The house was very comfortable, clean and had everything you could need from self catering accommodation. Our hosts Sheila and Bill were so friendly and welcoming and checked we had everything we needed, leaving us wine and shortbread which was a lovely extra. Can’t fault it.

Die Einrichtung war sehr gepflegt und es war sehr sauber. Parkplatz direkt vor der Unterkunft. Wir haben keinerlei Verbesserungsvorschläge.

Amazing view from sitting room worth getting up at 5 am to see the sunrise. Sheila was very friendly and helpful with any queries Absolutely nothing wouldn’t change a thing

- G56 (9/5): Perfect spot for a few days in Lossiemouth - Immaculately presented property attached to the owners home. The owners were very friendly but respected our privacy. Excellent location just off the beach. There was a busy road in front of the property but little or no noise. Private parking space at the entrance to the property was easy to use. Everything there for self catering - all in excellent condition ( oven, hob, washing machine and dishwasher). Rooms could get quite hot in sunny weather - there are a lot of windows and the bathroom has underfloor heating.

It is only a few minutes walk to some excellent restaurants . The home itself has everything you could wish for. Everything spotlessly clean and well equipped. Wet room/ shower ideal. Access to garden provided a perfect little sun trap. Welcome pack very nice and much appreciated. Hosts located next door so on hand if needed , very approachable and friendly. Only very minor thing was despite there being concise information regarding the facilities there were no instructions for the cooker which I personally would have found useful.

- Ian (10/5): A Home From Home.......without any stress !! - What an absolute gem "The Annexe" Is.Wonderful hosts (next door) spotless accomodation and In the perfect location for enjoying Lossiemouth and surroundings.Everything you could wish for Is available and more.Warm,comfortable and private,despite being across the road from the Beach.We had a fantastic break and shall hopefully be back again.The sooner,the better.
