• Amanda (8/5): Overall , a good experience. - Location close to beach. Inside of apartment was nice and comfortable. Air conditioning was very welcome. Outside of the property was not well maintained and gave a poor first impression. Variable quality of communication.

• Rajesh (9/5): Excellent stay - Very comfortable and good space apartment with two good beds and easy access to sea side and Train station. Amazing beach side with restaurants and walkways. Parking is very restricted in this area, you would find one near the beach side which is expensive. Host provided all the information and was very helpful.

• Nicola (9/5): A beautiful quiet apartment so close to the beach - Loved the very generous space and balcony. Also very much appreciate the washing machine. Beds very very comfy and lots of room Only downside would be the very overgrown garden and the front door was a bit difficult to open. Would be great to get some additional instructions for how to open it, especially the first time
• Christine (7/5): Great Location: A Short Walk to Everything in Monterossa - Great location and spacious apartment in Monterossa. Large kitchen, living room, and balcony. A short walk from the train station, shops, and restaurants. The outside of the property is in poor condition. The path is significantly overgrown and the pathway lights didn't work. Not ideal when arriving after dark. We had issues with the water heater, and after complicated instructions over the phone we fixed the problem.

• Abbe (8/5): All in all, we had a great stay, the exterior just needed a wee bit of TLC - The location was perfect, very quiet. Inside the apartment was very clean and there was everything we needed for our holiday, and great to have a washing machine. Air conditioning was brilliant in the hot weather! The garden was overgrown and looked uncared for on the way in. There were plants well over growing the path . There was a step where the slab had come off and loose tiles on the way up the stairs. In one of the bedrooms the door frame came off a few times when we closed the door. Also drying rack for clothes outside was rusty and old.
• Sissoko (10/5): Positive and will stay there again. - Great communication, excellent location in Monterosso, close to the beach and you can easily was to the train station. Apartment was clean and comfortable. The yard could be tidied up a little but was not a big issue for us.

• Ruth (9/5): We had a fantastic time in a very magical place! - The location was perfect. Not exactly easy to get to with heavy luggage but we made it! Someone met us at the property to help get everything up there and get us settled. That was really useful! It was extremely clean and very up-to-date. The kitchen was beautiful, even though we didn’t use it very much. I absolutely loved the idea of having a Britta water pitcher in the fridge so that we could have cold water (Americans love cold water!) anytime we wanted and we knew it was clean. The beds were super comfortable! We also loved how close it was to things going on but not too close. It was up in a neighborhood away from the noise, beautiful scenery, beautiful balcony where we could have our coffee and pastries that we bought while we listened to the birds and nature. We also loved having the little market down the street. The air conditioning systems in each room were a little bit tricky. We had trouble getting them to work consistently but in the end, at least they worked! The shower is super small. No shelves to put anything on. I was glad we are not a family of tall or large people. We made it work and it was only for two nights!

• Laurie (10/5): Little Slice of Heaven - Such a lovely space! Very comfortable, sweet little terrace. We felt safe. Close to everything, and away enough to be quiet. Everything was as expected. So happy to have laundry facilities. Great communication. Thank you! Can't think of a thing.
