Zatrzymaliśmy się tylko na 1 noc, ale żałowaliśmy, że nie mogliśmy zostać dłużej. Na wejściu od razu przywitał nas Charaf, który byl przesympatyczny i sprawił, że nasz pobyt był bardzo udany. Petit déjeuner copieux. Transport possible de l’aéroport organisé par le Riad. Piscine petite mais rafraîchissante lors des grandes chaleurs. Séjour génial en famille avec des chambres et salle de bain spacieuse. Ménage fait tous les jours. Manquait un lit parapluie lors de notre arrivée malgré notre réservation mais problème résolu dès que ça a été possible.

Nos ayudaron con cualquier duda e indicaciones , y siempre alegres. Rachida y Fátima preparan unos desayunos excepcionales y muy atentas en la limpieza , siempre con una sonrisa y alegría. Marie (10/5): - Riad très bien situé dans la Médina, dans une petite ruelle calme. Il est bien décoré et la terrasse est très agréable pour se relaxer ou prendre le petit déjeuner. Le propriétaire a été très accueillant et disponible pour nos questions. Le petit déjeuner était bon et copieux. Il faut savoir qu'il y a un escalier pour accéder aux chambres ou à la terrasse, ce n'était pas un problème pour nous, mais je le signale pour les personnes que cela pourrait gêner.
Chari (8/5): Gezellige Riad met een lekker gevarieerd ontbijt. - Hele leuke gezellige riad. De riad zit midden in de Souks maar binnen hoor je daar niets van. Het terras boven is heel gezellig en zonnig, ideaal voor een spelletje en een ontbijtje. Het ontbijt was ook super lekker, 1 van de betere ontbijtjes die we hebben gehad in Marrakech. Elke dag was er iets anders als ontbijt. De kamer was lekker fris en je had alles wat je nodig had. De wifi was heel slecht op onze kamer en hadden ook amper bereik. Boven op het dakterras had je de beste wifi en het beste bereik. Hierdoor spendeerden we vele momenten op het dakterras.

Le petit déjeuner maison servi sur la terrasse au soleil du matin très bon et très copieux. L'emplacement au sein de la Médina est idéal et il est au calme du fait d'être dans une petite ruelle. Les conseils des hôtes nous ont beaucoup servi. Bref, un séjour incroyable grâce aussi à ce merveilleux endroit et au personnel bienveillant. Merci infiniment à eux. cindy (8/5): - Tous les points négatifs (isolation, lit enfant pas sécurisé, douches trop étroites, chambre qui ne ferme pas à clé) sont compensés par la gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel et la cuisine incroyable de Fatima ! L'emplacement du riad permet également de vivre un séjour authentique au coeur de la médina qui rythme aux sons des mobilettes le jour comme la nuit. Lit enfant en hauteur sans barrière. Nous nous sommes débrouillés en mettant des surmatelas par terre. Les douches sont vraiment trop petites.

Giaele (7/5): - Posizione eccellente, nel cuore della medina a pochi passi dal giardino segreto e dalla Medersa Ben Youssef. Charef e Idir sono stati gentili e disponibili. La pulizia della stanza viene effettuata ogni giorno. La colazione è buona e abbondante e viene servita su una terrazza con vista sul minareto. La camera che ci è stata assegnata era molto piccola e il bagno non aveva una porta ma una tenda da doccia, per cui c’era poca privacy (fortunatamente viaggiavo con mia sorella).

Location is amazing directly in the souk Where do I start, the riad is incredibly old, the walls are peeling and bits of ceiling falling onto everything daily, the pool had dead bugs in it every day didn’t see anyone go in and we certainly never went in. The bed sheets all had a funny smell I found it difficult to sleep. There was a door with massive gaps in it to one of the bedrooms so people walking outside would be able to see directly into the room we had to tie a blanket to it to get privacy but then obviously we were down a blanket. The toilet moves when you sit on it. On the third day we went back to sleep and without any warning they were changing tiles directly outside our room- as the doors all have massive holes in them as mentioned above there was dust everywhere covering everything our suitcase, the bed. We wanted to sleep but it was so loud we couldn’t we asked them to stop and clean our room so instead of resting we had to leave and go back out which is annoying we were exhausted that day but even with the cleaning I still feel there was dust on the bedsheets and pillow I was coughing most of the night and slept at 3am as I was just uncomfortable that was too big a renovation to do while guests in the room right next to it. Booking the excursions through the hotel was extortionate I was given a quote for £200 for an excursion which was in the end booked for £100 with more activities and food included through Tripadvisor- do not book excursions through the Riad they charge too much. At first we thought this is Morocco but our friends who were staying at Riad Marwa not far away had cleanliness good facilities for only £5 more a night so overall I would not recommend anyone stay here and I am not coming back go for Riad Marwa which is nearby and much better.

