• Michaela (6/5): Clean and comfy beds. - Very comfy beds, and ideal place of the ABBA Voyage. The en-suite shower holder did not hold the shower head which meant kept falling down, one of the windows in the master bedroom let an awful draft in as it looked broken, the sink in the en-suite bathroom the sink plug Brock when letting the water out.

Especially things like the doors, handles and sofa bed. Could've also done with more towels... there was only 2 or 3 small towels between 5 of us.
• mark (7/5): - Fabulous location in relation to the Abba venue very draughty through ill fitting windows that would not close it wasn’t the cleanest but for 1night who worries longer than that would not be so pleasant.i would reservedly recommend it if someone is going to see Abba for the night for the location alone

Windows open on arrival and unable to be closed as broken. Made the flat cold, thankfully it was not raining! No toiletries as stated in description. Bedding felt damp and did not look clean. Generally needs attention to interior decor and windows fixed.

The wrong phone numbers were provided and owners were not able to be contacted. We booked a check in time of between 3 and 4. We finally got the key at 6. Very poor customer service.

• Chloe (7/5): Good location for one night stay visiting Lee Valley Velopark - Good location, spacious for 4 people, easy to locate parking, comfortable beds. Felt very secure. Only having one key or nowhere to store it when going out made it a bit difficult to go out and return separately as 2 couples but we managed.

• Cookson (7/5): Perfect location for ABBA Voyager venue and tube station. - Location was perfect for the ABBA Voyager venue; just a short walk away. Apartment was a good size and well presented. Short walk from the tube station. Nowhere to eat nearby. Beds were very low and uncomfortable.
• Tudor (7/5): Good - Transport links and amenities are all great, as well as the location apartment itself was okay to, In general the apartment was ok, if I was on my, I was with family so some things are different, we didn't use the kettle (needs a new one), we boiled water on the hob, the hood of which when used circulated a bad curry smell so needs filters cleaned or replaced, couldn't open kitchen window, a bedroom one wouldn't close, a little touch up of paintwork would help to, sometimes it's the little things that matter the most, just simple improvements, the building maintenance and cleaning needs to be improved, but that's not responsibilities of apartment owners

Beds were uncomfortable and bed linen and towels were old and scratchy . My mum fell off a dining chair too (she has had a hip replacement) which was broken and she could have badly hurt herself ! Not good

• Stu (8/5): Great apartment, great location - The apartment had a modern design, was well appointed and generally clean. The location was perfect, with a short walk to Abba Voyage, shops and bars. The building was secure, with key fob entry and with secure parking too. The kitchen could have been cleaner and some of the dining furniture was wobbly to sit on and needed screwing tightly.
• Tiffany (7/5): Everything was lovely, location was brilliant. Just could’ve been a bit cleaner - We went to the abba voyage and this place was perfect as its only 5 minute walk to the arena. Could’ve been a bit cleaner, the kettle was dirty inside

• Debbie (4/5): excellent location - Location was perfect for ABBA voyage concert The apartment requires a makeover. The bedding and towels were clean as was the living room, however the rest of the apartment was shabby. The bedroom window wouldn't close, the bathroom and kitchen were grimy.
• Jonathan (10/5): Exceptional - Location is superb for the abba arena. It was literally 3 mins away. Driving to the flat was simple for london,almost the whole route being along dual carriageway to within 400 yards of the property. Host was very attentive. We were met at the property and most contact was via WhatsApp. Parking is gated. Spar within 200 yards for essentials Only stayed the one night. Had to walk into the olympic park to find an eatery.

• Catherine (2/5): Very close to abba views but I wouldn’t recommend staying here - The location was perfect for ABBA voyage and there was tea/coffee / water left there which was a lovely touch . The area around isn’t very nice and didn’t feel safe … there was clothes / bed frames disgarded outside the building and clothes dumped inside . In the apt itself the windows were completly draughty and the windows weren’t closing properly so it was very cold . The bathrooms need an overhaul as lots of brown spots around . The kitchen also needs modernisation and a big clean . The beds in both rooms were not full size double - they were 4 foot beds so very tight for 2 people . If goin to abba voyage I’d recommend staying in Stratford one stop away instead . Around the venue at pudding hill has nothing and is very run down
• Sharleen (4/5): Disappointing and dirty - Good communication from the host and helpful messages re location and best travel options. The location was excellent. The apartment did not smell good upon entry and there were a few rugs in the hall which proved a trip hazard and they were dirty. The fitted sheet on one of the beds was heavily stained and there was dust and grime on shelving, doors and cupboards. The cupboard under the sink in the kitchen was disgusting and there were cleaning cloths left to dry on the bathroom radiators. Ceilings were marked with water stains/leaks? The apartment could be lovely with a deep clean and paint. I have many picture but have posted a few below of door, sheet on one of the beds ceiling in en suite and the cupboard in the kitchen.
• Kim (6/5): Only good because it was near abba voyage - Great place if you are visiting ABBA voyage . 5 min walk. Not very clean . Bathrooms and kitchen Grubby! Ok to just sleep there one night. We were told by resident that we shouldn’t be staying there as it was just residential . Made us a bit uneasy .
• Emma (5/5): We all enjoyed our stay at ABBA Views and with a bit of TLC this accommodation would be excellent. - Friendly meet and greet, excellent communication with host. Great parking, fantastic location for ABBA. Warm and spacious apartment which was also very quiet. Kitchen was very poorly equipped. No Teaspoons, only 2 forks for 4 people! No baking tray or sharp knives, basically nothing to prepare a simple meal and we were only heating up a few bits. No plug in the kitchen sink to wash up. Apartment wasn’t particularly clean and felt very tired in places.
• Alan (9/5): Going to Abba, stay at Abba views you literally have a view over the Abba stadium from the apartment - Amazing location for going to Abba Voyage. There was a tray of tea bags, coffee and milk sachets and shower gels and towels in the bathroom. Also Abbas who let us in was lovely. Could do with some baking trays and there was only 2 forks so a few more of those would be good but other than that it was perfect
• Gill (6/5): Ample room and comfy but could do with some TLC - Plenty of space with the ensuite and a bathroom. Comfy bed. Good location not far from the AbbaVoyage Arena and transport. Easy access - able to get in before normal check in and person with the keys friendly and communication re check in good Cleanliness - oven was pretty dirty and the feel of the place was tired and need of re-decoration. Needed a good deep clean., kitchen especially, throws and rugs washed or replaced and it would be perfect Odd things in drawers and nick nacks everywhere Some wine glasses would be welcomed!

