Detlev (10/5): Hier ist der Gast noch König! - Sehr hilfsbereites Personal, ein sehr eloqueter Restaurant-Chef mit Sommelier-Qualitäten, ein Frühstück welches außergewöhnlich war (Qualität+Service) und auch der Plausch mit dem Inhaber beim Check-Out, der etwas zur Geschichte dieses ehemaligen Maschinenbau-Lagers, edel und geschmackvoll umgebaut zu einem Pedal-Resort mit Hotelzimmern, erzählen konnte. Ein toller Aufenthalt. Der Außenpool war leider in der Woche vorher aus saisonalen Gründer geschlossen worden (bis Mai 26)

Service du petit déjeuner un peu désorganisé, potentiel d'amélioration assez élevé. Carte uniquement en italien, pour ce standing il faudrait rajouter l'anglais.

Der Service und das Angebot zum Frühstück. Man musste nach allem fragen (Kaffee, Karte, Brot, Gewürze, etc) oder es sich selbst holen und organisieren. Das war sehr unprofessionell für ein 4**** Haus. Die Lage ist auch nicht wirklich prickelnd…

Alona (10/5): Marvelous stay with shuttle to Como - Not in the city center but it made the stay quiet, and also there is an on demand shuttle service to the center of Como. Rooms are bigger than usual, design is fresh, cleanliness on the highest level, amazingly comfortable beds&pillows. It felt safe, cozy, welcoming. Staff is precious, helped us with everything we needed and some extras 💙 Good restaurant with decent breakfast menu. Scramble with bacon was excellent. Nothing much really, it was actually one of the best stays in EU in my experience

Silke (6/5): - Überteuerter Übernachtungspreis und Parkgebühr von 18 Euro war nicht dabei. Im Zimmer leere Schachteln im Bad nicht aufgefüllt. Beim Frühstück gab’s kein Käse oder Schinken kein Glas Saft nur abgestandenes Wasser und Brot wird einem vorgeschnitten man kann sich nicht selber bedienen.

Ola (7/5): New building but some facilities weren't working & breakfast was a mess - Hotel is newly built so everything still looks new. The room & bathroom really looks nice. Just like in the pictures. The phone did not work in our room. The air-conditioner was blowing hot air. It was not comfortable and we had to call like 3 times from my phone to have them fix it. Phone too was not working. Someone was sent to fix it. She tried for like 15 minutes then left told us it was bad. If we need to communicate with reception we should use our phone to contact them on WhatsApp. Breakfast was controlled. Not a buffet and the service was very slow. Because food was being cooked fir each guest, it took a very long time fir foid to be coming out of the kitchen. My son asked for bacon and he was only given 2 slices. He has a lot of food allergies. He does not eat eggs or other foods most people eat for breakfast. He had just bread and bacon ordered and to give him 2 slices of bacon was absurd. 2 slices of bacon for a 22 year old man? I had to ask for more and told them if I had to pay extra for food, I would. Just give him enough food.. First hotel in the whole of Italy without a buffet for breakfast. If you are having guests pay for breakfast or it is included in the price, at least let them have a variety of options to choose from and make it a buffet OR you do not provide breakfast. Even the bread was cut by a waitress and they would disappear for a while expecting guests who are having breakfast to wait for them. A gentleman went to the bread counter and was slicing bread to eat only to be reprimanded by the waitress when she got back to the bread counter. That was horrible to watch. We did not enjoy breakfast and for the price we paid, for the room inclusive of breakfast, it is way overpriced.

Our room was spacious, with a balcony overlooking the pool, and equipped with modern furniture and a coffee machine. The staff were very kind and welcoming. A special thanks to Gaia, who guided us personally from the main road to the hotel a wonderful gesture. We also appreciated the thoughtful gift card. Overall, a very comfortable stay with excellent hospitality. No thing to mention

Sarah (8/5): Great staff at a modern hotel with sports facilities - Had a great stay here , we were a bit apprehensive due to the location but the shuttle service down into Como worked really well for us. All the staff we met were lovely especially the concierge and our waitress Francesca. The hotel is modern, clean and facilities are great. The shuttle ended at 9pm it was a great service but perhaps a little later would have been nice.

Muito importante, porque em Como os parques estacionamento ficam distantes do centro. A indicação do Hotel O sistemas de navegação nao conseguem identificar o Hotel nem o endereço. Nao existe placa a identificar

Noémie (10/5): Incroyable !!! - TOUT EST PARFAIT !!! Le personnel est au petit soin, le directeur proche des clients (ce qui est rare). L’établissement est luxueux, la piscine est chauffée, le restaurant de l’hôtel est incroyable, le petit déjeuner à la carte également bref le cuisinier est top ! Les chambres sont très jolies, la terrasse avec vue sur le Resort est un plus.… Service de navette gratuite pour aller dans le centre de Côme. Il n’y a vraiment rien à dire à part que nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour ! Je pense qu’il manque seulement le SPA pour avoir les 5 étoiles car il les vaut déjà amplement !!!
