Beds comfortable. Modern bathroom. Large air-conditioned lounge with lots of comfortable seating options. During our stay two-night stay, the temperature was in mid 30's. Only oscillating floor fans were available in the bedrooms. (The addition of at least overhead ceiling fans would be beneficial.)

- Carol (10/5): Bird Abode is a wonderful place to stay - Anne was lovely. She was wonderful in showing me where everything was. The apartment was a beautiful and quite large apartment.
One bedroom had a king-size bed and the other a queen.
The house was beautiful, decorated with wonderful little statues, comfortable couches, a half done jigsaw puzzle for us to work on if we choose.
The kitchen had a wonderful coffee making, kettle, cute bird coffee mugs, a smeg large toaster, smeg refrigerator, and several other appliances that you could make just about anything.
The 2 things I love the most are
1- The way she left us some goodies like milk, toast, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, biscuits, a small amount of pantry staples and little marshmallows. Yes, a lot of places do this. However, it was the presentation and quality that impressed us. And
2- Anne recently renovated the bathroom and I loved it. Those beautiful bathroom tiles were simply gorgeous. The shower was lovely as well.
- Mary (10/5): Exceptional - There was a safe for personal belongings and unit was very very clean with lovely linen and a lot of thought has gone into making our stay very welcoming. The property was located in a quiet street that was close to CBD.
Host was so accomodating and we will not hesitate to stay there again. Our favourite and the best air Bnb we have stayed in
- Martyn (8/5): Very good -
- Isa (10/5): Really lovely -
- Bethany (10/5): Exceptional -
- Anna (10/5): Great place to stay, will definitely stay here again - Location was within walking distance to town. Unit was very spacious, had it’s own courtyard.

- Mary (10/5): Comfortable, generously equipped, good location and excellent value for money. - The property was immaculate. It was well-equipped and we really appreciated all the extras, such as milk, bread, coffee. There was even a spare toothbrush and toothpaste - very welcome as I forgot mine! It was lovely to meet the owner and get some local knowledge. There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like.
- Yoshi (10/5): Great host, great house bunch of fun with the bois - The host was amazing, clean interior, close to shops and other necessities. n/a

- Mclean (10/5): Quiet and comfortable place to stay. Recommend to anyone. - Toast and bread plus coffee/tea and orange juice (Fine). Location good and quiet. Anne is very pleasant hostess. Superb unit with character. Everything great.
- Kate (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sykes (10/5): One of the nicest places of its type that we have stayed in - Quiet location. Large rooms. Beautifully furnished and equipped with everything you need. Lots of extra special touches, including some provisions in the fridge, pantry and bathroom. Felt quite at home. Great value compared to other places we have stayed in.
- Wildlife (10/5): Best accommodation in Maryborough - I could not fault this property. Without a doubt, the best place we've stayed at in Maryborough and we visit often. We'll only stay here from now on.
The home is so well appointed and the shower is to die for.
The little touches make a difference, such as marshmallows for your hot chocolate and juice in the fridge. There's not much to fault. It is important to note that this property is on a suburban street. So you get the usual suburban sounds.
- Judy (8/5): Very good - Space, peace and quiet.
Location and ease to everything including sight seeing. Probably benefit with ceiling fans in bedrooms and lounge areas on those not so hot days.
- Jarrod (10/5): Was a lovely stay! The host and facilities were great, I would definitely book again. -
- Natasha (9/5): Great location, everything we needed, Friendly and welcoming host, we will definitely stay again ! - friendly host and cosy home like feel
- Lee (10/5): Exceptional - My husband and I stayed here with my father, with the main purpose of looking into some ancestry in nearby Carisbrook. We were all delighted with our choice of accommodation, in the circumstances it could not have been better! Anne was great to deal with from the very beginning and her home was immaculate and so comfortable, with a King and Queen bed in very generous bedrooms, the bathroom separating the bedrooms, a lovely courtyard to have an afternoon wine in the sun and 2 comfy (as new) leather sofas/chair. Anne has thoughtfully provided all the comforts of home, more than we expected. Our only negative was the lack of a BBQ here, thought there were plenty of indoor cooking options. My Dad didnt want to leave!! :) The only thing that could have made our stay better was a BBQ option.
- Andrew (10/5): Exceptional - Ann was a delight, very friendly i could not rate her high enough. The Unit was clean, the Bed was comfortable, and the property was in the perfect spot in town you could walk everywhere,
Well Done Ann, will book again for sure.
- Rayleen (10/5): Exceptional -
- Susan (9/5): Superb - The property was very clean. It was great to have toiletries supplied in the bathroom as I forgot my deodorant! The couches and dining chairs are visually appealing but not comfortable. Better quality instant coffee would be appreciated
- Samantha (10/5): weekend away with the family - This gem of a unit was joy to stay in. So well appointed and comfortable. Will definitely stay again and recommend. Anne was an amazing host.
- James (10/5): would definitely return - super neat, comfortable and supplied with everything we needed. Anne was a fantastic host N/A
- Denise (10/5): Perfection - The unit was spotlessly clean, beautifully styled and decorated in a quiet location. Very comfortable king bed, and furniture. A generous and well laid out kitchen with lots of extras and little surprises. Anne was the perfect hostess with a wonderful eye for detail, who really cares about her guests comfort. Would highly recommend. Thank you Anne. Nothing
- Katharina (10/5): Exceptional - This was the best accommodation we have stayed at. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the beds were comfortable and clean.
We had the options of different coffes/teas and hot chocolate and fresh bread for breakfast. The kitchen was equipped with all necessary equipment to prepare your own meals if needed.
Anne was lovely to talk to and made us feel welcome to the unit.
A great place to stay and relax. There was nothing we didnt like.
- Julie (10/5): Beautiful accommodation would stay here again - Presentation, facilities, location, general appeal
- Rhonda (10/5): Lovely - Unit was spotlessly clean and very spacious. Lots of useful amenities such as kitchen and bathroom supplies. Anne was friendly and helpful suggesting places to eat etc. I got trapped in Maryborough by floods and the unit wasn’t ready for guests but Anne made it ready in two hours which was an amazing effort. My rating would be the same even if the circumstances were different.
