• Rebecca (10/5): The perfect family staycation that we highly recommend - The property was in the perfect location and the hosts had thought of everything. My little one loved the garden, there was even a shed filled with excellent bits for the seaside trips! The space downstairs was perfect, we used the tv room of an evening and loved all cooking together in the family kitchen. We would love to visit again in the future! The hosts were very helpful, setting up a great baby crib and Highchair, as well as replying very quickly to messages.

Children loved the cinema room. The close proximity to the dog friendly Southbourne Beach. Can't think of anything negative.

• Minal (10/5): Great stay - Great location and very comfortable It would be good to have a blind over the skylight located over the induction hob, as bit difficult to see controls when sun shining brightly! But that’s the only thing.
• Rebecca (10/5): Very Clean, bright and tastefully kitted out home away from home. An absolute joy to stay in, with a short 5 min walk to - Beautifully done house, very clean and modern but also homely. Light and airy, Big open living space, and the addition of the cinema room gave us lots of options seating wise to all spread out and there is plenty of other quiet places to go and be if you didn’t want to watch a film. Location being so close to the beach, and short stroll into the town and coffee shops. Quiet neighbourhood too, despite being surrounded by houses you never felt like you were on a street! Very private garden set up, nicely done so that you don’t feel overlooked. Having the big glass doors open either side of the kitchen was so delightful. Comfy beds and nice quality bedding, nice modern bathrooms too. Everything is clean and cared for. Nothing! (Other than perhaps getting in the front door proved tricky sometimes due to the fancy lock!) but generally The whole set up as been carefully thought through for ease of use and created such a lovely stay.
• Lesley (10/5): Relaxing and fun family holiday. - Nicely designed and laid out. Good amenities - kitchen was great. Loved the movie room. Location was within walking distance to the beach and high street. Our family all had enough space to do what they wanted without being on top of each other. Loved bringing our family dog! Fridge was set very low and some of our food was ruined.

• Christine (10/5): On outstanding base for a stay within walking distance of Southbourne Beach - This is a superb place to stay, with excellent, high quality facilities throughout the house and outside areas. It has a lovely modern, bright and open plan feel throughout the downstairs living areas, with dual aspect french windows to front and rear outside spaces. There is plenty of choice for a full group of six to either sit together or separately and relax in a variety of places inside and out, and the owners have thought about absolutely everything you might need during your stay. Everything is well thought out, such as having an outside shower to wash off sand before coming into the house, and fans in all the bedrooms. There were five smart TVs in the property, and an issue logging onto Netflix with one of them was very quickly resolved by contacting the owner. The beds/bedding are top quality and we were all very comfortable during our stay. There is off-road parking for one car, but no problem at all parking a 2nd car on outside the house on the street. Southbourne (SoBo) beach was an easy 10 minute walk and do-able with a buggy or child on a scooter, even down the last zig-zag section of the path down to the promenade. A lovely safe sandy beach with life guards from 10am-6pm when we were there in August, thankfully much quieter than Boscombe or Bournemouth to the west, but with good beach facilities in terms of toilets, cafe with outdoor seating, ice cream etc. It was not at all problem for us, but the duvets and pillows were a thick cosy goose down and if someone is allergic to this, it might be an idea to bring some anti-allergy tablets and antihistamine!
• Robert (10/5): Exceptional - We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The whole place was clean and modern, with a TV in each bedroom, a TV in the dining/sitting room and a giant TV in the Cinema Room. It’s just so brilliantly spacious and comfortable. The location is also great. A 5-10 minute walk to the beach.
