• Andrea (8/5): Buono - Appartamento confortevole. Buona posizione. Zona silenziosa e tranquilla. Presente un balcone, la vista non è delle migliori perché affaccia su un parcheggio pubblico. L’appartamento evidentemente è un po’ datato. Abbiamo riscontrato alcune problematiche all’interno del bagno. Il lavandino presumiamo sia intasato. Non è presente un set di cortesia bagno né detersivo per la lavatrice. Sul balcone ci sono alcuni lombrichi che possono entrare all’interno se si lascia la finestra aperta. C’è una piscina condominiale ma a quanto pare inutilizzabile poiché vuota. Difficoltà di parcheggio.
• Susana Alcázar García (7/5): - Amplitud del apartamento. Cama cómoda. Silencio x la noche para descansar. Terraza grande aunque daba a un parking y a una pista de correr. Deberían cambiar el cable y la alcachofa de la ducha. Las ventanitas del baño y cocina deberían tener una persiana para abrirlas y q no te vean. El lavabo no tragaba bien. No había gel de baño ni champú. No hay persiana en el dirmitoria, sólo una cortina. Hay muchos gusanitos y babosas por el entorno en el q sta la terraza. La piscina interior puedes entrar pero No teníamos la llave para encender la luz. Es difícil aparcar.

• ThomasG (8/5): - Gute Lage Zentrum der Stadt gut zu Fuß zu erreichen Großer Balkon, schön zum draußen Frühstücken Nur ein Satz Handtücher für zwei Wochen ist zu wenig, das wurde bereits mehrfach von anderen Gästen angesprochen. In der Küche nur ein Handtuch, zum Trocknen für Hände und Geschirr. Türe klemmen, machen viel Lärm Mehrere Birnen in der Küche waren defekt, habe Vermieter informiert. Diese Sachen lassen sich einfach beheben
• Frank (8/5): - Schöne Wohnung in - für uns - guter Lage. Am Balkon rauchende, zum Teil laute Nachbarn; der Wechsel der Handtücher war teilweise etwas holprig.

• Anna (8/5): Eine gute Unterkunft um Puerto de la Cruz zu geniessen. Gerne wieder . - Ein hübsches kleines Apartment in einem gepflegten Wohnhaus. Gute und ruhige Lage und zu Fuss alles gut zu erreichen. Das Apartment war sauber und alles vorhanden was benötigt wird, Die Terrasse gross und Tisch und Stühle vorhanden.

• Mike (7/5): We have expected a bit more - The location is perfect. The apartment is big enough. Kitchen is well equipped. Honestly, we expected a bit more. We had to clean the bathroom especially when we arrived, as it was impossible to take a shower. That’s the main reason why we cannot say it’s perfect. Iron and a board need replacement. I have damaged my clothes with this. Kitchen was dirty as well, but well equipped. Dishwasher would be extra helpful. It would be also quite reasonable to make a linen change for long stays, we have been to there for 12 nights.
• Jan (9/5): Superb - Entire accomodation according to the pictures posted here on the booking, one would say - finally someone managing properly business with strong focus to customer. Location quiet, with restaurants, grocery shops, and other hotel service in walking distance. Apartement was big enough, nice and tidy, no remarks. Kitchen corner equipped with coffee machine, boiling kettle, and other standard stuff. Checkin process flawless online, including clear instruction to enter the facility. Parking spots nearby often crowded, but always found a free slot in less than 10 minutes of waiting/cruising.

• Thomas (6/5): Can be much improved by refurbishment. - The apartment didn’t feel small. The communal spaces are clean, tidy and have nice planting. Bar and restaurant are close: across the street. Area is relatively quiet. Room is not overlooked; a running track is immediately outside. General maintenance and cleanliness. Note: dirty wall around bedroom light switch. Various scuffs and stains on all walls. Some uneven tiles in living area. Limescale around taps but also fixtures. Grout lines require bleach and clean. TV/ satellite connection plate on wall is not secured to wall. “Repair” to door made with white PVC insulation tape. Kitchen unit hinge needs replacement as it does not hold open. Many minor things.
