Rooms were not prepared. No hand towels. We could not get BF at 7 am eventhough we asked for packed BF. The area and entrance of the hotel were very bad and poor.

Their attitude towards their job was very positive. The soft music in the corridors were soothing to the ears especially the morning music. • Vipul (10/5): Exceptional staff, clean rooms, great location. - Very clean, well managed and excellent staff. From front desk to the servers and even the housekeeping staff - all were extremely professional and courteous. The balcony was a big plus, especially in a city like bangalore. Their restaurant serves delicious and value for money food. A special mention to the staff of the in-house restaurant, especially Avinash, who were ever present and very attentive. Little too noisy neighborhood as it is right in the middle of a busy market. But that is the cost of having a great and convenient location for trips to most of the city.

One thing specially I want to mention one water bottle should be free from hotel with this price range. in front of hotel there is no area where car at least stand for 1 min.Street vendors are covered the area.I think this is the biggest point to improve.

• Jkay56 (10/5): Best stay @ yeshwantpur - It is not a premium branded property BUT meet the standards of 3 to 4 star quality on room comforts, staff, cleanliness etc., Very good hotel for family if you have need to stay around yeshwantpur... connection to station and airport are very dependable at any time of day or night...The hotel sincerely provide amenities such as tea / vcoffee / water and toiletries etc , And they go beyond in serving you with more complements like juice , cookies etc., Bed , linen, towels etc., are very clean and fresh.. Excellent property..!! Sorry..! Can't complaint at all.. !

A decent vegetarian breakfast is provided for Indians and basic cut fruits, cereals, bread toast, jam and butter are available. The breakfast beverages can be better. Early check in was allowed since it was available. New property with good service. No much of dining and shopping options in close proximity.
• Krishnamoorthy (8/5): Very good - Mine was a day's stay. The best part is the staffs are too supportive, the location was showing a different location and immediately the staff supported with the right location. Location and breakfast are good though not great. Location is not on the highway.