Will recommend this appt especially for the ABBA Concert. Perfect location, 3 minutes walk to it. Safe, warm and comfortable apartment to come back to afterwards Nothing

• Isla (4/5): Usually good but wasn't clean on arrival. - Great location and usually good facilities - on a previous stay we had no problems. On arrival the apartment hadn't been cleaned, with still visiable hair/nails on the bed sheets. This meant we had to find somewhere else to stay for the first night. Although our contact was able to get it cleaned for the second night and everything else was fine there, I have contacted the owner and still not had a reply about a refund for the first night. Also only one set of keys for an apartment for more than one person made it difficult.

• Gary (1/5): Very disappointing - I am writing this on behalf of my wife and mum and 2 sisters as I booked it for them for there mums 75th birthday I did not attend the trip myself When we first arrived at the property at first sight all seemed ok but we just put our bags in the front room and quickly got ready to go out to see Abba voyage After coming back after the concert it was only then when we turned the lights on and were about to make a coffee when we noticed cockroaches in the kitchen after further inspection of the property we then found more in the hallway the living room and the bathroom and then a drawer in 1 of the bedrooms which completely startled us My mum went to get in to her bed in one of the bedrooms and could smell body odour on her sheets we then opened up a cupboard to find a dirty bag of linen and another bag of rubbish which hadn’t been taken away,there was dirty cloths in the kitchen and the window wouldn’t shut in the living room we wanted to leave but it was late at night so wouldn’t have found another hotel or had the funds to pay for one We contacted the caretaker but they did not reply so we all stayed together in the living room and hardly had any sleep We left the property at 8am the next day And contacted the landlord telling him about it and asked for a full refund but was told he was away until the following Wednesday We feel very disappointed as we found out the property was actually a support housing service for young people which was not advertised also the sauna and gym which was advertised as the main feature of the room was in fact only allowed to be used by the residents who lived there We feel very misled and felt very vulnerable in this property and it totally ruined the weekend we have since tried contacting the owner again but have heard nothing This property is not as it is advertised and is not hygienic at all Very disappointed and dissatisfied

Muhammad was nice and communicated with us well. I'm really impressed and hoping to stay there again whenever I'm in London The kitchen utensils are meager for three persons. So I hope that that issue will be resolved.

There needs to be some general maintenance and upkeep for the kitchen in particular. There were smatterings of food on some floors and walls and general dust etc. previous tenants toiletries were left in the shower.

The water pressure in the shower wasn’t great

• Jon (10/5): Great apartment, great location - Our hosts were in touch with us on the day and were very accommodating. We arrived earlier than planned but this wasn't a problem. We were greeted at the entrance to the apartment block, which is literally just a 5 minute walk from the Abba arena and we were shown around the apartment. The location is ideal especially for the Abba show but also for the DLR at Pudding Mill Lane There's nothing not to like and we would have no problem visiting again or recommending to friends and family

Also a massive positive was the size of the apartment, perfect for the 3 of us. It was obvious effort had been made such as leaving toiletries & tea/coffee etc, which were both appreciated. However generally the apartment was tired & in need of new furniture & carpet as items were tired & worn. The window in the main bedroom was broken as per the photo & the cleanliness was far from what to be expected, crumbs on the toaster, kitchen bin not wiped, skirting boards dusty & kitchen sink dirty. If i was staying more than one night I would definitely have spent my time cleaning.

I particularly appreciated the host, who was a truly generous and courteous gentleman. He kindly offered me a parking spot, which significantly contributed to the convenience of my stay. The level of hospitality and attention to detail provided was outstanding. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I genuinely appreciate the effort put into making my visit a memorable one. Thank you very much!

• Sally (6/5): Perfect location for Abba arena but poor standard and not very clean. Lovely staff member. - Great location for the ABBA Arena, just 5 minutes walk. Met by a friendly, welcoming member of the team who let us in to the apartment and gave us basic instructions and information about the area. Also answered the phone immediately when we had a query. The apartment is tired and in need of a really good clean. Dirty surfaces, kitchen appliances, windows, mirrors, etc. The sofa bed was very hard to sleep on (no bottom sheet but I’m sure that would have been provided for the second night had I rung up) The bulbs in the bedside lamp and lounge lamp needed changing. Just 3 of us staying but it would be very cramped for full occupancy of 6 as the beds are small.
