Kostenlose Parkplätze direkt vor der Unterkunft. Verkehrsgünstig an der M25/M11 gelegen. Check-in durch Türcode. Normale und ruhige Wohngegend. Schönes Badezimmer mit Badewanne. Warmes Wasser hervorragend dosierbar. Preis Leistung in Ordnung. Netter Kontakt mit Vermieterin über Booking Messenger. Toilettenspülung sehr stark. Unterkunft bei Ankunft sehr sauber. Keine Lärm der Nachbarn zu hören. Genügend Lampen/Leuchten vorhanden. W-LAN schnell und verschlüsselt. Genügend zusätzliche Schlösser an Eingangstür. "We are sorry about the mountain of rubbish" Vielleicht die Kommode hinter den Stühlen am Esstisch raus nehmen. Sehr beengt beim Essen. Das Besteck ist im unteren Schrank verstaut, sehr mühsam das raus zu nehmen. Schlafzimmer selber hat kein Fenster, das muss einem bewusst sein. Klimaanlage gibt's keine, nur einen Ventilator, gefühlte 1000 Grad bei Außentemperaturen von über 30 Grad.

• Lisa (10/5): Lovely stay in a perfectly appointed flat in historic Waltham Abbey - The flat is beautiful, well decorated and well appointed. Fully equipped kitchen & bathroom, very clean and comfortable. Nice residential area, quiet, short walk to town with shops, cafes, historic church & gardens, also a leisure centre. The owner responds immediately, very helpful.

• Jennifer (8/5): We enjoyed the Lee Valley, Abbey and village, and access to friends in North London - Waltham Abbey proved to be a interesting place -history and nature (water-birds). It was indeed pleasant and peaceful. Transport to and from London was good (Oyster system excellent!) - but the short platform at Waltham Cross was a problem (we had not been warned!). We would have appreciated more information about the bus service, and how to find out about it! Including e.g. which bus to take from Waltham Cross station.We do not drive, and are accustomed to using public transport - but we live outside the UK. Direct SMS and telephone communication with Charis was a great help - but at the beginning we only seemed to be in touch via booking.com, which was tedious. Also we are elderly and quite fit - but as we knew nobody locally it would have been reassuring to have a phone number for a local doctor and/or emergency services.

• Chinya (10/5): Exceptional - It is a home away from home just perfect,even the bits and pieces you usually use in a reflex in your own home it is there,the set up in the property you need to come see for yourself it was excellent. Also the space is the most ideal,you are not squashed like usual hotel set up,to add the location it is near most facilities. Nothing negative, we enjoyed our stay felt it was a short stay
