong size, making the cushions very uncomfortable. The shower was another disaster. There was so much hair in the drain that water spilled all over the bathroom. The clogged drain meant we could only shower for a short time before the bathroom flooded. The noise from the upstairs apartment was unbearable. We could hear every footstep, which became infuriating after a few days. The worst part of our stay was being locked out of our apartment for three hours because the key lock was jammed. The communication from Rental Valley was the worst I’ve ever experienced. Despite it being a Sunday, waiting three hours without proper communication is unacceptable. I had to explain the situation multiple times to our host, who clearly didn’t care. (IF SOMETHING HAPPENS RATHER CALL THE GUEST) As a professional agent myself, I always prioritize my guests, but Rental Valley failed miserably. We were left outside for hours, and when someone finally came, it was too late. The host needs to be more professional and ensure guests are happy from start to finish. This experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I hope future guests don’t have to endure what we did…..
• Genevieve (8/5): Comfy bed and pillows! Close to bus station, beach, cafes and restaurant - great location. - PROS: As a solo traveller, I felt very safe staying in this location and slept well with little sound coming from the street. - The place is very clean, with a beautiful cute bathroom and the AC works well. - I didn't use the kitchen but it was well equipped and very clean. - The large water bottle and bottle of wine was a nice welcome when I arrived. - Very well located, close to yummy cafe's and restaurants. - The place does not smell of humidity and I would stay here again! CONS: Had trouble opening the lock box (the box would not open with the right code). I messaged the host via whatsapp and they helped me rather quickly. The box opened after I was instructed to hit the top of the box. - I had an issue with the sink: I put the plug in it (not knowing this would cause the plug to be stuck). I used the kicthen sink for a few days until the host's team came to fix it. - Stools from table in the kitchen are used as night stands for the bed. So if you want to sit at the table, you need to move the night stands next to the table. It would be great if the host can buy side tables! :) - Their is one lamp next to the bed. Unfortunatly, the light bulb was dead in the lamp. I let the host know about this issue on the first day and they weren't able to get a new bulb. NOTES for the HOST: - Please add an additional note in your lock box directions to hit the top of the top if the box does not open (this will save people a lot of time). - Would be great to add some hooks in the bathroom to be able to hang your large towel. - If you can add a small plastic stool or bin in the shower to put our shampoo + soap on, that would be more convienient than putting it on the floor. - I'd recommend leaving an extra light bulb in the closet with the washing machine, in case the light bulb for the lamp next to the bed dies. • Michael Josef (9/5): Sehr gut kann man empfehlen - Tolles kleines Apartment mit süßen Balkon. Alles da was man braucht. Kann man also nur weiterempfehlen. Parkplätze vor der Tür eher ein bisschen schwierig, ich empfehle auf dem kostenlosen Parkplatz vor der Stadtmauer zu parken. Sonst ist nur der Geruch im Bad hin und wieder etwas unangenehm, hier stimmt irgendwas mit dem Siphon nicht sollte repariert werden.
• Megan (8/5): Great location. Clean and nice apt! - Location was great, and the welcome document was super helpful! The apt was perfect for a few days. The shower was of great pressure. We really enjoyed our stay! You could hear the upstairs apartment through the ceiling. The floor is very thin, so at night we could hear upstairs walking around a lot. We did speak to the upstairs apt, but it seems like the building has thin walls and ceilings. Bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. We did also assume that as there was a patio, you'd be able to smoke. There were some ashtrays, but we were told you couldnt smoke outside... very strange. But we smoked out the front of the house. I wish this was made clear before we booked the apt.

Czystko, nowe, super. - Mieszkanie czyściutkie, wszystkie sprzęty nowe, w pokoju po 2 ręczniki, w łazience mydło i papier. Czekało na nas powitalne wino i woda. W kuchni podstawowe przyprawy, sól, cukier, kawa. Mieszkanie praktycznie w samym centrum miasta, taras rewelacyjny. Wszystko czyste, nowe i działające - żadnych ukrytych wad czy braków. Zasłony wyciemniające. Lóżko duże i wygodne, smart tv z opcją podłączenia własnych streamingów - rewelacyjna sprawa. Brak szafy na ubrania i wieszaka na wejściu. Jedyne pomieszczenie na ubrania, to regał przy łóżku, który bardziej był jak stolik nocny. Idealnie jakby pojawiło się coś jeszcze i chociażby zwykłe wieszaki na kurtki przy drzwiach. Gdyby była suszarka byłoby jeszcze lepiej.

