- Lubomirova (1/5): - Nada Estamos sumamente decepcionados con nuestra estancia en este "hotel". La habitación estaba sucia, llena de polvo ,esto no es un hotel, sino una habitación en un edificio. Además de todo lo anterior, habíamos reservado un taxi a través de Booking, con una ruta desde el aeropuerto hasta el supuesto hotel, al mismo tiempo que hacíamos la reserva. Rápidamente me respondieron por WhatsApp diciendo que eran del hotel y preguntándome si quería un taxi, cuál era el número de vuelo y la hora de llegada. Al llegar al aeropuerto, Booking me envió un correo electrónico de confirmación con el nombre y el número de teléfono del conductor, que no era con quien me había comunicado.Resulta que el dueño del supuesto hotel me contactó después de que hice la reserva, y para mí era la reserva en sí, pero no. Cuando llegamos al hotel, nos llamó por teléfono y nos dijo que teníamos que pagar en persona, no 35 euros, sino 50 porque teníamos que pagar el taxi. Booking me envió un correo electrónico disculpándose porque el dueño quería que le pagáramos en persona, no por transferencia bancaria.Definitivamente no recomendaría este hotel a nadie.

- Irina (4/5): Убрать мусор около отеля! Повесить вывеску с названием отеля. Обеспечить тишину ночью для гостей. - Видно, что мебель в отеле новая. Вид на пирамиду боковой. Больше положительных моментов нет! Я бронировала номер 90 метров, с двумя спальнями. А в итоге нам дали номер с тремя односпальными кроватями, без телевизора. В душе были использованные гели и шампунь, валялась ватная палочка чья-то использованная. Рядом с отелем большая свалка мусора, собаки всю ночь гавкали, спать было не возможно! Очень шумно вечером и ночью! В душе был очень не приятный запах канализации. Вывески с названием отеля нет! Найти его невозможно! Были проблемы с оплатой картой.

- Andreas (8/5): Praktische Lage in Gizeh fußläufig zu den Pyramiden - Super netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der immer da war, wenn etwas gebraucht wurde! Die Lage des Hotels ist fußläufig zum Pyramidenplateu, in einer etwas heruntergekommenen Seitenstraße, aber so sind viele Teile Gizehs und es fühlt sich nicht unsicher an. Wir bekamen bei Ankunft ein kostenloses Upgrade zu einem größeren Zimmer mit Balkon, welches platzmäßig sehr komfortabel war. Das Frühstück war schlicht, aber in Ordnung und ausreichend. Auf Nachfrage konnte alles fehlende nachgereicht werden, aber Dinge wie Toilettenpapier oder Seife sollten eigentlich von Anfang an im Zimmer vorhanden sein.

- Maria (6/5): Pleasant - The owner of the hotel Mr.Mohamed was so kind and helpful to accompany us and tour the nearby tourist spot and to feel us that we are safe as guest and our first time in Egypt. Thank you for such a friendly host. The facilities that was advertised in booking.com was not meet,but for a one night stay its okay and walked around nearby the pyramid at night was great.

I could see the pyramid color changing by the time in the bed. Host's hospitality was better than 5 star hotel concierge. There's a mini mart in 1st floor of the hotel. Walking distance to pyramid ticket office. Room was clean and have good wi-fi and power outlets.

Good breakfast The room was sold to us like as a junior suite with kitchenette, but it was not the case. There was no kitchenette and when we asked for it, the owner just said that there's none and that we can cancel our booking if we want. This is quite unprofessional. On our request they got us a mini fridge though. The taxi arranged for pyramid tour was highly priced and on reaching pyramids the driver said that he can't go further and we had to pay a Tonga guy more money to take us to pyramid tour. The bathroom was smelly as well

We got breakfast whenever we wanted, and he drove us to a restaurant when we arrived late the first night. We were overwhelmed by the amazing view to the Giza pyramids from the rooftop. That was way better than expected. Thank you, for sure coming back next time in Egypt!
- Maria (10/5): Overall, I consider it is a nice place if you want to stay in Giza and safe some money. - It is a clean and comfortable place. In the room that we stayed was 4 beds and one private bathroom. Regardless it is in the center of the city it is not a noisy place where you can rest. The best of this place is the host Muhamed, he will do his best to make you feel happy, safe and comfortable. Also he will suggest you which places can you visit for a cheap price and good location. I will definitely recommend this place if you have a low budget and you want to have an amazing view, Khufu Khafra pyramid. The location was difficult to find. However, if you contact the host, he will kindly direct the driver to the location.

- Aizura (10/5): A great introduction to local community, I loved watching the kids play football in the evenings, the farmer selling veg - I liked the local feel to it. Not pretentious and very close to the pyramids. There is a convenient store just downstairs, a couple grilling corn every night, we even managed to witness a local Egyptian wedding party going on. Mohamed our host was very helpful and brought us breakfast every morning, arranged for a local dinner as we requested, attended to all our needs immediately. He was very concerned and attentive and always asked if we needed anything. He even provided us with a shisha set! and bought us grilled corn. Sweet host he is. It was very dusty but I guess we are in Egypt and it is the land of the Sahara desert. Can improve cleanliness of the place and provide indoor broom, mop and pail or even a vacuum cleaner would be helpful.