Vanessa (10/5): Sehr schönes, kleines Riad mit super tollen Mitarbeitern in richtig guter Lage. - Die Unterkunft liegt mitten in den Souks und ist trotzdem total ruhig, man bekommt so gut wie gar nichts vom Lärm der Gassen mit. Zu den gängigen Sehenswürdigkeiten braucht man zu Fuß nur zwischen 3-15 Minuten. Außerdem steht einem eine ganz süße Dachterasse zur Verfügung, auf der auch das Frühstück serviert wird. Die Mitarbeiter des Riads waren sooo freundlich, hilfsbereit und stets zur Verfügung. An unserem Abflugstag mussten wir noch vor dem Frühstück aufbrechen und haben das Frühstück zum Mitnehmen verpackt bekommen. Sie haben mir auch angeboten meine Hose und Schuhe kostenlos zu waschen, als ich nach einer Quad-Tour ziemlich staubig war. Unser Zimmer wurde außerdem jeden Tag geputzt und schön hergerichtet, neue Handtücher gab es jeden 2. Tag. Die Treppen im Riad sind recht eng und steil, für Menschen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität könnte es eventuell schwierig sein. Die Matratzen sind recht fest, was mich persönlich nicht gestört hat, aber auch für manche Menschen eher unangenehm sein könnte.

Christian (9/5): - Abbiamo trascorso il nostro soggiorno a Marrakech presso questo Riad e ne siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. I proprietari si sono dimostrati gentili, ospitali e molto disponibili. La colazione è ottima e servita nella bellissima terrazza della struttura. La posizione è centralissima a due passi dai giardini segreti ma comunque molto silenziosa. La camera veniva pulita e riordinata quotidianamente. La porta di ingresso alla camera è un po' datata e si chiude solo tramite un chiavistello interno o esterno ed un lucchetto.

Catarina (8/5): Tudo bom ! - Funcionários muito simpáticos. Tivemos um problema com os quartos e prontificaram-se a resolver. A localização é boa! Praticamente no centro. Pequeno almoço simples mas bom ! Só acho que deveriam melhorar a entrada/ acesso ao alojamento. De resto nada a apontar.

Pedro (10/5): - The family suite was amazing. Both rooms were very clean and nice overall. The bathrooms are small and the shower is very on top of the toilet in one of the rooms, and although it left the bathroom a bit wet after a shower, it wasnt a problem. The breakfast which is included was VERY GOOD, one of the highlights of the trip and gave the opportunity to try a lot of typical things from Morocco. To end, the staff was really nice, always available to help and to give reccomendations! Overall: 5 stars and great value for money Nothing.

It’s not all fancy, but it is extremely thoughtful in terms of location, facilities and customer service. The manager and the host were brilliant and extremely friendly. I am extremely glad that I chose this place, the breakfast was delicious and served excellently. It was the best part of my entire trip! Nothing whatsoever

Kathryn (10/5): Friendly family Riad in the heart of the northern Medina - We liked everything. The location is fantastic. It is tucked away in the northern Medina. Walking distance to everything. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. A big thank you to Idar and Safar for making us feel so welcome. Also if you have the option of breakfast at the riad. Say YES it's delicious! We honestly liked everything. Some people may find being able to hear the call to prayer in the early hours disrupting but it was no problem for us. This may have just been because it was Ramadan too.

Łucja (10/5): Wyjątkowe miejsce - Personel jest bardzo przyjazny i pomocny. Riad jest nieskazitelnie czysty, ponadto codziennie przychodzi pani sprzątająca do pokoi i je sprząta. Śniadania są bardzo smaczne, porcje bardzo duże. Pomimo lokalizacji w medinie, lokal jest bardzo cichy i da się w nim odetchnąć. Z przyjemnością wrócę jeszcze raz.

Petit déjeuner varié qui change tous les jours avec la possibilité de le prendre à emporter si vous partez tôt. Possibilité de navette aéroport et on vient vous chercher à l'entrée de la médina. Visite guidée avec un guide privé défiant toute concurrence niveau tarif. Personnel accueillant et prévenant. Vue sublime sur la katoubia sur la dernière terrasse. Plusieurs étages, idéal pour une partie de cache cache en famille. Peut être le matelas un peu trop dur mais c'est une question de préférence personnelle.

Judith (10/5): - El riad está situado en pleno corazón de la Medina de Marrakech, a pocos minutos de la mayoría de las atracciones turísticas, lo que lo hace perfecto para moverse caminando. La limpieza es excelente, incluso tuvieron el detalle de colocarnos nuestras pertenencias. El desayuno es muy bueno y variado, abundante para alguien como yo que come poco. Pero sin duda, lo mejor del riad es el trato del personal, destacar a Idar siempre con una sonrisa, interesándose por cómo había ido el día y dispuesto a ayudarnos en todo momento. Realmente hacen todo lo posible para que te sientas como en casa. Lo recomiendo muchísimo y volvería sin dudarlo.
