• Sandrine (9/5): Séjour avril 2026 - Appartement très propre et très bien équipé pour sa taille. La vue sur le port et la vie du quartier sont très agréables. Il y a beaucoup de commerces, le "mercado del puerto" avec ces bar à tapas délicieuses notamment. Les voisins sont silencieux, nous avons pu nous reposer au calme tout en étant à 2 pas de la plage de Las Canteras. Ras

• Holger (10/5): - Tolle Aussicht. Alles vorhanden, was man in einer Ferienwohnung braucht. Wir konnten bereits vor 15 Uhr unser Gepäck in der Wohnung abstellen und auch sogar später auschecken, da keine Gäste direkt einchecken wollten. Sehr freundliche Reinigungskraft.

• Marieta (10/5): - Wir haben eine wunderbare Erfahrung gemacht. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, sehr sauber. Alles ist modern eingerichtet. Die Küche komplett ausgestattet. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die hat uns bei der Suche nach einem Parkgarage geholfen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

• Patrick (10/5): Bel appartement avec une vue dégagée sur le port. - L'appartement est calme, bien équipé, spacieux et bénéficie d'un double vitrage filtrant tous les bruits de circulation de l'avenue qui longe le port. Il est situé dans un bel immeuble autour duquel se trouve un grand choix de restaurants, cafés et supermarchés. Le plage est à deux pas. Beaucoup de petites attentions (condiments, bonbons, chaussons, serviettes de plage) et une souplesse sur les heures d'arrivée/départ. C'est un excellent choix pour séjourner à Las Palmas. • svetlana (10/5): Odlican i udoban apartman - Apartman je na odlicnoj lokaciji, veoma blizu plaze, kafica i restorana koji su svuda okolo.Preko puta zgrade je lucka pijaca gde u vecernjim satima mogu da se kupe odlicni tapasi za 3 evra. Stan se nalazi na 5. spratu sa fenomenalnim pogledom sa terase na luku i okolinu. Zgrada u kome se stan nalazi je nova, cista i odlicno odrzavana...stanari mirni i tihi. Stan je fantasticno uredjen, nov, izuzetno cist i opremljen svim uredjajima koji su potrebni za udoban zivot. Dopalo mi se sto se spavaci deo nalaz u sred stana i sto je zaklonjen od svetlosti a na prozorima postoje neprozirne zavese koje dodatno omogucavaju nesmetan jutarnji san. Posebno bih istakla to sto je u stanu bilo osnovnih potrepstina u vidu kafe, secera, cajeva, soli, bibera, maslinovog ulja, balzamika, papirnih salveta i ubrusa, kesa za djubre, praska za ves (osim kapsula za masinu za sudove), folija za sendvice i drugih sitnica, tako da nismo morali nista dodatno da kupujemo za 7 dana boravka.... kao da smo dosli u svoj stan. Pored toga, paznja u vidu voca i cokoladica koja nas je sacekala je bila zaista dobrodosla. Pored peskira za kupanje imali smo i peskire za plazu kao i suncobran. Sve u svemu jedan veoma prijatan i opusten boravak u prelepom apartmanu. Nista

• Paul (10/5): Exceptional accommodation ensured a really relaxing holiday. - Location and views of the harbour/port were exceptional with amazing sunrises from the balcony. Within 2 minute walk to shops, restaurants, public transport and the beautiful beach of Las Canteras. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and has been very sensitively decorated to a high standard with everything provided to ensure a very comfortable and hassle free stay. We only used the cooking facilities for breakfast (as there are so many really good restaurants nearby) but you could easily prepare every meal in the fully equipped kitchen. The building is conveniently positioned opposite the Mercado del Puerto and 6 stories high (apartment is on the 5th floor) with 2 elevators and ramps so is easily accessible with wheelchair or buggy. I cannot recommend this beautiful apartment highly enough and will definitely be a return visitor hopefully on an annual basis. I have absolutely no negatives and look forward to our next stay.

• Hugh (10/5): Well appointed apartment in a great location - Great location, right by the beach. Modern apartment, with good facilities and owners provide nice little touches such as ice in the freezer and a coffee machine. Had to park in a car park 400 metres up the road costing 15 Euros per day.

Spectacular location close to beach, grocery shops, restaurants etc. Inside the flat we found a lot of nice details like: welcoming water, coffee etc Easy to park on streets close to apartment. Definitely once back to Las Palmas we will book this property again.
• David (10/5): Perfect from start to finish, not one issue to complain about, lovely ❤️ - Cleanliness, shower, kitchen, bedroom, lounge, balcony, lift, smart tv. Easy to access apartment building entrance with security code. Key lock box code provided key to the apartment door. Whole common areas very clean. Loved the small personal touches i.e apples , bowls of sweets etc. on arrival. Peaceful and quiet at all times ( except on the balcony ). Balcony provided great views of the port, as well as watching the local life below . Great locations for buses, shops, beach. Couldn’t fault it and we spent 11 days here, just wish it were longer. Having to leave 😤