• Grace (8/5): Comfortable and quiet spcae but very central to everything. - Location was great, super central and easy to get around. The bed was comfortable and shower was great. Was great to be able to do some washing. Sitting on the balcony was an added plus but a bit too sunny in the mornings haha Definitely worth staying here. Only 2 nespresso pods were provided for a four night stay and no other tea/coffee/sugar was supplied. Would have been great to at least have those basics. The internet didn't work for our entire stay, reported it but did not receive an update if a technician had been to fix it.
• Marianne (7/5): Belle emplacement mais plusieurs inconvénients - Près de tous les restaurants et commerces. Belle emplacement et rue très tranquille le soir. Cuisine fonctionnelle, laveuse fonctionnelle. Le wifi n’a pas fonctionné durant les 4 jours de notre séjour. Nous avons dû acheter un forfait cellulaire pour avoir de l’internet. L’établissement fournit 2 rouleaux de papiers de toilette et ensuite nous devons en acheter nous même a la pharmacie… c’est la première fois que je vois cela pour une réservation d’hôtel. Il n’y a pas de porte pour fermer la douche. C’est seulement une demi porte qui ne retient aucunement l’eau. L’eau coulait sur le sol dans la salle de bain et commençait a couler dans le salon… Nous avons dû utiliser toutes les serviettes que nous avions pour absorber l’eau.

• Philippine (10/5): Super séjour que nous recommandons vivement mais attention à prendre un masque pour dormir si le nécessaire n’est pas fa - Très moderne et super propre, ce logement était parfait pour nous ! L’emplacement de l’appartement est idéal, à proximité direct du centre de Lagos, et pas loin des plages. Lit très confortable, super terrasse, salle de bain très moderne et pratique, et la cuisine avait tout le nécessaire Seul point négatif, l’appartement ne dispose pas de volet ni rideau au niveau de la fenêtre de la cuisine ce qui est très gênant pour dormir après 7h puisque l’appartement devient très lumineux !

Unfortunately the internet connection was not working during our stay, eventhough the staff was very polite answering the phones calls, the issue was not solved until the end of the stay. Just a small tip, if you don't like to sleep with light, better to bring a blindfold.

Galère pour trouver un stationnement à moins de 400m. Au Rez de chaussé , nous entendions très fortement tous les pas des locataires du 1er. Étage .
• María del Mar (8/5): Muy bien - Está en una calle tranquila de Lagos pero muy cerca del centro, es pequeñito pero tiene todo lo necesario y está decorado con muy buen gusto. Solo hay que tener en cuenta que son 2 pisos, el de arriba es solamente una habitación y un baño pequeño, además de una terracita que no pudimos usar al no tener sombrilla. Si vas en coche es una calle muy complicada de aparcar pero pudimos dejarlo justo delante uno de los días.

• Díaz García (8/5): Acogedor - Es un lugar acogedor y cómodo, la cocina está muy bien equipada. En cuanto a la ubicación tiene cerca el casco histórico y muchos restaurantes y tiendas. La distancia a la playa no es la que se señala en la página, meia Praia hay que cruzar al otro lado y mejor ir en coche porque está lejos. La playa más cercana a unos 850 metros. Si vas a alquilar el apartamento alto, cuidado porque los vecinos de abajo se pueden quejar por ruidos, no tiene buena insonorización. Además, la llave puede abrir los dos apartamentos, es más las de la limpieza se confundieron y sin previo aviso abrieron nuestro apartamento, menos mal que estábamos allí. El apartamento tiene demasiada iluminación, en la parte del comedor-cocina no hay cortinas.

• Pascal (7/5): Nice apartment, but unfortunately poor service. - Nice terrace and clean apartment. Internet didn‘t work for the entire stay of three days. We told them, they replied quite fast but nobody showed up for three days. The also told us twice they will keep us updated, but we heard nothing.
